Love this gym! Tight knit home vibes. Everyone knows everyone and we enjoy each others company! Within 6 month of starting here, I gained alot of strength, baby abs and an obsession. Working out through pregnancy and postpartum too. I’ve joined every path of being apart of this community 🫶 from someone who hates working out with people at a normal gym, this is a complete 180 for me! I love the group class setting & pushing eachother through the WOD!

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year, and I’ve found a great local CrossFit community that has helped my physical and mental health immensely. I’ve achieved fitness goals I never even thought possible!

Joined three weeks ago and glad I did. Great coaches and classes all through out the day. Keep up with all your workouts through an app so you can see your gains through the CrossFit journey.

I loved this gym! I was fortunate enough to be part of the Perdido Bay CF family for over two years while stationed there. The knowledge, professionalism and familial personalities the coaches and members had were incredible. No matter your athletic abilities, level of knowledge of CrossFit or even mobility, the owner Randy and his entire team will do everything they can to make sure you feel comfortable and get moving within your abilities. I saw the most improvement in my weightlifting, mobility, and overall skills at this gym. Due to my line of work, I was on the road every weekend for air shows, but I was able to reach out and ask for help in regards to stretches, muscle rehabilitation, and workouts with no hesitation. This crew is top notch. They not only focus on skills in the gym, but they tailor those gym level skills to fit your every day needs, or skills needed for work.

Thank you Randy, Kyra, Louis, and Marvin for everything over the past 2.5 years. You all are amazing I look forward to working with you all again!

Dropped in three days in a row this week and loved it. Everyone was very friendly. The classes are small so that you can get real instruction. The owner Randy even helped me hopefully learn the correct form for overhead squat. Hopefully next time I come back I will have it learned

I have been to CrossFit gyms around the country. None compare to this one. The coaches are always top-notch pro's. The owner, Randy, is the consummate professional CrossFitter, has always been heavily involved in training the members along with his elite staff. The community is more like a family and easily accepts folks from all backgrounds and fitness levels. My highest recommendation and approval!

Perdido Bay Crossfit isn’t just a bunch of heavy weights. It’s educated coaches that truly care about your health and living as long as possible. It’s a family and a home. You can be a member or just drop in. Either way, they welcome everyone. I LOVE it!

Awesome little gym! Did a drop in class and the coaches, Randy and Louis, are very knowledgeable and helpful. The workout doesn't start until every class member is properly warmed up and understands all the movements. The coach to classmember ratio is important to them so no one, regardless of experience, will hurt themselves or not be able to scale the workout and participate. Go check them out. I wish I was staying in the area longer so I could continue to workout here.

I have been coming to Perdido Bay CrossFit on and off since 2017. I live out of town but know that when I come to visit my parents I have a home away from home at Perdido Bay CrossFit. The coaches and athletes are all very welcoming. This year my dad turned 73 and I took him to his first CrossFit class. The coaches have been wonderful, taking good care of him to make sure he is safe and moves properly. This gym will take care of you. If you have ever wanted to try CrossFit, but you were too "intimidated" this is your gym, or should be! Everything is scalable to beginning athletes. I love this place.

It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to PBCF and in the mean time I’ve been to a lot of crossfit gyms in a lot of different towns. Randy and his gym are the best I’ve ever been to and it’s not even close. Each new place I go to has me wishing I was still stationed in Pensacola and going to PBCF!

Randy could very well be the reason I’m healthy with functioning kidneys today. He’s more invested and intelligent on health than the ER doctors and personal trainers I’ve dealt with. That aside, the workouts here are great and I noticed a massive improvement in my fitness from going here. The classes didn’t work well with my schedule and I ended up moving away, but it seems to be the best CrossFit in Pensacola (I grew up here and have tried everywhere at least once).

Here’s the story behind the health comment:
Last year I was working with a personal trainer and stopped by for the Murph workout because I was interested in starting CrossFit when I was done working with her. He suggested I didn’t do the whole thing since he didn’t know my fitness level (thank God) so I did I think 1/4 of it. Well, I didn’t nourish myself properly and worked out/was active in the sun all day after and ended up getting hospitalized for four days due to rhabdo. I sent him a picture of the injury and despite my trainer and the ER staff saying I was fine, I pushed to be tested due to his recommendation and was about 7-8x the hospitalization limit. I know people can self treat rhabdo, but I’m thankful for his insight and recommendation to go get professional help. Your health and fitness will be the top priority at Perdido Bay and it will be in the best hands possible.

Clean inside and out. But definitely more cardio machines than weights available

Was fortunate enough to drop in for a few visits while on vacation. It's a small gym which is one of their many positives. Small classes means more one on one with knowledgeable coaches. If you are looking to take your fitness to the next level, this is the gym/box for you. They'll have to you reaching beyond what you thought was possible.

Stop looking for another gym. Perdido Bay Crossfit is by far the best gym you are going to find. This place has the best coaches and such a sense of community that anyone who walks through the doors will feel welcome no matter their skill level. PBCF is a great place!

I visited for a drop-in Hero WOD one Saturday while in the area. Clean facility with top notch equipment and instruction from Jensen. Had a blast and do want to come back for another drop-in when I'm back in town. Great example of how the CrossFit family and culture works. I was welcomed in.

Randy is an intensely dedicated CF coach. I did a couple of drop-ins on a recent visit to the Pensacola area, and was given immensely useful feedback by Randy. If you are looking to get better, get yourself to Randy's gym and he will start you on the path to awesomeness. Thanks, Randy! Hope to see you next year!

I absolutely loved the coaching style the coaches there offered! The kept the classes small to ensure everyone got the personal attention they needed. Plus, I loved how they tailored the WODs for me when I couldn't do certain workouts due to a shoulder injury.
