I have been working with Rob for 2 years. At the age of 81, I wanted to keep my body in good shape so I would be able to do the things I love.
He is an excellent trainer. When I first started training, after our first fitness test, I was told I was in good shape for my age. After 2 years of training with Rob, I have improved my stamina and my lower back problems have improved. I also went from around 75% fitness level for my age to an amazing 100%. Wow. I did it thanks to Rob.
Training with Rob is a lot of fun but it is also a lot of work.
I would recommend his service to anyone interested in body building

Long story so pull up a chair. Complicated childbirth tore up the old pelvic floor, haven’t been able to lift or run in 40 years without-you ladies know what I’m talking about. Surgery fixed all that but muscle memory still has me instinctively guarding, waddling like a duck so I came under Rob’s purview fat and out of shape. Put off doing this for years because I’m so self conscious. Well that didn’t wash with him. Once he assessed my fitness level we got to work. He was in my face having me look at myself in the mirror, at my form and technique. Not at my ‘body’. I got over me soon enough and I’m making progress. He is very encouraging, and silly, and tough… And he lies! Tells you things like “Do ten reps! Great! Do 2 more!!” “You CAN do it!” I believe the lie now- I CAN do it. If you are hung up on yourself, if you are special, Rob’s your trainer.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Rob is an extraordinary personal trainer. Knowledgeable, helpful, motivating, and goes out of his way to make sure you’re getting the most out of your sessions. This isn’t your average program - it’s tailored to fit your goals and he takes into account your body type, current fitness level, and any physical limitations that you may have. Highly recommended!

At the end of May 2018, I made a decision to take my life back. I had worked out hard for 10-12 years when my health had taken a turn. My energy level had plummeted and it was all I could do to stay active. I really thought "old age" had gotten the best of me. My Rheumatologist, knowing I didn't believe in medication, decided it was time so I could
finally get some relief from the horrible pain I was in. I spent 18 months out of energy and after 3 months on medication I wasn't showing any signs of improvement, I decided to take back my health. I took myself off of the meds (I did inform my Dr) and called Life Transformation. This was the beginning of my relationship with Robby J! One of the best decisions I've ever made, too! My weight really wasn't the issue, just trying to "get it back"! My fitness level was 61% when I started with him. After just 4 months with him, my fitness level was at 100%! Not only that...but 87% of a 33 year old! Amazing! I turned 66 recently, I feel like a new person! I still struggle with some health issues but now I look forward to my workouts! Robby is motivating, a great teacher (he's very handsome, too!) but more than that...he's a genuine friend! He has helped me to realize I CAN DO IT! That little push is all I need to hear, because he knows I WILL DO IT!!

I joined a gym about a year and a half ago. I managed to loose quite a bit of weight on my own, but I was having trouble gaining muscle and strength. In April I decided it was time to hire a personal trainer to push me further in the right direction. The amount of progress I have seen for myself in the short time I've been working with Robbie J is astounding. He has a great way of pushing you to your full potential! I couldn't be happier with his program! Gym time has changed from something I HAVE to do, to something I WANT to do.

Hiring Robby J was a great decision for me. He showed me how to succeed in my fitness goals. Being in my 50s it is more of a challenge to lose weight but with his help I lost over 60 pounds in six months and my fitness level is now above 100% for my age

I am a Karate instructor and Diver for 30 yrs thought I was in pretty good shape. When started with Robbie J.
