I really like this gymnastics place. My girls joined the pre-team lessons and I see the progress right away. We spent a whole year in gymnastics plus last year and my girls didn’t do much progress. Mostly because their pre-team had 38 kids and 2 trainers. Palm Beach gymnastics manages to keep the groups small so each child gets a lot of support and guidance which results in success. Also the owners are nice humans who you can actually talk to and not be pushed aside by a a dry reply over email like in gymnastics plus. I highly recommend this gym for children.

After leaving another reputable gymnastics facility that we outgrew, we were hopeful that Palm Beach gymnastics would deliver better training for our girls with their tumble program. The first day we walked into the office we were not only ignored but the atmosphere was so unwelcoming I thought I was in the wrong place. Jeannie, the woman who sits behind the desk (with the raspy voice) did not greet us or bother to assist us with checking us in or asking us any basic customer service questions instead she hand motioned to a younger girl sitting behind her who had a clipboard to check the girls registrations.
During the tumble class (which is in an un-airconditioned warehouse btw) after starting 5 minutes late and then stretching for 20 minutes..we realized that the teacher Grace only remained at one of the 4 rotations she sets up for the class assisting in back handsprings while the other girls are left to attempt handstands, back walk-overs, and front summersaults unassisted without any spotters. This was very alarming to us given my one daughter is only five and has never attempted any of these ever let alone on her own. I decided to say something to Jeannie at the front desk and her response was that they don’t hire assistants to help the teachers but they would “look into it and address it.”
The following week we were unfortunately
met with the same set of circumstances and I felt that the teacher was even more neglectful of the students when they were not on her specific rotation. All class there was a male instructor in the corner with a small group of girls working one on one with the same tumbling techniques. I overheard a mother explaining how her children were there for a private lesson which they go to weekly for $135 a month. I decided to approach the front desk to inquire about the private lessons. Jeannie said she she would have to go in the back to speak with “someone” about it and after a minute came back out (while trying to get whoever it was she had spoken to) to come out to speak with me and I audibly heard the person tell her “no”. LOL! She then said “we don’t do private lessons for just anyone, the people you see in the corner are friends of the owner”. I again reiterated that I was concerned with the lack of support for the tumble class and she said in a serious tone she would get it “taken care of.”
I decided to give it one more week (our last week of the month cycle) but was again met with disappointment. At the end of class I told Jeannie I would like to withdraw the girls from the class. After knowing my face well enough by then she did not try to discuss my problems let alone convince us to stay.
This place has so much potential but they are lacking the basic needs of staffing and customer service to make it an enjoyable experience. I never had an opportunity to meet the owner, but from the looks of these other reviews, it seems I dodged a bullet.

This review might be a little lengthy in it’s content, but definitely worth it
As a 60 year resident of the Boca Raton Delray area and a grandmother of four I feel pretty confident in knowing where my children go and are loved and appreciated and yet taught a skill
that will stay with them for a lifetime. I highly recommend Palm Beach Gymnastics not only what they provide the children athletically, but also for their constant encouragement, family/Loving environment, and the exposure through a variety of competitions that contribute to the development of the individual skill level.
As a former educator/administrator, mother and grandmother, I feel pretty confident in stating that I have been more than pleased with what Palm Beach Gymnastics offers. I have been through Boy, travel lacrosse, basketball, ice hockey,, and roller hockey not to mention travel dance, travel cheer and girl lacrosse all within the surrounding area. I can highly recommend Palm Beach Gymnastics for the quality of coaches and staff in addition to their professionalism.
I understand everybody wants their child to be the best at everything they do. Reality needs sets in c and we need to understand that our children, as long as they are having fun and putting forth the effort, are learning so much more than being the best. I also understand that we want our children to be in an environment that is fostered through positive interactions not only with the coaches, but also the owners. Reality sets in again, and we are all aware that there are disgruntle employees in every profession making accusations that are not necessarily true. I wondered how many of us have actually spoken to Rob and Diane regarding their concerns directly rather than a rumor mill. I’m just a firm believer that if something is bothering you you deal with the people or the issue directly at hand and find out the facts for yourself.
I know my granddaughter enjoys being at Palm Beach Gymnastics and may not be the best athlete in the world. I know she’s happy. I know she’s safe. I know she’s cared for and I know she’s being taught values that coincide with that which I am teaching at home. Thank you, Rob and Dianne And. Your coaches for a job well done.

Palm Beach Gymnastics is an amazing gymnastics facility for kids of all ages. From the coaching staff to owners, the environment is very loving and welcoming for children in the sport and wanting to join the sport. The gym is incredibly clean and well organized, with class for every skill set. If you want to start gymnastics classes this is a great place to go!!!

PARENTS BEWARE! I have never had to leave a bad review for a business until now but my experience has left me with no choice. The facility is straight-up filthy. I can see dust on mats, hand marks, face smears, dirty floors and chalk marks all from the back of the lobby. It does not get cleaned for multiple practices in a row, it’s just gross. The place is disorganized at best and very little gymnastics is actually learned in there. But unfortunately, it was the unprofessional management that sealed the deal for me. Rob, the owner, is the true problem. He is comfortable lying to customers to draw them in just to turn around and not deliver. Extremely rude attitude and not helpful at all after your first encounter. Very disruptive and unsanitary environment for children, could not believe it was so bad. If you are looking for a highly quality enriching gymnastics experience in Boca Raton, this is not the place, keep looking.

would not recommend Palm Gym Gymnastics, especially under the management of Rob, the owner. His interactions with parents and children can be unprofessional and, at times, downright rude. Communication feels lacking, and he seems more focused on rules than creating a positive, encouraging environment for kids. If you’re considering gymnastics options for your child, I’d suggest looking into other gyms where respect and care for young athletes are a priority.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym! The facility is always spotless, and you can tell they take pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Jordan goes above and beyond teaching the proper skills and form while keeping in mind their required technique (knowing that they are competitive dancers) to my daughter and her dance friends, ensuring they learn safely and effectively.
The staff truly treat everyone like family!!!
Making you feel comfortable and supported from the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for a place that’s not just a gym but a community, this is it!”

I can’t recommend this gym enough. My daughter has been frequenting here since their grand opening and has been obsessed ever since. The facility is always clean and ready when we arrive. The coaches are so attentive and amazing and have given the best advice to fit my child’s needs. I also had her last birthday party here and the owners went above, beyond, and even more. The decorations were gorgeous and the helpers out did themselves with games and entertainment for all the kids. Food and drinks were included and the price was beyond reasonable. There were even 2 moms from the party that signed up immediately after! I’ve never had a bad experience here and love that my daughter and myself are basically treated as family! Highly recommend to anyone interested in training or even just a party!
EDIT: I added some photos since apparently some hostile people think this is a fake review 😄😘

This is a personal first for me to leave a negative review for any business, but I deem it necessary as a parent because I wish I had known these things before I came to palm beach gymnastics. My daughter was at this gym just shy of two years. It was not a pleasant experience. The owners were not welcoming to us at all, not even from the beginning and by the end they were downright condescending and rude. I’m sure with the recent bad reviews they will try to be a little nicer to new customers, but don’t be fooled, it is fake. The owner, Rob, was also rude to my 8 year old daughter and embarrassed her in front of the other team members and coaches during practice, sending her home in tears. It involved payments and scheduling which should have only been discussed with my husband and I and not our young daughter and especially not in front of everyone there. That is classless and degrading. The gym doesn’t have any idea on how to assess gymnasts or spot talent and place them where they need to be. It is either that or they just don’t care, I’m leaning towards the latter. My daughter was part of their competitive team for a season and a half. She was held back for an entire season and got bored and frustrated in the sport because there was zero uptraining, so nothing exciting for her to look forward to. She overheard several coaches saying she should be moved up, but oddly it isn’t up to the coaches who have the gymnastics experience. It is up to the owner (Rob) who was never a gymnast….ever. She had all of the skills to move up to the next level, so it was a big waste of time and money for us. They also don't allow parents and coaches to communicate. Can you imagine a parent not being allowed to speak with their child’s coach and have no direct communication? Also, if you email the owners, you may have about a 2 percent chance they will respond, unless it has to do with money and payments. Terrible communication skills. There is so much drama between the staff and owners. I’ve heard from several reliable sources that they talk bad about everyone behind their backs from other staff members to customers. They also listen to the parents talking on the cameras they have placed in the waiting room. Talk about invasion of privacy. Yuck. Observing for almost two years and spending many hours watching, I have come to the conclusion that they do not care about any individual gymnast or their talent and progress. There is no future at this gym. If your child wants to be a competitive gymnast and thrive, don’t waste your time or money here. In hindsight, I wish we had left sooner. FYI, the gym is rarely cleaned and is always filthy, smells terrible, especially the bathrooms….

Amy is an incredible coach. All the other coaches we had were great too.
The facilities are nice and the gym organizes showcases twice a year, which are a highlight. It can get really crowded during the school year.
We celebrated a birthday there and it was successful, the kids had a lot of fun. It was lower cost than equivalent venues.
Management is welcoming and accommodating.

Also the facility is very organized and clean . Rob is such a pleasure to deal with and is very knowledgeable . Also he really cares about the progress of the students .When my daughter started showing improvement, they evaluated her and moved her up. I highly recommend this gymnastics studio.

I had high hopes for this place…went into it “blind” so to speak. The pics on the internet and a few good reviews and I thought this was gonna be great! Paid the 30$ for the first class …which was kinda weird because most places give you a free trial class. My daughter’s grandparents took her for that visit…and said the place aesthetically wasn’t that great, but whatever. So I took her for her next class that they paid for the month… The waiting area for the parents is so filthy you don’t want to touch a wall or door🤮 My daughters clean feet after being inside the gym area for the 55 minutes were as black as asphalt. She learned nothing, it was just like paying someone $$$ for 55 minutes to be in the same room with your kid while you supervised .
I don’t recommend.
They are not BB approved and won’t refund your money. The pictures they portray on the facebook page IS NOT THE FACILITY THEY ARE USING.
Their facility is small, crowded and so so dirty!

My daughters have been coming to this gym for 2 years.
1. There is NO future for a gymnast from levels 3-10. The reason being is that there is zero structure/organized way the gymnasts are suppose to train when they are at a competitive level. Hence why they don’t even have any gymnasts at those higher levels there besides their own daughters and a few others. They do NOT assess nor evaluate gymnasts at this gym per the owner Rob and per my entire 2 years there. I had asked him to evaluate my daughter to make sure she can be placed in the correct level and his words were “we don’t do that here”, I asked specifically if a coach can evaluate my daughter to make that decision and he said “the coaches have nothing to do with it” when I asked who does he replied “Me, I make the decisions ”. He does not work with the kids, he has no idea what skills they have or what they are even capable of. Talented gymnasts will be held back here as they do not recognize talent, they will keep them in the level they are at and just let them ride it whether they are capable of moving to the next level to have more of a challenge. They did skip a handful of kids in levels 1,2&3 they allowed to move up that shouldn’t have but for the ones that could they won’t and firmly deny with no reasoning besides “we don’t skip levels here” per Rob. The gymnasts that actually do compete at their levels automatically advance to the next level in the summer without any evaluations, assessments, or skills test following the next competition season. Many of these gymnasts struggled during competition season due to lack of skills needed to compete. They do not allow coaches to speak to parents here. There is zero communication in this gym. I have emailed them so many times throughout the year and most of the time do not respond even when asked to confirm receipt.
2. I had my girls get thorough evaluations at 2 very reputable gyms and BOTH gyms confirmed my daughters in the levels I knew they should have been in, yet palm beach refused an assessment and refused to “skip” levels when in Fact my daughters had all the check marks to place them at the level they should have been placed in.
3. The cleanliness from a 1-10 is a ZERO. In the 2 years I have been at Palm Beach I have never ever seen a coach or anyone wipe any equipment down in between classes or after or ever. My youngest daughter got a staph infection all over her face from this gym. And my older one got warts on her finger. I have 2 other friends that I will not mention any names experienced the same thing, one of their daughters got warts on their feet and another one same thing staph infection. They do not clean nor maintain this facility at all. It is a total shame.
4. I had asked the owner 3 times for competition leggings for my daughter. Once via email, twice in person which she had wrote on a sticky note both times and never ever got back to me. My daughter was the only one wearing hot pink leggings in competition instead of being unified as a team. Thankfully she is only 5 and didn’t care. However it shows how much the owners cared when I had asked them 3 times and never got back to me.
5. Coach Yulia, Amy & Todd are very knowledgeable coaches. They work amazing with the girls. The only plus was the great coaches and the up training in the summer that my girls always looked forward to.
6. It is unfortunate that levels 4-10 don’t have enough gymnasts to even make up a “team” of 3 girls for each level. The gymnast retention is very low.
7. As for security the door is accessible to anyone and there is nobody at the front desk past 6:30pm which was a big concern to us.
8. There are Palestinian protests on a weekly basis in the parking lot. There are lots of cop cars and lots of shouting. It is very alarming and unfortunate.

While the coaches are good and the facility is nice the owner , Rob, ruins this gym. My daughter was on the team for 2 years and we were consistently lied to and then gaslit by the owner on several occasions. Rob had no issues of yelling at staff in front of the kids and would spin conversations for no reason. There was a lack of professionalism when issues arose and many girls were held back levels so the team can place first. There is also no uptraining in the levels which caused the girls to become bored and frustrated, not to mention the zero communication with parents.
Looking back on our time at Palm beach I wish I had never allowed my daughter to train at this gym. We loved the girls on team which is why we stayed for so long, but it 100% had a negative effect on my daughter. We have since moved on and the openness with our new gym’s coaches and staff is a night and day difference. If Rob is still in charge, steer clear from Palm Beach and take your girl to a different gym if you want her to go anywhere in this sport.

We joined this gym for a 6-week session last year, fully expecting my daughter to have fun but be done after the session was over. Nope - she loved it so much we signed up for weekly classes and eventually got our son into tumbling there, as well. My kids have grown so much from being a part of these classes. We truly feel at home here and love coming every week. The owners are so warm and sincere in their approach to the kids and we just couldn’t be happier that we made the choice to sign up here.

This gym was the first gym my 9 year old daughter tried out since moving to Florida do to being around the world as a Military family we wanted to find a home gym for her. As soon as we came in everyone was so nice and welcoming. It definitely had a family filled atmosphere. She has been so happy and enjoys going to practice. The girls on team made her feel so welcomed and they have been so nice to her since she started. I am glad to have her here and be apart of this amazing gym.
