We have been to three different cheer gyms due to lack of communication, scheduling and organization. We have finally found one who fits all that criteria(that should be common sense for business) how much lightning typically has the schedule six months or more in advance already out and their communication as well above anybody else in the industry in South Florida. Our daughter loves everything about the place, her coaches and we love that the communication is outstanding. The only bad thing I will say about the place is the parking is terrible and the parent waiting room is very tight. Those two things I can overlook for organization, Communication, and scheduling being in place.. overall we’ve had a great experience at this gym and look forward to years to come with our little princess.

Our daughter’s experience at Palm Beach Lighting All Star Cheer has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment she joined, she felt welcomed, encouraged, and part of something special. The coaching staff has played a huge role in her development—not just as a cheerleader, but as a confident, disciplined athlete. They’ve challenged her in all the right ways while providing consistent support and guidance.

She’s had the opportunity to grow through a variety of level classes, each one helping her strengthen her skills and build new ones. The choreography she’s been part of has been thoughtfully created to match her team’s strengths, which has made performing even more rewarding.

She absolutely loves putting on her uniform—it’s stunning, professional, and makes her feel proud to represent her team. Most importantly, she’s found a place where she feels seen, supported, and excited to push herself. Watching her thrive at PBL has been such a gift.

My daughter started cheering at Palm Beach Lightning 4 years ago at the age of 6. She absolutely loves being there and has made so many friendships with her teammates. She started as a Tiny level 1 athlete and has made her way up to a Junior Level 3 team this year. PBL focuses on proper technique and execution which not only makes them look good, but more importantly reduces injuries. My daughter has not only gained tremendous growth in her skills, but also personal growth as well. Along with proper cheer training, the coaches teach respect, responsibility, and that hard work pays off. We look forward to the many years we have left at Palm Beach Lightning and suggest to everyone who wants to cheer to go there!

Best and only gym i’ve ever been to. I’ve been cheering here for 12 years and it is such a great place to go when you’re looking for a family. I’ve made the best of friends from there and i have improved in my cheer life. Such an amazing i definitely recommend.

If you want a gym that makes you child feel like they are not good enough or gives your child low self esteem then this is the gym for your child. The coach/owner will replace you on the team the first time you do it wrong and with no warning or explanation. It’s always what’s good for the team not what’s good for the child. Does not give the child a chance to improve the skill or correct it. They do have their favorites. It’s all about winning and the money! This gym will destroy your child’s self confidence and self esteem! So if you considering this gym, think long and hard especially if you want to build your child’s self esteem , confidence and feel good about themselves then run to another gym that kids are the priority and winning and money comes second!
