As someone who bounced around to different studios often (babe hot pilates, libre, studio3, etc) ever since Palmi + Sano opened up, they’re the only ones I go to now :) Demi and gaby have to be the best Pilates instructors in all of Miami! They’re so versatile, from very classical Pilates to sculpt classes and everything in between. Genuinely my favorite studio and I recommend it to everyone! From the front desk experience to class to cooldown, they never miss the mark! So happy to have found them and wish them nothing but success:)🤍

I tried this studio for the first time today and absolutely love it! It’s a warm intimate space where you feel like you can really focus on your workout and get direct instruction from the teacher. I went to Melissa’s class and she was phenomenal! Such an inspiring and intuitive instructor, I will absolutely be back for another one of her classes!
