My wife started working out regularly with CC and was seeing great results. I had an old knee injury that had been plaguing me for years so my physical activity was limited to mostly intense, cardio
-based workouts. I ride and race dirtbikes but was getting limited seat time because of this injury. A few months after my wife met CC, I finally decided to give strength training a go again, under his direction, and I’m glad I did. Through proper form and guidance, CC not only helped me gain the necessary strength to get back on my dirtbikes and racing again but I’ve seen a huge improvement in my overall fitness as well. I have nothing but respect for him and his work.

As a woman in my early 40s, in the complete throes of perimenopausal hormone fluctuations, CC changed my life tremendously. I met CC back in August 2024 when I hit a wall and knew something within me needed to change. I wanted to find a healthy outlet and have been strength training with him 3x a week ever since, plus I changed my daily nutrition to meet the goals I (and he) outlined together using a system he designed around my goals specifically. Today, I am 20lbs+ lighter and I walk an average of 10k steps every day; rain or shine because if CC says I should, I do! Of the many times I’ve tried to treat my body better in the past, I’ve always given up within a few weeks. CC came along at a pivotal point and has pushed me outside my comfort zone; beyond my wildest dreams. This man is a walking encyclopedia of information related to strength training, conditioning and body composition. The impact he has had on me, my frame of mind and my body is genuinely indescribable and I would be remiss if I didn’t admit he is one of the greatest things that ever happened to me.

I have been working out with CC Mathews at Trinity Fitness 2x per week for the last month and I am already getting stronger. His workouts are quick (only 30 minutes) but very challenging and effective. Prices are reasonable, there is a good variety of equipment to keep the workouts from being repetitive and there is always parking available right out front. I highly recommend CC at Trinity Fitness for all of your personal training needs!

CC at Trinity fitness is hands down the best personal trainer in Palm Beach Gardens (or anywhere else for that matter). I was so lucky to find him when I did. I was 40, postpartum, and had a knee injury. He was able to not only get me in the best shape of my life (and I grew up a competitive athlete so that says a lot), but also create a specified workout that tailored to my body type and rebuilt my muscles/core in a way that my knee injury was no longer an issue. From pain going up and down stairs to snow boarding and playing volleyball again, he molded a program that changed my life. I cannot stress enough that his education level paired with his attention to your specific needs and body type, with his inspiring nature, is unparalleled (and I have many to compare it to with my athletic history). If you’re considering going, do yourself a favor, GO! He is the best personal trainer in the game! I am so grateful I found him.

One of the best personal trainers in Palm Beach Gardens, and maybe even the entire Jupiter/PBG/North County area. Hands down.
I started with CC virtually during the pandemic. 4 months later, after twice weekly sessions, I was down 10 lbs. But more than the weight loss, I felt better, had increased flexibility and was noticeably stronger. And that was just through an iPad!!
Now I see him in person in his private gym with state of the art equipment, and the results are even better. CC knows my goal is to build lean muscle and gain flexibility, and he customizes my workouts with those objectives in mind. Don’t get me wrong — he’ll work you hard. But he’s one of the best motivators around and makes you want to grind it out even on the days you don’t want to.
He’s knowledgeable about the body and knows not only how to treat sore muscles and injuries, but also how to avoid them in the first place.
I can’t thank CC enough. My core muscles, lats, delts, biceps, triceps, quads and pecs can’t thank him enough either!

Anyone looking for a lifestyle change, this is the place to go! Pam and CC are incredible trainers. They are easy-going and personable and motivating. Every time I walked in I felt motivated to get going! They supply you with advice, knowledge, nutrition guide and stay in contact and strive to hold you accountable to your goals. They are encouraging and enthusiastic and want to see you succeed. I would refer any one to them who is looking to change their lifestyle and build better, healthier habits. On the wall in the fitness center it says, "if it doesn't challenge you, it wont change you." At Trinity Fitness you will be challenged and with Pam or CC's help and guidance you will definitely see a change. So glad I reached out to Trinity Fitness. I give them my highest recommendation! In 5 months I lost 30 pounds, decreased body fat by 8% and dropped 6 pant sizes!

My wife and I started training with CC about a year ago an our bodies have changed tremendously. When I first start I had no clue to the proper way to eat and exercise to stay fit and healthy.
