About the Club

PEAK Strength and Fitness gym in Gainesville, FL offers small group coaching plus unlimited use of the facility and fitness equipment. We help our members with strength, mobility, and getting out of pain, and offer fitness and exercise advice and recommendations. Our clients are women, men, first timers or experienced gym goers who enjoy a challenging workout in a supportive group environment and not getting injured. Rehabbing an injury? No problem! Our experienced trainers can work with you and keep you safe and getting stronger.

Dr. C and the guys did an amazing job training my son who is a college QB. My son was working on his strength and quickness with Dr. C. He is literally a different athlete now. Dr. C is the real deal. Highly recommend!!!

My teen son has scoliosis so we put him in 1-1 strength training. I thought it would be normal training but Dr. Keith and DA have created a treatment plan based on their observations of my son's movements and curvatures. They also offered an affordable monthly amount, so that I am able to get my boy professional (The "Dr." in Dr. Keith is an earned title and DA has a master's degree, both educated in some kind of kinesiology field.) physical therapy that actually works. Both of the men are super kind, compassionate. My son is primarily trained by DA who is young and confident (never arrogant) and acts as a role model. I've seen my boy improve not just his posture, but his confidence. This place is a godsend and these guys are as well.

I've joined many gyms during my lifetime, but I've never worked out at a place with more caring trainers. The small class setting is perfect for those that need the structure and extra motivation and best of all, our members (Peak Freaks) are like family!

It's difficult to completely say in words what Peak has meant to me. I came to the gym 1 1/2 yrs ago with frozen shoulder, piriformis hip muscle problems, an essential tremor causing problems with balance and mental health issues related to the idea that my body was falling apart due to aging. Within a month of regular workouts my hip pain and my frozen shoulder (which had persisted for a year at that point) were gone. And my balance continues to improve significantly. My confidence level has done a complete 180 and my mental health issues are a thing of the past. The trainers are skilled, encouraging, caring and ever present in giving guidance and answering questions. I am a true Peak Freak!

It’s always tough finding an intense workout that will actually challenge me enough, luckily this does! Can’t say enough good things about Peak Strength & Fitness!
The place is clean, everyone wipes down when they’re done and they go the extra step to disinfect at the end of class.
There’s variety in the workouts, incorporating strength, mobility warmups, core, balance, hiit, Tabata and more. This is very unique and prevents injury.
Every single one of the trainers are amazing, positive and very knowledgeable. They all focus on proper form and tweaking for the individual body. Class sizes are kept small and you definitely get trainer attention if you need it.
There’s also all levels of people that go, from beginner to advanced, younger to older, so don’t be worried you won’t be able to keep up!

I’ve been going for a month and shockingly dropped 10lbs since 💪🏻 while gaining muscle. Don’t miss this Gainesville gem of a gym. 😉 💎

As a practicing clinician, these online classes been a fantastic and easy way to keep in shape without exposing other gym members or my patients unnecessarily. Occurring at the same time as the in person classes, the online version is easy to follow, and I still get a great workout. Thanks for keeping me healthy and others safe!

I have to share that my experience here has been exceptional in the greatest way for a gym and it's members. The owner has a very friendly and family attitude towards all members. They dedicate a good amount of time to you and the other members making sure no one is left behind in their workouts. They have the perfect blend of stretches and HIIT workouts. They also share the gym with Gainesville Dojo so you can get get high intensity workouts, boxing, or martial arts, and more training. I have attended many gyms from big cities to small communities and this by far is the best personal fitness gym I attended. I have to give a shout out for the amazing training I received. Thank you!
