Great little gym just a few minutes from Rosemary. It's got everything you need and nothing you don't. It's not palatial. It's small, but if you're serious about working out, you're going to be satisfied. Can't beat the price, especially for this area. And the staff is very kind and helpful.

Only the size makes it a 4.5. Smallish gym but located in a cute little shopping center worth exploration. Packed with a wide variety of stuff for a well rounded workout. Gets crowded quick but everyone is polite and works around each other fine. Prices are generous which is an anomaly in this area.

Went to this gym multiple times while on vacation and it was perfect. The owner is nice and cares about her customers and the gym has all the essential equipment and has an old school bodybuilding feel to it (they even have a picture of Arnold on the wall). I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the area or anyone visiting. The day pass prices are very reasonable!

Great experience as a 30A vacationer. No lengthy sign up, just pay for an affordable multi-day pass, get a punchcard and start working out. Bonus points that I didn’t have to do any kind of online bullcrap or give out my email.

They don’t have a squat rack but plenty of dumbbells and machines to put together a good workout.

I purchased a day pass through my health insurance. I showed my pass and the staff was confused, but aloud me to work out. When I complete my work out I was told they did not know where my guest pass came from, but I would need to purchase a day pass. I was charged by my health insurance and at Paradise Fitness. The equipment they offer is not worth $12 a visit.

My husband used this gym while on vacation. You cannot beat their guest membership rates compared to other gyms in the area. The gym was just what he needed to keep up with his fitness goals and it is located in a cute small strip of restaurants/shops with easy parking access when we went in the evenings.

If you're expecting a fancy place with brand new equipment then you're going to be disappointed. However, this place gets the job done if you're looking to just sweat off those extra calories that you've probably been consuming while you're on vacation. There's towels and filtered water for your convenience.

My favorite little gym in PBC! I spent 3 months here teleworking/vacationing across the street from Paradise and can’t wait to return! Very clean, all the equipment you need, and Angela (the owner) is such a sweet soul to talk to🤙🏽 Can’t wait to go back soon!

This gym is the best! Prices are great and the location is very convenient coming from the west end of Panama City Beach. The staff is friendly and the environment rocks! Angela has been amazing to me, helping me achieve my goals since becoming a member. Huge S/O to Zoey the gym mascot for keeping the energy level up!

Absolutely amazing gym. Warm and welcoming. I’ve joined gyms in the past and after a few months fizzled out... after working out here for the past 4 years- I’ve never missed a week. I actually wake up and look forward to coming in. I highly recommend!
