My home away from home. Oceanflow has such a welcoming environment, many different classes offerings and is always so clean. I have been taking classes here for the last year with Sofia, Katherine, and Nestor. This studio has the most amazing instructors, all with something unique to offer. We love this studio so much!

Firstly, it’s so fun! We have tried the scarf yoga, the hammock yoga and hoop yoga.

It’s something bonding and enjoyable for myself and my pre-teen daughter.

The instructor, Karina is so lovely. She makes it fun, non intimidating, she is soft spoken but clear with her cues and instruction.

The owner, Sofia is kind and responsive and keeps the studio clean and serene.

I highly recommend trying a class!!

When I moved to Ft Laudetdale, I was so happy to encounter this studio. It’s so clean, the poles are in excellent condition and the community of students, instructors and the owner made me immediately feel welcomed and at home. I love this space! If i could give zero stars I would. Sophia lacks basic professionalism for an instructor. I will never come back and I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to come to this studio. Find a studio that’s right for you with instructors that understand basic customer service and empathy. Most people show up just to dance but there is zero inclusive engagement. I felt isolated. Enjoy.

Will Not Travel for This Again.
I called 30 minutes ahead to confirm the location—no answer. Called again 15 minutes before arrival—still nothing. I drove an hour and a 10 min just to end up circling around a city I’m not familiar with, trying to figure out where to go. No clear signage, no follow-up communication, and the studio is tucked inside a larger building with no clear directions. Ended up having to sit outside. Total waste of time and money. Poor communication and no consideration for people traveling from out of town

As a guy, I was very apprehensive about trying pole. I called around a few places and even started at a different studio prior to Oceanflow. When I was able to catch up with Sophia (owner and instructor at Oceanflow) on the phone, I could immediately hear her smile. She was very welcoming and shared a lot of passion about pole. She was also very confident in taking me on based on my goals. I decided to check out Oceanflow for 1 session in between the studio I originally started at a few weeks prior. Boy am I glad did! Oceanflow was such a difference! The studio is clean, organized, nicely decorated with supplies readily available to do your best. Sophia, Nestor, Katherine, Jess, and Brenda give instructions in an informative manner and are willing to do demonstrations as many times as you need them to without getting annoyed or bothered. Not only do they do well instructing, most importantly, they give in the moment feedback which is very helpful for improvement! This studio offers a great community of dancers and instructors that all support one another do their best and feel comfortable trying new things. I am very happy to have discovered Sophia and Oceanflow. Needless to say, I am now there fulltime. Check em out!

This studio is absolutely beautiful! The class/package prices are amazing! The parking is great. This studio is clean, warm and quaint. All of the instructors are very professional, kind and knowledgeable. The owner has always been very kind, very professional and carry's herself with eloquence ❤️ she's been by my side since I began my pole journey, she's absolutely loved. Amazing studio! There is tons of parking available right outside this studio making it highly accessible. The studio itself is clean, beautifullly decorated and incredibly inviting /welcoming. This studio offers versatile classes and plenty of them with a class to suit any aerial enthusiasts needs/requirements. The instructors are very well experienced and very friendly. In addition this studio offers competitive pricing and 2-hour open pole time slots. The owner is very professional and leads from her heart. Her studio reflects this in every sense, she is sincere and very personable. I attended a Valentines showcase here and had an amazing night with friends who attended the showcase as well. I look forward to spending more time in this stunning facility. Thank you OceanFlow for being so welcoming with so many aerial formats on offer which develop skills and promote growth. Fell in love w/ pole fitness @ Oceanflow. Personally have only been to two classes thus far but after every class i’m anticipating the next class date. Sophie is very patient, kind, and informative. Not only will she show you what/how to… but she’ll also help you. I’d invite the world to try out pole @ Oceanflow if i could. 10/10 definitely would recommend!!!

I have been learning pole dancing for about 6 months now and this is by far my favorite studio. I have taken classes with Sofia and Carolina and they are both amazing teachers. They are so sweet and they always make me feel welcome in the studio. Ocean Flow has so many different classes to offer and there is really a class for everyone. They are very beginner friendly and I’ve enjoyed every class I’ve taken. The studio is gorgeous and the poles are all stainless steel. Parking is easy and the location is great! I highly recommend Ocean Flow if you are new to pole or if you have been doing it for years!
