For someone that's admittedly not a 'yogi', this place is incredibly comfortable, encouraging, and welcoming. There are tons of classes to choose from, with a variety of time slots. The owners/teachers are genuinely there to help and guide you, at your own pace, with zero judgement. Not to mention, it's a beautiful space to practice in! Love Love Love OYP!

Can't express how lucky we are in Vero to have the addition of a new yoga studio! One Yoga Planet of Ft Piece has opened a studio in VERO BEACH! They have brought with them amazing teachers, including owners Margarida and Nikki! Great yoga, in a beautiful space make this a terrific addition to our yoga community. 5 stars all the way around...teachers, space and location! This is a perfect yoga spot! Nikki is the best teacher especially if you aren't young and lithe... she's very sweet and the other teachers are very good too. Lots of different classes too.
