We did the parent and tot trial class today. Not only did my daughter love it, I also did. Everyone I interacted with were very kind. The coach was friendly and patient with the kids.

My daughter enjoyed her time here she’s been here for 2 years. She enjoyed her coach as well but did complain about her previous coach. Management/front desk seems biased towards particular families, my son also had an incident with front desk and buying snacks where I had to intervene. I do think it is about the money and a bit over crowded. I pulled my daughter out today since she hadn't been in almost 2 months (personal reasons) and I was still paying. They charged me for the month of February anyway after letting them know she wouldn’t be there this month. It seems they favor teams and recreational is just that, for fun.

We have been going to this gym for a long time and I would have to say that the staff isn’t as nice and pleasant as you would expect them to be especially when dealing with so many parents and children.

It’s over crowded and definitely about the money. They favor certain families and children as well as the coaches. If you’re not favored know that your children won’t be cared for by the staff or coaches. I honestly wish we didn't waste so many months at this gym. Also, your kids won’t progress as much as they make you believe they will. If you choose this gym definitely pay attention to the skills your children are learning. And if you don’t see a change after 3-6 months speak up and say something. When making the decision to leave the gym not one staff member or the owner bothered to find out why. Again, we were just another family that paid them tuition. My family and kids were never truly cared about.

I'm a very introvert person and my daughters only bring 2 put us in the parent and tot try outs. But Michelle made it a very comfortable and fun experience for us. Told myself if I had to be in the parent and tot I would wait until she was 3 years old, however, she loved it so much that we've become committed!

My kindergartner and second grader started going there this year and love it so far. Nice staff and coaches and I really appreciated all the class options so that I could pick a convenient day of the week and even though they’re in different classes they’re at the same time.

My kids love it here! Great instructors who always seem motivated and upbeat, and keep the kids moving! We met the owner and she was super friendly and warm to my twins, now they're hyped up all day whenever they know they're coming here, and always begging to stay longer when class is over. I recommend this place to ANY parents

Today was my 6 year old daughters trial to see how the fit was and she absolutely loved it. Her teacher was fantastic. They where very interactive with the students. A lot of one on one time. My daughter came out smiling and telling me she was ready for next week!

I have had nothing but good experience since my daughter started about 8 months ago. Her teacher is great and the ladies at the front are always very helpful. They are also super flexible if you need to miss a class and have to do a makeup. My daughter loves coming to classes and want to come more often.

Be careful when choosing this gym. The owner of this gym is not professional. I had to contact the police because she pushed my child in the back out of frustration to remove her from the gym. I had to request the video and indeed you see the owner pushing my daughter and later escorting her out. This is a 9 year old child that I am paying to recieve quality training in the sport of gymnastics, but was kicked out when I wasn’t at the gym. Once I posited the video several prior gymnasts and coaches revealed horror stories and their encounters with the owner. If you are looking for a gym that you feel will build your child in all areas, this is not the place. She does have some awesome coaches at her establishment, but they will always have her back whether she is right or wrong.

Amazing experience I came in 4 weeks ago knowing how to do basic skills from learning by myself earlier in life and I have learned better form and my teacher Miss Jo has encouraged me and I have learned to trust her and now I’m considering going from recreational Tumbling into competitive Boys Gymnastics.

Business is unprofessional. They had a high-schooler teaching the class who rarely showed up each Saturday (class was only 1x per week)-as a replacement they would combine my 6-year old in a class with 3-year olds doing VERY basic obstacle-course-type activity and stretching. I continued to go hoping it would change but it never did. Basically, they have a small clique of people that they focus their true efforts on and if you are just involving your kids for sheer recreation they don't devote any attention to you as a customer. After I cancelled was even worse-they claim I never provided written consent-which I signed their form the last day I decided not to take my daughter back and left with the woman who TRIES to look young at the front desk..they continued to bill me and sent to collection agency. Very unprofessional and not worth wasting time or money there!!
