I have been to a few gyms in the area, and Nova Gymnastics feels like a home for my daughter and myself. The coaches are very dedicated and proud of the girls and really take the time to correct skills. The staff knows your child and their entire family; they make you feel very welcome. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I took my son to a class with Damara and had the best experience! The classes are phenomenal! The coaches clearly love the children and have their best interest and safety in mind! If you have little and you’re looking for a gym to take them to for a fun play date or are looking into getting started in the gymnastics world, this is the place to go!!! We really did not like this place. They didn't do home work with our daughter in the after school program. had to call several times to get movement on this. many days they did not even do gymnastics, and when they did they were just jumping on a trampoline. One day they were showing zombie tv show to my 6 year old. When i called they told me "it's on disney+" Like cool...So are The Avengers and we're not letting her watch that YET. Seems like no supervision, older kids mixed with younger kids, no one really doing what they're supposed to. They're also still trying to charge us and we've been gone almost 2 months now. Thank god my wife shut that card down or we'd be chasing them about that..

My Daughter been at this gym for 3 years as a team athlete and I can't imagine being anywhere else.She recently joined the homeschool program ran by Coach Chris and her skills and form have never looked better. I recently enrolled my daughter in this place, and we are having a bad experience with the trainer MIRANDA, it breaks my heart when I go to pick her up and find her crying because this trainer treats her badly for not doing the exercises right, trainer Miranda always has a very bad attitude with my daughter since there are still exercises that she does not do as well as the other girls. I am not saying that all trainers are like this but PLEASE do not let Miranda be your child's trainer, she does not care if the girls do the exercises well, she yelled at my daughter on several occasions and when asked something she responds rudely. Miranda is not professional and made my daughter think that she is very bad at this and to never return.

This place is a joke!!! Classes are over packed, kids don’t get any attention and do what they want. Most instructors are kids themselves who mainly just talked between each other and not pay attention to the students. Don’t even get me started on the billing. Several times we where over charged several time we where double charge and when we canceled they continued to charge. It is like pulling teeth to get them to refund you their own mistake when over or double charging only offering credits.

After trying out different gyms for my daughter, I must say this one has been the best by far. The coaches are competent, caring and always make time to provide feedback. Not to mention, the owner always goes above and beyond for the athletes, and creates the most accommodating and cleanest environment for the children. My son has been at Nova Gymnastics for some time now under the care of coach Brooke and all I can say is she is a GAMECHANGER. This young lady has 15+ years of coaching not to mention her professionalism by far one of the best coaches this COUNTRY has to offer. She drives her students to be better at their own individual levels. She is caring and kind and my son refuses to be taught by anyone else now. As a single mother of a teenage boy we struggle sometimes to find avenues for boys to express themselves in a comfortable environment. Since he has been attending practices not only has his self esteem improved but also his drive in school to make the grades needed to stay in the program.

Coach Brooke and Miss Haley have strived to make this one of the best competitive programs in the country and their efforts are unmatched. Did I mention they do after school pickups and summer camps as well!! The time and dedication they put in to make every child feel welcomed and included is by far the best feeling in the world for any parent.

These two outstanding women as well as the owner Andrea make Nova Gymnastics a safe environment for these kids to believe as well as inspire them to be there best selves. We can not thank you enough for all that you do. Not just for my child but all the other children you care for as well. Clean facility with respectful staff surrounding the children make any parents nerves unravel when they are watching their child smile now that’s what you call an amazing experience.

We just didn’t make friends when we came to this gym we became part of a family with friends we will now hold on to for a lifetime.

Bad customer service , they don’t care about the customer, the only thing they care is about the money . My daughter got sick the day that she needed to do a make up class and they didn’t want to reschedule it , to reschedule it they were charging $35 ! Same with cancellation , there is a $25 cancellation fee if you decide not to continue with the classes and the ladies answering the phone are not helpful and friendly at all .

I never like to leave reviews that are negative and I don’t know if the establishment changed but my daughter had gone to there summer camp and always felt “left out” not because of the children it was the coaches. she was a little over weight and when coaches would pick their “teams” she would be the last chosen for anything and when she wanted to try something new on a parkour day the coaches would belittle her as she would come home dejected and when she came back one day she was crying because a coach got in her face and started yelling at her for saying a playful ow when she fell after that she was afraid to even go back. To this day she is still afraid to try anything new because of the experience

This was the worst experience I have had at any gymnastics place, so far. My 6 year old son was signed up for a trial class for beginner boys. We entered, and no one was there to even greet us, or tell us what to do. Then, when someone finally showed up, he walked him in. My son has never done gymnastics before- and again- it was his first trial class. The coach, didn’t spot him or help him on things like backbends, cartwheels, backwards rolls. The one time he stepped in to actually help him do a backwards roll, he basically just pulled his legs over his head- no lifting upwards of the hip to take the weight off the neck. I grew up in gymnastics, and coached for years. And I have never ever seen anything like this. No one came up to us at the end of the class, just such and unprofessional and unsafe place. I’ve never even written a Google review before, but that wasn’t safe.

After several years at another gym, we can finally say that we found our HOME at Nova Gymnastics! We have both our 8 & 10 year old daughter & son in their competitive program with world class coaches who teach them skills that go far beyond the gym. My daughter LOVES this gym, and Miss Maria, Miss Andrea & her Coach Oxana. She goes there for aftercare everyday during the school year, where she gets picked up from and transported to the gym. They’re very good about making sure to call me if I’ve forgotten to let them know my daughter wasn't in school that day, so they have accountability over the kids. Being a gymnast my whole life and coaching for 20+ years I have stepped foot in many facilities and this by far is one of the most amazing gymnastics schools. There's been a pandemic happening for well-over a year, now. Life is really boring... Say! I have an idea 💡: Wanna try out a new sport?

Then, if you have a leotard and you live in Hollywood or Dania, put it on and head over to Nova Gymnastics! The staff is quite friendly and agreeable. The price you'll pay is likely the lowest for any guided gymnastics class this side of South Florida. And you're almost guaranteed to pick up a handy new skill, which will surely impress the ladies, if you're a guy or the gentlemen if you're a lady!

I'm highly concerned with the extreme lack of regard for the health of our children. Just witnessed a gathering 5/17/2020 @ 9pm of about 80 people with NOT ONE PERSON WEARING A MASK!!!! Obviously not practicing social distancing either. While i'm protecting my children and they have not left the house since March!!! Honestly I don't care if YOU get the virus! Great place! They teach high level gymnastics mainly for kids and teenagers.
They also have classes for adults, indeed I, myself, come here to attend aerial silk classes.
There’s not much info about adults classes on their site so here it is:

Adult aerials (trapeze, lyra, hammock, silks), Monday through Friday: 7pm to 9pm.
Saturday and Sunday in the morning (I’ll update with the time soon).
20$/25$ a class

The instructor’s Eugene, he’s a former circus performer. The adults coming to class to train with him are very advanced and many of them perform. They all told me he’s an amazing instructor (I’m a beginner so I can’t tell as good as professional how good a trainer is!).

So the classes will be at a high level, you’ll be surrounded by performers and super advanced athletes, which can be intimidating but as well really push you overcome your limits quicker.

If you want to train seriously this is the place.

The only reason that I am giving this establishment one star is because it will not allow me to go lower. I have had a quite discouraging experience, and wouldn’t recommend this gym for anyone above the age of 18. I took a private lesson with a coach at this gym at the cost of $50 for 1 hour. The coach was completely disengaged and a terrible mentor. After explaining that I am a beginning gymnast the coach made absolutely no modifications to the class. Especially after explaining my discomfort with certain exercises. The coach demonstrated a lack of attention and enthusiasm to teach. He spent the majority of the time looking in another direction and on his phone. The only reason I stayed through the hour class was because I lost $50. Wonderful workout, great atmosphere terrible coach. Again, perhaps this establishment should maintain a focus on teaching children. What a waste. Best of luck.

It's a GYM that make improvement and assist the kids as well the parents. They help to understand and walk you thru it. Not only is somebody watching my child for me until I get off work but he's learning gymnastics, parkour, and MMA! Most afterscchool programs just watch your kids and let them free play or just one sport or activity but not Nova Gymnastics. My son loves it their so much that I motivate him to wake up for school by reminding him he will go to Nova gym afterwards. He not only enjoys the activities but he loves the staff. They treat him like family, in fact it is like a big family there. I am normally a very critical person but I have nothing but positive tgings to say about this gym. The owner is heaven sent to my son and my family.

Wow!! This place is amazing. I was looking to start a new workout routine since I did not want to go back to the conventional method of just simply doing weight. I must admit that these gymnastic classes has me hooked. Great environment that I would recommend to anyone looking to get fit!

Our first impression was that this gym is dirty and very disorganized. We have visited a couple of gyms and saw that Nova offers a lot of programs. Unfortunately, it seems that their classes and programs are all done poorly. Parents in the waiting area were complaining about a number of apparent issues. We felt a bad aura in this gym.

This place is awesome for people of all skill level. From beginners to experts, you can enjoy yourself here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a surplus of equipment and room to practice. Overall a great place to be and learn
