I can only share my personal experience & while it used to be an amazing environment that is no longer the case. The owner, since running the program solo has run it into the ground. In one season. There is a reason this business is no longer affiliated with Cheer Athletics. I am not here to sway anyone’s opinion but share that I am one of the parents who had over $1000 in their account that was stolen. Every year our business sponsors my daughter’s season tuition & at the beginning of the season we placed a $3,300 credit on her account. When the season abruptly ended on March 26th I took a screenshot of my daughter remaining balance on her account. At this time, I have given the owner multiple chances to rectify & she claims she has “no access to the account history to confirm that was in my account”. Although I’ve shared the screenshots of my account history with her and have proof of emailed monthly statements showing what my balance was. she knows that money was there but it’s clear she has no intentions of making things right. Please know, I am not thing only one in this same situation. I have tried to avoid leaving this review because as a business owner myself this is not something you take lightly but integrity goes along way. I have nothing to gain by bashing this business or the owner as we have found a new cheer home at Cheer Athletics Emerald Coast and the environment and professionalism is unmatched but I hope to help shed some light on these reviews and the unfortunate situation we were all put in.

😊Cheer Athletics Pensacola is more than simply a place to cheer, it is a place to grow, and it is an all inclusive family! Our family has been with them (this gym family) for 8 seasons now! That might give the impression that our family has strong athletes, however, we have quite the mixture of personalities, and athletic abilities. I am pleased to say that, our not so strong athlete is treated with the same respect as the rest. If anyone has had a child who struggles, be it with sports, or simply fitting in, this is a safe place, where they will be treated equally. There are classes for all levels, and even cheer teams for all levels, of abilities! They do not simply have cheerleading, they have classes for girls, and boys to simply learn to tumble, or stunt. In other words, Cheer Athletics Pensacola is for everyone! They have teams that are for beginners, and they even have an OUTSTANDING, Cheerabilities, team for kids who want to show their stuff, but are dealing with a disability that otherwise might make it difficult. The coaches practically live at the gym, and if you are on a cheer team, unlike other gyms, they will often work extra hours to bring your team where it needs to be, literally sacrificing their own free time for your athlete.❤️ I cannot say enough about this gym, but I know I can’t write a book, so I’ll end it here. CA Pensacola is a great program with excellent coaches. My daughter begged to cheer here for years when we lived in Alabama, and as soon as we moved to Pensacola she joined. Coaches are not only hands on but educated, talented, experienced, and personal. They know the ins and outs, dos and donts of this sport. They go through an extensive training process to achieve that education. Most have also cheered themselves so are able to understand the sport in every aspect. But my favorite thing is how personal they are with the kids. They are on a first name...some nick name basis and these kids trust and believe in the staff. They take to heart the conversations, corrections, and the competition schedule and apply it within themselves and come out WINNERS!! A coach that believes and loves their team is a wonderful coach.

BEST OF THE BEST! My daughter Skylar absolutely loves her coaches and her Chamily! We have been so blessed to be apart of the BIG family that supports my daughter and help her grow in her cheer talent! With in months she has improved so much with confidence! We absolutely love the gym owners and ALL the coaches! When you walk in they know your name because it’s your second home for the season! Practice times are convenient for our busy schedule! We have extra classes on the side such as tumbling and flexibility! This is a bully free zone! We have lots of team building parties and fun things to do on the holidays! I LOVE THIS PROGRAM!!!
I can say this honestly because my daughter has been cheering competitively for 12 years and she is still in High School. Our experience at Cheer Athletics Pensacola started this season and it has been amazing and magical! The Coaches are totally engaged and extremely energetic. The parents on her team are absolutely the BEST and totally involved as well as a BLAST to travel with. The communication has been outstanding, thanks Kellie (Ultimate Team Mom) and Tiffany and Kelly (Coach/Owners)! I am so glad that my daughter gets to be at this program! GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!

Cheer Athletics is an amazing place. My daughter loves going to cheer. They are always so nice, professional, and fair. Their focus is on developing the full athlete and making sure they do it an a safe and fun way. No matter the child ability level. My daughter is special needs and has had the pleasure of participating in cheer a CA(cheer omega) for more than a couple of years. Cheer Athletics is special needs friendly and they are able to adapt to almost any child’s needs. We love Cheer Athletics and all of the coaches in owners especially Coach Ashley, she’s amazing. My Daughter has been part of this Cheer Family for 4 years now , I can’t say enough about the coaches /owners of this gym .They are so awesome each one of them have something of there own expertise, rather they teach the tumbling, Stunting or the dance , they work together to make the teams the best they can, they all share the load and help where needed ,. Became a part of the gym in November 2021 and absolutely love everything about it!! AMAZING coaches, great size facility, and a great attitude in the atmosphere! My daughter has really struggled with her back handspring and the coaches have pushed her and inspired her to want to get better at every practice that she finally can throw her back handspring without fear after only 3 months at the gym. Everyone has been very welcoming to our family because we all know coming into a new gym can be very scary. We spend 4 days a week there for practices and my daughter is happier than we have ever seen her. This gym is a part of our family and I would recommend it 100% for anyone looking to join!

My kids use to cheer at another facility until it closed last year. Cheer Athletics welcomed all to be a part of their family. Cheer Omega is an Amazing Gym, and they are growing quickly! They They believe in each and every athlete! Not only that, but they are amazing when it comes to finding out what you do best, and making sure you shine at whatever that may be. Your athlete will grow by the end of the season in ways you never dreamed possible. Not only that, but they try to bring the athletes together, and teach them team building is important. The families are also friendly and welcoming. One thing I've noticed is that although gyms naturally have to charge a fee, if you need to find a way to help with the cost, they offer many options that can help. They have opportunities for older youth to learn coaching, to do fundraisers, and they even credit you for helping out in other ways around the gym (I found that out by accident when I showed up to help one day). They have an open door policy and answer any questions, anytime. I started at another gym, and I never felt comfortable approaching anyone about anything. At the time, I just thought that was how cheer was. I am so glad we made a change, and found out what cheer can really be. We dont just bring home trophies anymore, we bring home excitement and memories made with our extended cheer family!

I joined a team at cheer omega and can say it’s the worst cheer experience I’ve ever had. I’ve cheered at bigger gyms like top gun and cheer athletics in the past and can say you can tell a BIG difference here. First, I was singled out on basically everything. Almost like I was invisible. They want you to show up to stand around the entire time and then play favorites. They love the little ones because they can interchangeably go against usaf age guidelines. Then they want money. They’ll let you know your bill is like $600 upfront with uniform out of the blue but will tell you that you have a spot on the team while your standing around. Honestly I’ve thought about walking out of there at one point because of how useless and humiliating it was to stand in the back. They haven’t tried to help or teach anything and they’ll just switch you out without telling you what to work on🤷🏽‍♀️ I can definitely see why they lost most of their omicron team in the past.

I enrolled my daughter Kaitlyn here a few months ago and we love it! The coaches are always polite and has answered my questions and concerns with no problem! They helped find my daughter a ride to practice when I had to work or couldn't get off in time. To my surprise my daughter loves cheering more than she did gymnastics! So we are there to stay! Also, I have made some good friends with some of the parents! Cheer OMega Rocks!!!
