I get shredded here every morning! Opens at 5 am and if you go then it's like your own private gym. The equipment gets turned over in good time so it's not like you're working out at a Hampden Inn with 1970 equipment, they've really done a great job with the addition.

Awesome fitness facility! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because their fitness classes only accommodate retirees or people who work from home and can attend classes during normal business hours. The facility itself is excellent! A large variety of modern fitness equipment, very clean, well maintained. A beautiful fitness center.
