I'm obsessed with Palm Beach Hot Yoga! The heated class is perfect for getting a deep stretch and an intense workout. I always leave feeling so refreshed. The instructors are amazing—they guide you through every step and make sure you're getting the most out of the practice. If you're looking for a true Bikram yoga experience, I can’t recommend this place enough!
