I was really disappointed with our experience at this gymnastics facility. The owner was surprisingly rude and unwelcoming, which set the tone right away. Several areas of the gym were off-limits to kids, even during open play time, which was confusing and frustrating—especially since classes were running at the same time.

I brought my toddler for open play but was told they couldn’t use the toddler area because a class was going on, even though that’s exactly what we came for. Parents weren’t allowed on the gym floor to help their little ones, yet there were only two staff members present, both busy running classes, leaving no one to supervise or assist the children in open play.

On top of that, some of the equipment looked worn out and even broken, which felt unsafe. Overall, the environment was disorganized, uninviting, and not at all what I’d expect from a place geared toward young kids.

My daughters started NTS last June when they opened. It was a breath of fresh air from the moment we walked into the gym. The owners Jim and Andrea are so kind and helpful. They genuinely care about each gymnast and their own journey through this beautiful sport. Jim and Andrea are both former high level gymnasts themselves, so they understand the sport inside and out.

The gym is huge and set up so meticulously for skill progression and safety. Safety is top priority for them. They have everything, from several large pits to tumble tracks, rod floor, 2 floor exercises, you name it, they have it. It’s a gymnasts’ dream! The best part for the parents is that you can actually see everything! I’ve had issues with this at other gyms, but not here. You can see the entire gym whether u are sitting downstairs or upstairs.

The coaches are all top notch. The owners have hand picked each and every one of them. All of them were former international gymnasts, they are all FIG judges and they all love the sport. There aren’t any YouTube coaches here. IYKYK. There is also open communication between the owners, coaches, parents and gymnasts. The best part is that there is no drama.

They started a TOPS program, which I’m excited to see grow and flourish.

NTS has only been open a little over a year and they have already created a family-like environment. The gymnasts love their coaches and each other. My daughters absolutely love going to practice every single day.

Incredible Experience at NTS Gymnastics!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at NTS! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and supported. The coaches here are truly exceptional—each one brings their own unique strength, and together they create an environment that is positive, disciplined, and full of joy.

Our daughter Samantha absolutely loves coming to practice. She has grown tremendously in confidence, strength, and technique since joining. A special shoutout to Coach Lidia—she is by far the sweetest and most dedicated coach we’ve ever met. Her warmth make a world of difference, and Samy lights up whenever she talks about her.Another highlight Samantha looks forward to? The Zumba minutes with coach Lidia, bring so much energy and fun to the gym—we definitely need more of this kind of joyful movement built into practice!

Coach Gianmarco always brings enthusiasm to the floor, making every session engaging and exciting. His dedication and positivity are truly inspiring.

Coach Jin impresses us with his sharp focus—he has his eyes on every athlete, constantly giving corrections and encouraging each gymnast to reach their full potential.

Coach Didier—his calm yet motivating approach brings balance and confidence to the athletes. He knows exactly how to challenge the kids in a supportive way, and his technical expertise truly shows in how much the gymnasts improve under his guidance.

And we can’t forget Coach Martina—she brings a fire and passion that’s contagious. You can tell she pours her heart into coaching and truly wants the girls to shine.

The facility itself is always clean, well-equipped, and run with care and professionalism. Communication is clear, and it’s obvious that every coach here genuinely cares about each child’s development—not just as athletes, but as individuals.

We are beyond grateful to be part of the NTS family. It’s not just a gym—it’s a place where confidence, discipline, and dreams are built. Highly, highly recommend!

I really wanted to like this gym. It appears theres a pattern here from just reading the reviews regarding the lady at the desk (Andrea). The first day we walked in she was rude and I was really trying to give a try but after awhile I just could not anymore. My child felt extremely uncomfortable there I expressed concerns, there was some nepotism very evident in certain instances. I voiced my concern to owner and was advised I would receive a credit never anything from Andrea whom he cc's. I emailed again and still no response. Hopefully they can improve these skills.

While the facility may attract visitors due to a few notable athletes, the overall experience was disappointing. The front desk staff lacked effective communication skills and professionalism, which significantly impacted the quality of service. If this place wants to match its reputation with actual follow-through and character, improving the customer service starting at the front desk is essential.

I can’t describe how much I love NTS gymnastics, but I’ll try. The coaches are some of the nicest, most helpful, encouraging people you’ll ever meet. This team feels like my family. Personally as one of the higher level gymnasts at NTS, I would highly encourage anyone to bring their kids there, or come themself. There is no other way that I would want to spend my day. I wake up everyday excited to get to practice. The amount of joy and happiness that I have during practice and even just thinking about it is unmatched. I’ve been to a lot of gyms and sometimes I wouldn’t want to go due to the bad and toxic environments, but not this one. NTS is my favorite place in the world, and everyone deserves to be at this gym. The extremely high credentialed coaches are beyond amazing. From all over the globe, the coaches at NTS have the skill to get you where you want to go. They really get to know you, and they know just how to push you enough. I’ve been at this gym for a year now, and the progress and growth I’ve made would’ve been impossible anywhere else. This past year has been the best year of my life. The facility itself is huge, and has everything you need to be successful in gymnastics. NTS made gymnastics beyond fun again. Every class is coached with care and passion. I have so many more incredible things that I could say about NTS gymnastics. This gym and the people in it changed my life forever. So if you’re thinking about bringing your kids here, yes, you should. They offer so many different classes and they are all awesome. The owners of this gym will never know how incredibly grateful I am for them opening it. Best place ever.

Terrible customer service. My 1st experience was walking in (not being greeted), seeing a man with a mouthful of a burger answering my question (since I wasn’t even acknowledged). He was not friendly, didn’t introduce himself despite finding out he was my son’s coach. Didn’t seem happy to be there at all (prior to and during my son’s class). Looked miserable, didn’t demonstrate anything to the kids. He also never introduced himself to my son when the class started. After telling someone who worked there, my experience- she didn’t seem to care at all- did nothing. Very disappointed, I was hopeful this gym had so much potential…. It’s all in the people who run them which will allow them to survive or not. I’d suggest anyone go to any other gym and have a far better experience.

I do like this place for my girls and the instructors are great but, they do NOT offer a comfortable waiting area, they have this "bar" that is not deep enough and very uncomfortable barstools, they have upstairs some horrible folding chairs and ONE sofa that is most of the time taken, I wish they could take are of that.

Can't say enough positive things about this gym and it's staff. First of all the facility is amazing! They spared no expense having a safe and clean environment for these kids to train. The coaches are top notch. The feeling of family is immediately felt when you join. The optional team coaches are beyond great. They take the time to get to know each gymnast and coach each gymnast with the style that works to get the best out of each child. The coaches are very communicative with the parents and let us know how are kid is doing weekly if not daily. This is what I have been looking for for years for my daughter! She has flourished tremendously since joining NTS. We are extremely happy and recommend this facility.

Run by world class gymnasts who know how to present training so the participants both advance skills and enjoy the sport. The men's head coach is himself an Olympic judge who knows exactly what they need to do to perform their best. Highly recommend!

NTS Gymnastics is truly exceptional for both children and us parents. The facility is impeccably clean and well designed, including separate bathrooms for adults and kids and a homeschool room. There are no blind spots, parents can easily oversee their children's training session. The high quality coaching, including one of the owners being a judge at the Paris Olympics, speaks to the level of expertise available. The owners are genuinely kind and that truly distinguishes the atmosphere, making it an enjoyable place to spend time.
