About the Club

Peak Fitness delivers a 90 minute workout in just 20 minutes time utilizing EMS in order to help clients reach their peak level of fitness at any age with just two workouts per week.

Whole body electromyostimulation (WB-EMS) is a proven safe and effective way to rapidly achieve a better level of fitness. Our EMS workouts are offered either in small group personal training or 1-on-1 personal training format. It is suitable for any age and physical fitness level. While the workout is incredibly low impact (not relying on heavy weights), it is a proven to provide significant muscle gain even for advanced athletes.

6 months in and I am blown away with my results. When I began my journey at Peak, I was in OK shape. I needed to tone up. In 6 months, I look fantastic. Goals were set and I made them. I am stronger, leaner, and more confident with myself. The support you get from the staff is unmatched to any other gym. Whether you are in a class or personal training, the staff spends time with you to make sure you are doing the exercise right. Every instructor is different but they are all so knowledgeable. Visited tonight after a promotional session of yoga. Enjoyed the atmosphere and participants. The instructor was very good as well, understanding the different levels of familiarity with yoga. It was a very nice session. Recommend the yoga!!

I joined Peak Fitness two years ago this month. I had not been going to a gym for several years following a shoulder and back injury. Peak offers a wide variety of classes for small groups. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they suggest modifications to exercises to address individual ability and limitations. There is a great sense of community at Peak. The staff and members encourage each other to achieve their goals. Peak Fitness Wilton Manors has truly changed my life! What a great workout and fun experience! Super friendly staff make figuring out the equipment super easy and you really do feel like you get a 90 minute workout in 20 minutes after. Why Peak Fitness? It was 10 years since I last worked out. I needed to do something but the thought of being around muscle heads kept me away from the gym. Then I heard about Peak. Peak members vary in age, and are at all different points in their fitness journey. They looked like me. That plus the short 20 minute classes made me want to give it a try. I was honestly very hesitant starting to workout again and taking a step in something completely new. Kyle was an amazing instructor and knew instantly how to give me options to not hurt my back and areas where other trainers in the past have tried to push me to do. He is great to have first thing in the morning! The staff were so helpful and friendly and the gentleman who helped me prepare for my first polar plunge was exactly what i needed, patient, knowledgeable and so polite. I responded to a Facebook ad, saying they were looking for people to join a 6-week challenge in May 2023. Jess explained It would cost me $500 and then I could either get my money back if I completed the challenge, or apply it to a membership which included the suit worn for workouts. At the time I was an XL.

At the end of the challenge, I was told those terms had changed and it was actually that the gym would keep my $500 but offer $179 that would NEVER increase. Classes in the small space were limited to 6 at a time, which provided a decent amount of attention from the trainers. When I joined I told that protein drinks were included and encouraged to grab one at the end of each session. Soon after, they were $3.

I thought they were not honest and transparent with this $500 challenge, but I did the math and it seemed reasonable to buy down a lower price point, so I continued my membership at the agreed price, assuming the terms we agreed to would be honored.

After losing a significant amount of weight (45 pounds), I changed to a L suite. This worked out great and was never a problem. After injuring myself at the gym in June 2024 and taking a few months to recover, I was told by Jess upon my return that I would have to now wear an XXL suit, unless I wanted to buy a suit for $165. This XXL was baggy and didn’t fit. It was a size bigger than what I was 45 pounds ago!

I had shared feedback that the XXL suit was shocking me since it was not fitting properly. I had also noticed that since my return, the classes were a lot larger for the small space, now with 10 taped X’s on the floor made it overcrowded, hotter, and less personal attention and correction from the trainers. Again, things keep changing, from the class size of 6.

I tried working with Chris the owner and Jess to remedy the situation, but was told I needed to buy a suit of my own for $165. (I don’t even know what size I should buy?) I shared that since I had injured myself twice at the gym, I wanted to make sure that things were going to work out before investing in a suit. I also shared that I had been one of the first customers since they opened, and thought that since I completed over 120 sessions, I was hopeful they were willing to work with me. But no.

Chris told me via text “since you’ve mentioned that purchasing a suite or wearing one that fits correctly according to the manufacturing’s warrantied size chart (and your policy since October) isn’t ideal for you, it seems like we might not be the best fit at that time..” I never said this. I didn’t know of policy change, and I don’t know why if there was one, I was allowed to have a L suit that fit me well for 8 months after the policy change. But if the suit isn’t fitting, I’m getting stung and shocked, and I’m being asked by Jess to add rubber bands to the suit to make it tighter to prevent shock, spray more water on it....it seems all seems unbelievably silly.

I had tried to contact Chris for 5 days to talk, I offered face-to-face, phone, but only received one delayed email and text messages. I even canceled my scheduled sessions since I couldn’t get a suit that fit. And I would have expected that Chris, especially with is leadership track record outside of Peak, would have at least looked at how the oversized XXL suit was fitting and worked with me or empowered his team to find an agreeable solution that would fit and be safe and effective.

But just like other challenges in the past and common feedback across members, it is hard to get Chris' attention and focus.

I feel like Peak changed their business model to provide less for the same price, and then provide suits that don’t fit so members are required to purchase their own suit. These are all policies and procedures that should have been tested before starting their business, rather than changing the policies as they grew.

I wish they would stand in front of their policies to ensure satisfaction and effectiveness vs. standing behind them.

Be careful they don’t change what you agree to if you sign up.

Best trainers in town! Great workouts! Small classes of 6 or less, 20 fast fun minutes = a full-time in a boring gym. Friendly staff plus love everyone who works out, no judgments and fun. The private training is top knotch! I'm addicted officially. These were the fastest results I've ever seen from any gym. The EMS suits are comfortable and easy to move in as well. Who could ask for more!
My results so far are weight loss, major muscle gain, new friends, healthier mindset, and can't wait to wake up early now to hit the gym. I can officially say bye-bye to the covid after weight! Love this place. The programming rotates through different exercise formats to target weight loss and muscle building. Very nice people, seems like a great environment and concept but I was there for what was advertised as a free 6 week challenge except they don't tell you it's a $600 deposit + $299 for the suit. I have tried everything to gain weight and it has been such an uphill battle. I know it’s weird to want to gain weight in a society where everyone is constantly talking about losing weight. You literally have to stop in to see everything that they have to offer for yourself. Peak Fitness has a Top-Tier Staff. Jess is simply INCREDIBLE! She can literally do it all! Just to name a few things, she gives one on one intros of the ins and outs of Peak Fitness. Things like, what to expect, your goals, your personal nutrition path, check ins-to help keep you on track. Not to mention she’s a great motivator! Then you have this incredibly awesome, motivating, attentive, and caring staff that’s like none I have ever seen. Kyle and Brian are both Powerhouses in my book! They both put their all into each session, making sure that each person has exactly what they need and that they are doing each exercise properly, all while giving you, the motivational energy that will take you straight through. Hands-down, that is worth joining alone! I have always wanted to practice yoga, and Jeffrey is phenomenal! He teaches with such grace, passion, and energy until it fills the room. This is a nice gym, Chris takes a lot of pride in making it great. They have suits that give you a little electrical stimulus to enhance your workout and u must get sprayed down to use them. I’ve had a great experience at Peak Fitness, starting with their 6-week challenge as I wanted to get back into shape and lose weight. The challenge involved working out three times a week, with each session lasting just 20 minutes in small classes (maximum of 6 people). This setup is great since it’s not intimidating and allows for personalized attention and ensuring correct form. The staff and trainers are amazing, Kyle and CT really motivate you and push you along.

The program included a personalized nutritional caloric goal to align with my objectives, a scale to track your weight, and an app to track your calories and what you’re eating. I focused on hitting my eating targets and cutting back on junk food and alcohol, and by the end of the challenge, I had lost seven pounds. I feel better, sleep better, and look better (if you ask me), but I also see and feel a noticeable improvement in definition (and a firmer booty).

Once the challenge was over, I became a member. If you're considering it, I highly recommend trying Peak Fitness.

Additional Thoughts:
You’re probably curious about the EMS workout suit - it uses electric muscle stimulation, similar to the little pads used by chiropractors before they adjust you. Nothing scary.

Comparing my past experiences with Beachbody’s P90X, P90X3, and BodyBeast, I can confidently say that I leave Peak Fitness feeling just as exhausted and fulfilled in 20 minutes as I did after 90 minutes with those intense programs.

A note on nutrition: Initially, I didn’t lose weight because it turned out I was being too zealous and under-eating. After correcting this and following the plan more closely, I started seeing significant changes. So, it's important to stick to the plan.

I’m sorry to say that EMS just didn’t work for me. I signed on for the six week transformation and went into it with quite a positive and determined mindset. Workouts were definitely invigorating and challenging and I was sure to do three of them each week. I watched my diet and logged my food intake but at the end of the six weeks I can’t honestly say that I saw any significant results nor did I particularly feel any better. But although it was disappointing for me, if you’re curious you should certainly give it a try. The staff and trainers were all attentive, encouraging and motivating, so your mileage may vary.

Going to a 20-minute workout class 3x a week was a deciding factor for me to sign up the six-week transformation program. I’m nearing the end of the program, and I have lost almost 10 lbs. Although, I do not like wearing the suit, and I never got used to it. Staff and trainers are friendly and encouraging, which I appreciated very much. This place is amazing!!! After my brother highly recommended Peak, i did my first ever EMS class with the owner, Chris…. and it was just WONDERFUL! The facility is beautiful, super clean, the technology is state of the art, and most importantly, the care of the trainer gives you along the way, is so supportive and inspiring.

I normally do CrossFit/HIIT training 3 to 5 times a week and was intrigued about adding in some of EMS specifically to help with some injuries, I’m dealing with… and overall just to explore something that is going to be less taxing on the body. And I will tell you the training at Peak Fitness surpassed my expectations!! The workouts were hard, rewarding, with virtually no risk of injury… it’s slow controlled movements that they walk you through in detail…(And I’m sooooo sore!!! ❤️- in a good way :-)

You can also tell this is a great community of people, and I cannot wait to come back and keep training.

Peak has been a life-changing working out experience. I hadn't been to the gym in over a year in the midst of school, internships, and work and had a lot of anxiety at the thought of going to the gym again. I used to hate going to the gym or working out, so the 20-minute, 6 person max EMS workout classes at Peak were more realistic for me. My self-esteem dropped over the past year, and I just didn't have the confidence to start working out again. I tried Peak, and the trainers and Chris were so welcoming and genuine throughout the whole process. I never thought I would be excited to work out (or be disappointment when I don't), and Peak has provided a unique experience that reframed what I knew as working out. The EMS suits are highly effective, and I have felt every workout since day one. I've even had a few colleagues mention that I look like I've been working out. I wasn’t “out” of shape when I started at Peak, I was a(nother) gym member that went a few times a week, but I needed consistency coupled with the motivation to attend and track my calories (macros) and weight. DATA IS GOOD FOR MOTIVATION.
I was a bit skeptical about how skeptical wearing a leotard that reminded me of a TENS unit for 15 places at once… I also thought the workouts seemed a bit basic… well lemme tell ya, this place kicked me back into gear! I found many of the “Tone” classes to be quite challenging, I’d be soaking wet at the end of a few. I signed up for the 6-week program at 192lbs, I didn’t go on a “diet” but I tried aiming for the right amount of calories for me a day (I’m 6ft, “skinnyfat”) and settled on 2500 calories) and about my body weight in protein included in that. The workouts were great! Sometimes I’d hate doing one thing but out of the 6-8 exercises in less than 30 minutes you get it done and over with FAST. SHOUT OUT TO KYLE I MISS YOUR MORNING WORKOUTS!

I’m 7 weeks out now, and dropped 15lbs! I got a habit dialed in for eating and exercise, I also attend yoga (I love Jeffrey!) and there’s a SOUND BATH every two weeks on Monday evenings that’s so relaxing after a busy work weekend waiting tables. This place is great and I encourage anyone who wants to try it to do so.
NOTE: I don’t think they advertise it up front for the 6 week program, though… it’s $600 down to join this program, but you can chunk it up as $200 a week. It is all refundable at the end or you can use any of it for membership prices when the 6 weeks is up. My work schedule changed so I just put a fourth of that down for 15 yoga and sound bath for now, which is nice that I can do!

How hard could they be? I was a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of such short sessions. Well, the first class I was not able to go beyond 15 minutes. I just finished my 6-weeks challenge at Peak Fitness and I absolutely loved the results!! I lost about 10 pounds and 2% of body fat. I accomplished my fitness goals that were set at the beginning of the program with the help of Cris.

The nutritional program was instrumental to help me lose weight and it was a valuable tool to help me rethink how I shop at the grocery store. The nutritional app used to keep track of my weight reduction progress was also helpful.

When it comes to the workouts, the staff and trainers at this gym deserve a 10!!!! All trainers care about your fitness goals and are very professional and friendly. Kyle and Garret are amazing!

The EMS technology is helpful to build muscles faster than workouts with traditional weights. Don't get me wrong, you will have to workout HARD when you attend the sessions, but the workouts are very efficient (20-25 mins)!!

I’m just finishing up my 6-week challenge and have to admit that although I was nervous to try EMS training for the 1st time, I was pleasantly surprised at how much of a workout you feel and can definitely see the difference it makes.

Being a stocky guy, I’ve always been somewhat uncomfortable and intimated going to gyms, with the anxiety of how I’ll be judged. Since moving to Florida, a year ago, I haven’t been motivated to work out and needed this experience to ignite the urge to work out and maintain a healthy lifestyle again.

At Peak, I instantly felt accepted and not judged for the shape that I or anyone else may be in.

Every week I am seeing changes in my body, the way my clothes fit, I feel stronger, seeing muscle memory kick in and gaining definition and most importantly feeling confident and healthier. I know I can do anything for 20 minutes, especially when you add the suit, and your workout becomes equivalent to doing a 90-minute workout! The nutrition part of the program has gotten me back on the right track of portion control, protein intake, and being more conscious of what I am eating.

I’m motivated again, feel better, looking better, and more importantly am feeling more confident about my workout journey, and am looking at the sessions more positively now versus something that I am regretting doing.

I also appreciate how the coaches alter each class to motivate us, challenge us, and push us to our limits, and want to give a huge thanks to Jess who I really felt understood me on day 1. Thank you for giving me the love, support, and acknowledgment of my process throughout this program.

Yet it’s not only the coaches who made this experience incredible, but I also love the encouragement and comradery from fellow members who I can honestly say have become great friends.

Thank you Peak for making me feel so welcome, and for giving me a judgment-free and safe place to continue my fitness journey. I’m happy to have been a part of this challenge and look forward to continuing my journey with you and the successful results I am seeing.

I just completed the 6 week challenge at Peak Fitness in Wilton Manors, and it was an amazing 6 week journey! I responded to a post on Facebook wanting to know more about the challenge, about EMS workouts, and how it could help me reach my goals. I walked in, sat down with Chris (one of the owners) and discussed the challenge. He was very transparent about the program and the requirements for completing it, and there was no pressure to sign up.

The studio is very clean and well maintained. The staff and other members are very nice and welcoming! I really enjoyed getting to work with and know Chris, David, Bobby, Jess and everyone else! They really make you feel like you belong there.

During the 6 week challenge you are provided with:
1. A nutrition consultation / plan that you track on an app
2. A scale that tracks weight, body fat, and muscle gain
3. Unlimited weekly sessions that included strength, cardio burn, specific muscle groups, Peloton, and yoga. All sessions are easy to schedule online or on an app. There are plenty of times to choose from, ideal for anyone with a busy work / life schedule.
The best part, the staff checks in with you regularly and checks in on the apps to make sure you’re set up for success!

When I went in to do my first workout, I didn’t know what to expect! I have never done an EMS workout before. The workouts are great! Only 20 minutes (which is equivalent to doing a 90 minute workout!) My favorite classes are the Peak Build (Full Body) and the Peloton. I started seeing results around the 2nd - 3rd week! I lost about 10 lbs of fat and gained muscle.

I just finished my 6 week challenge at Peak Fitness, Wilton Manors, and I have to say this is absolutely the best experience I have ever had at a gym. I went in without knowing anyone, or anything about it based on a Facebook ad. I have recently been on a diet, and wanted to get into better shape as well. I am not someone who has ever worked out regularly, and to be 100% honest, never really enjoyed working out. Well let me tell you this; I actually enjoy going here 3 times a week, and look forward to it.

Here are a few of the reasons why.

1. The people! I walked in not knowing anyone, and six weeks later, I feel like I have a whole crew of new friends! Chris, Kyle, Jess, David and the rest of the crew make you feel like you are part of the Peak family from day 1!

2. 20 minute workouts, yes that’s it! This is what makes this gym so different than a regular gym… I am not that well educated on this, but basically you put on this EMS suit, which stimulates your muscles while you are working out, and essentially makes your 20 minute workout a 90 minute workout… Crazy, Right!?!? I know! I was skeptical at the beginning, but am thoroughly sold now seeing my results after only 6 weeks. I have lost 9 pounds, gained muscle and lost fat.

3. Small Classes, max 6 people per class, you get personalized attention, the trainer will make sure your form is correct and push you just the right amount, while encouraging you. There are all different levels of people that go there… From the completely buff, down to the fresh meat, like myself, older and younger and the circuit workout is perfect for all.

4. Not only workouts. Peak incorporates a nutrition plan, on an app where you enter your daily food intake, track your calorie, protein, fat, etc. and a scale, that is not only weight, but body fat loss, muscle gain, and they don’t just leave it to you… They check in, look at all the apps, give you tips and advise along the way. It really holds you accountable. Oh and they give you a post workout protein shake after class, included in your membership.

5. Classes are all scheduled on an app, and there are lots of classes at all different times, early morning, afternoon, evening, weekends. Strength classes, cardio classes, classes for specific target areas, they even have Yoga!. And its super easy to schedule your classes on the app. They also have a Peloton, treadmills, bikes, rowing machine, and stair climbers, that you can schedule on the app as well.

I know that was a lot, but Peak deserves every word! It really has transformed my thoughts on getting fit and healthy.
