I recently had my daughter’s 4th birthday here and they did not disappoint. All of the staff was very engaging with the kids during the party and played lots of different games. The best part is they help you set up and clean up so it is a breeze for you! Great gym.

I wouldn’t recommend this business, the coaches I experienced aren’t good with kids, and from a skills aspect the toddler class is worthless. When you walk in it’s not a warm feel, customer service in general just isn’t there. I went to this location for two months under a different email then signed up for the intermediate class and a toddler class.

I am so happy I plan my son’s party. My son was looking forward to sharing his passion for gymnastics with his classmates and family. Choosing Park Ave was the only way to go and the best decision I made. The staff were so very helpful. I was so overwhelmed before showing up but all the staff helped set up, facilitated, and packed everything. I enjoyed talking to guests and family. I should have done this sooner. My daughter has been attending gymnastics classes for the last year at Park Ave so we decided to have her 4th birthday party there and it was fantastic! The staff was helpful, there weren’t a bunch of restrictions, setup and cleanup were easy, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat… thank you!!

So much fun! I’ve been taking classes for 2 years already and it is amazing! This was my second year doing camp and I’m a super picky eater and the coaches made everything work out! All the girls are super nice and friendly

I was really excited to take my girls here and it’s so sad to say that it was a horrible experience all around and just a complete waste of money, I heard good things and believed the good reviews so I decided to take a chance and pick a gymnastics place 35 minutes away from me for a good experience for my kids but it was far from that. I didn’t have a good experience with the staff at all they weren’t very kind at all & on top of all of it when i first signed up i was charged a registration fee plus my first month, I had done 1 class only and before i could even say if i wanted to continue going they charged me for the next two months so basically within 1 week they charged me almost $800 without even letting me know as a new person coming there. Also they mention that you can do make up classes if you’re sick or can’t make it to the class and unfortunately we missed 4 classes and it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a make up class so I basically lost that money… I hope this review saves someone from taking their children here. save your money and most importantly your peace.

We had a wonderful experience having our child’s birthday here. Every child had a blast, the parents enjoyed watching their children try new things and the birthday girl was extremely happy. The instructors were lovely and very helpful throughout the entire party - they offered flexible options to change whatever activities they were doing and also helped with set up and clean up.

I’ve been attending park Ave since I was a little girl, in high school I worked there part time and now I have a 3 year old that does classes on Saturdays! I love this place!!! Amazing is all I can say! We decided to host her 3rd bday with another little girl in her class and it was such a success!!! The coaches were great, the setup was wonderful! These kids had a blast!!!!! HIGHLY recommend for your next gymnastics bday party of any age! They really curtail the activities in the gym towards the age group in the birthday party! We had mainly 2-3 year olds and a handful of 5/6 year olds so the party was very appropriate for the younger ages!

We go there for classes weekly, which is why my 5 turning 6 year old really wanted her birthday at Park Avenue! We were so thankful that that they’ve reintroduced birthday parties just in time to have her party there! We were more than thrilled with how everything went. From the lovely, helpful, engaging staff, to the smiles on the kids faces from how much fun they were having, the set up/layout of the party, it was a birthday for the books! Both my boys have gone to Park Avenue (age 2 and 4) and love it! The teachers are warm and welcoming- they love Miss Karly and Nicole! It is great for gross motor skills and social skills and tons of fun! We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Excited that they now offer birthdays too!

Owners/people who work there aren’t really friendly. My kids were constantly bored in these classes, they do the same thing week after week and after 3 years we haven’t seen them learn much that was new. We finally left and are having a better experience else where. If you feel your kids are lacking here, go else where for a free trial and you will see what a waste of time this place is. They are only good for small kids. The mommy and me classes are good for really little babies but it gets old fast because it’s the same thing every week. The teacher is as bland as unseasoned mashed potatoes- for someone who works with kids it’s not as high energy, engaging fun like miss sue or other mommy and me classes in the area.

Where to start.... the good thing is long sessions.
Bad... worst customer service, not family friendly, not clean, and most important they keep charging you after you decided to quit!!! and back to square one with the worst customer service.
Protect yourself from fraud, keep you money and stay away from this place. This review is only my opinion on my own experience.
There might be other happy customers, I'm just not one of them, and I will never be. Take care.

Very disappointed. No flexibility with the mask policy which they implemented overnight. My 3 year won't wear a mask and there was no accommodations made for him or any other toddlers. He is so disappointed to not be able to go to gymnastics anymore. Most preschools/daycares don't even require 3 year olds to wear masks. I don't know if I will take him back after this. I don't feel like they cared at all that they disappointed my son. Don't go here if you have a toddler that doesn't understand /won't wear masks.

Edit: This review was written a year before the owner responded to it. While now they have a flexible mask policy, the way they went about implementation at the time and their delayed responses on here makes my review and sentiments hold true.

Our 2 children, ages 6 and 9 have been going to classes here for over a year and they love it. We have never put our kids in a camp before this Summer. Both are kids over and had had a blast everyday. The staff are amazing and dona great job and taking care of the kids and having fun.

My daughter has been attending Park Avenue Gymnastics since she was 3 years old! She loves every single moment! She has grown these past couple of years and is now on a competitive team and competing throughout the year. The coaches and staff are truly amazing!!! They truly make you feel like family. They focus on the gymnast and move them up to the next level when appropriate (when gymnast is ready). Your child will grow here. She/he will develop fitness and self-esteem. My daughter was at mommy and me classes then when she was move to the next level she didn't like it and I notify them about that. I was told that I can ask for a refund or a credit. I went today and they told me my credit expired after a year. I was never informed about that policy. I left with no any other option other than lost my money, no refund or credit to use their services.
I'm very disappointed. I don't think is right that a business make profit in that way.

Have been sending my kids here for years. I prefer it to the larger gyms which seem more like conveyor bets. At Park Avenue the coaches really get to know your kids at a personalized level and we have always come back to this gym. My daughter is on team now and so far loves the experience.

My daughter has been at Park Avenue for 13 years now, she is about to head off to college. Park Avenue has played an integral part in making her the wonderful young woman has become. From her time in the recreational classes and on through her time on the competitive team, the coaches and staff have been completely professional. She did gymnastics for the love of the sport and they all, especially Coach Kathy and Coach Jayme, respected and supported that the entire time. They have been there to encourage her, to guide her, and to give her a push when she needed it, whether it was gymnastics related or not. It certainly takes a village to raise a child, Park Avenue is a huge part of our village and I will always be grateful.

Because I wanted to know who gave her approval to charge my card 2x and once under a different last name . Im going to dispute this as FRAUD! I would never gave that approval. I have two children that attend Park Ave. My oldest daughter has been there over a year and is in the rainbow stars intermediate. I do the mom and tot with my youngest daughter. The kids and I absolutely LOVE Park Avenue!!!! The preschool teachers have so much patience and are very dedicated!!! They treat us like we are family.
We are so fortunate to have discovered Park Avenue!
