Definitely not great with customer service which is huge for me. I’m basing this review off of several incidents that occurred this summer and really wanted a good gym to take all of my kids to. I was given the incorrect information from the first call to the last and no one ever had the decency to respond or write back. They are also still charging my credit card after filing the drop form in July. They must need it more than I do! I am a yoga instructor and never would I provide poor service to a customer let alone a new one!
I’ve wasted time writing this not to complain but, to let other mothers and families know…

This gym is hands down the best gymnastics facility we’ve ever been to. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about helping kids grow in their skills.

My children look forward to every class and have improved so much over the years. The positive, encouraging atmosphere makes learning fun while still challenging students to reach their full potential.

The staff is friendly and professional, and communication is always clear. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced gymnast, this gym provides excellent training for all levels.

If you're going to move a 5 year old up to a higher class you need to make sure the quality of the teacher matches it. There are older girls in that class that hog the equipment during the class time, and some teachers say or do nothing about it. Basically bully the younger kids. Have specific age brackets, or pay more attention. We are paying the same price, my daughter should have the same amount of time. There are some classes I'd pay $5 cause of the teacher, some I'd want to be paid to attend, and some I'd easily pay $100 a class for. The consistency in quality between the teachers is not the same whatsoever. Was happy here for a few months but it went downhill fast. Truly disappointed in what i had to watch. My daughter will not be back.

This place needs a deep clean!!! The chairs need to be tossed. It stinks so bad in the gym. It’s freezing in there when it’s cold out and it’s HOT during the summer. The young coaches don’t always have the best attitudes either.

Had higher expectations on this place based on the reviews I read before coming. I was so excited to bring my 18mo old daughter for a free trial, but was upset to realize once we got there that the entire tiny tot area smelled like cigarettes, the equipment used looked like it had never been cleaned, & the chairs for parents to sit in looked like they had mold growing on them. 0/10 for cleanliness. I also expected the instructor to be a little more engaging as well. Especially for it being my daughter’s first class. She didn’t even come up to introduce herself or try to engage with her to make her feel more comfortable. I would've thought they would want to make a good first impression so we would want to continue to come back for the paid classes. Maybe my expectations were just too high, but regardless we will not be returning.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place. Everyone there is amazing, but my daughter does ninja warrior and Addison and Danni are especially wonderful. They are so great with the kids. I just wanted to say publicly how much we appreciate them!

Rejoined every single gymnastics facility in the area and finally called this one home. The training is top-notch, the kids never stop working, they are never standing around or looking for something to do. They train hard and learn a ton. The coach is super communicative and brings you along with her every step of the way in a timely fashion. She’s so organized and well put together. Super professional and incredible coach.

The girls are very close Friends and any drama that has ever crept up, the Director and coaches address it professionally and right away. We could not be happier with this gym. Our kids have exceeded their goals many folds since moving to this gym. We’ve been here over a year now, and love the staff, the coaches, the team girls, and the parents. highly highly highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience at North Port Gymnastics! Coach Dustin was incredibly patient with my daughter, who was extremely shy during her first class. His encouraging and kind approach helped her feel comfortable and confident. We're excited to return for future back handspring clinics over the summer. Highly recommend this gym and Coach Dustin for anyone looking for a supportive and positive environment!

Upon relocating to this area from SF, I did tons of homework on gymnastics gyms to transfer my kids to. There are lots of great gyms here, and after having attended a few of them, we're so proud to call this one home. There is no better gym in this area. This is a top-notch training facility for gymnastics athletes of all ages and stages. The kids train many hours per week and build strength and endurance quickly. The coaches are passionate about what they do and seem to always looking for ways to grow. The parents are very engaged and fun to hang out with during practice. I HIGHLY recommend giving this gym a try if you're looking to get your child into the sport of gymnastics, or even if you're little one is looking to be challenged more. I simply can't say enough wonderful things about NPG! Love it! Love it! Love it!

My son has been going to the ninja warrior class for almost a year now and just started tumbling! He absolutely loves both! They really help him get out all that extra energy and it gives him a safe space for all his jumping and climbing and swinging. The coaches are great with the kids and really take time to give instructions on their level.

This morning was Kaydence's first class at North Port Gymnastics. Her coach, Cheyenne was phenomenal, she was patient and kind, praising my daughter every time she did well. Kaydence loved Cheyenne so much that we signed her up for a second class on Mondays with her as well. All of your staff were more than helpful and friendly. North Port Gymnastics is an awesome facility. We started as strangers but now feel like family. The coaches are great and we just really like the atmosphere. It's very clean and you can tell they really care about the kids. As a parent, I'm always greeted by staff which shows they enjoy seeing parents come in to watch their kids. Coach Kelly and Coach Jenna are the best!!

After reading all the great reviews I was highly disappointed in this gym. I’m glad I attended a free trial class because if I had paid for this experience it would be 0 stars. The class witch I was told I needed to sign up for because there was only one spot left only had one other child in it. The coaches were young teens and had little to no interest in working with the tots and spent a majority of the time exclusively gossiping to one another. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience and I would not recommend it. Staff needs more training or adult supervision.

Ninja class is a must for active boys. Girls are great ninjas too! Our boys love the coaches, and we’ve seen their confidence and skills grow so much in 6 months of 1x weekly classes. Small classes (usually less than a dozen kids per class) and ages 5+

We have our 4 year old enrolled here, prices are not bad and she goes 4 times a month or every week. Open gym is a bit more wild but she does enjoy both. I do like the fact that if you miss a session you can make it up free of charge.

We learned about North Port Gymnastics from a friend (attended a birthday party). It was love at first sight for my daughter. We scheduled for our daughter to attend a class for free to try it out. She did so well that we were asked to attend another class to see if it would match her ability level better. The coaches are amazing. This gym is not just out to get your money. They genuinely care about your child and want to help them to be successful and to have fun. My daughter looks forward to going to gymnastics. The gym has also done a great job adapting due to covid 19. I know that when my daughter is there I don't have to worry about her because she is in great hands.

My daughters class had been canceled and i wasnt notified but when i asked why there was no class was quickly taken care of and my daughter got to get into a class that day we were both very happy will be coming for years to come

My 4 yr old daughter has been going here for over a year. I sometimes feel it lacks structure as the class is taught by teens and there isn't always consistency. The admin staff is very polite and always takes my feedback. I'll be re-evaluating gymnastics options in the coming weeks.
