This was my first time trying Pilates and I will definitely be coming back! It felt amazing and I can’t wait to incorporate it into the rest of my workout routine. The instructors are so warm and welcoming, knowledgeable, and conscientious of the varied experience levels of everyone in the class and always offering options for modification for certain exercises. Amazing state of the art equipment too!
This studio is the perfect place to unwind, feel a sense of community, and get a fantastic workout in!

I absolutely love Pilates. This place is so good in helping get the right focus on certain parts of your body to make a huge difference. I am 72yrs old and I had issues with my hip. Pilates has helped make it much better. I feel taller and my posture is better. My core is also improved exponentially. I love how you finish the class and feel good and strong and so far no real soreness the next day. I’ve been doing this for 7 months at Evolution and I love going to class. I have tried all three trainers and they are all great. I highly recommend this place.

Dawn was amazing! That was my first time taking a Pilates reformer class and even though the Pilates machine thing looks like a torture device, it actually makes all the exercise exercises and the moves much more easier or adjustable to your level. I really enjoyed it. It was a very moderate class for someone who regularly does hot yoga.

I was visiting from Houston and caught a class with my sister — so glad I did! The instructor, Dawn, was amazing. Her deep knowledge of Pilates really stood out, and I appreciated how attentive she was to my form, offering helpful corrections throughout the class. I love Pilates Evolution. I never enjoyed exercise, but now I'm hooked! In addition to regular reformer Pilates they have Cyclelates, Stretch and Tone, and Body Sculpt classes, which also include the reformer. Great instructors, and a warm and welcoming vibe!

I love this place, have been seeing Eva for personal training and she is awesome. I was so excited when I heard that a Pilates studio was opening up in Cocoa Beach and even more excited when I went! The studio is amazing... beautiful new transformers and so much more! They integrate a full body experience with TRX bands and even have weights ... the Pilates teachers are the real deal.
