As someone new to Pilates, this studio is so friendly (and gorgeous)! I took the beginner class to get acquainted with the machine and the moves. Can’t wait to come back and try the other classes!

Wow I am truly addicted to Pilaform! It is a high-end luxury boutique Pilates studio, does not compare to those other chain studios.

Elle, the owner, is the best instructor. She is highly certified, and focuses on making it challenging, but also about aligning your core and spine, which is what instructors are suppose to do so beware of those who don’t. On top of that, she is so kind and encourages you even if you are a beginner.

All the other instructors there are great as well. If you are looking for a great way to get in shape (my abs have changed drastically in one month), and are also looking for an amazing community to belong to.. this is your place. I much prefer over going to the gym.

They have drop in classes so this is a great start if you are unsure.

Simply put — one of the best classes I’ve had. I have done approximately 150 Pilates classes. However, I have always struggled to “feel the connection“. Elle, our substitute instructor, was one of the most kind and intentional instructors I’ve seen in the Pilates space. Elle continuously made sure every participant “felt the connection” the entire class while simultaneously pushing everyone to make it better. Her kind and encouraging energy is unmatched. I was truly incredibly impressed. In addition, the studio was beautiful and impressively clean.

Absolutely amazing experience. I am visiting from Tampa Florida and dragged my friend to a class with me and she has never been to a Pilates studio before. I loved how she really helped her every step of the way during each transition. I will definitely be back!

Beautiful studio - best addition to Jupiter/Juno. The owner Elle and her instructors are so welcoming and the classes incorporate the best of the classical Pilates repertoire with a side of burn! Love it here :)

I was an avid Pilates gal…I trained one on one for 11 years. Took a break and when I located to Florida decided to go back…I signed up for the group sessions…This place is the real deal..The owner is amazing. The trainers are so qualified. Carolina is the BEST….I am so excited I found this place!!! It will be my home away from home!!! This workout makes you long and lean…

Love this studio! I had a private session and my instructor was so accommodating and knowledgeable. The group classes are dope as well. The classes are small so the instructor is able to assist individually if needed and the environment is a relaxed and cool vibe.
