I have been going to Pilates Core Arena for almost three years. This is the first exercise program that I ever stuck to. I should explain that I am a seventy year old couch potato. Even as a kid I thought up illnesses I could fake so I could get out of gym. If it wasn't for my love of horses, exercise would have remained a stranger to me. Along came horses in my life and the awareness that I had to make friends with exercise in order to have any riding ability. It wasn't until I walked into the studio that I felt like I really wanted to invite exercise into my life. Irene, who owns the studio welcomed me and fully supported my goals. I started out with private lessons until I got strong enough to join a class. The class contains ladies of all ages,levels of athletic ability and aspirations. The one thing they have in common is that they are all supportive of each other. Irene believes in people and helps people believe in themselves. I have been taking classes at Pilates Core Arena for two years and it's the first exercise program I ever stuck to. Exercise for me was always a hardship which I avoided. Thanks to Irene, who is a wonderful instructor and the supportiveness of people in the class, I look forward to my pilates classes. I am stronger and more confident as a result of pilates. Irene brings Pilates to a whole new level with her various core combo classes. Her personality and knowledge of Pilates makes Pilates Core Arena the place to go in the Village of Wellington. Whether you are a beginner or advanced there is always something tailored just for in the workouts. Despite being in a class of 5 people each class feels like it is a private because of her undivided attention she gives to each of her clients.
