Highly recommend this studio. I was visiting from out of town and the owner, Kneely, was very kind and helpful to get me and a girlfriend in last minute. That aside, the studio was amazing. Hands down the best studio in the area! If you don’t have a pilates background, you are encouraged to take a few “all level” classes to get accustom to classroom flow, cues and the reformer. Each class is challenging and I promise you wont find better instructors anywhere. Capacity is limited to 7 students per class which enables the instructors to ensure proper form so you get the most out of each and every movement. The mind-body connection I have gained since joining has translated into my everyday life and helped keep my back and joints healthy so I can continue to include barbell lifts in my weekly routine. Give them a try, I promise you wont regret it!

Started at Pilates on in February of 2025- seriously out of shape. Walking into the studio, the instructors immediately made me feel welcome. They all knew my name and offered additional direction and correction on my form. Within two months I am down 10 lbs and my waist line is significantly trimmer.

The studio is clean and offers a multitude of classes at a variety of times. The blast classes are no joke, but they get results. Would highly recommend Pilates on Third for anyone looking to get their body back aesthetically and functionally.

I travel quite a bit and try to find a local Pilates studio in every city. Nothing compares to Pilates on Third! Neely, Amy, Hannah, hell all the instructors always keep it fresh and make you sweat. All while walking around to make sure you are in good form. If you have a past injury or pregnant, no problem. They will go out of their way to give you an alternate movement during the exercise while check in to see how you feel. Again, just top notch. I also love the variety of classes from lean and long, blast, jump board, and even weight training to change it up and challenge myself. Neely has even noticed me in the same class two consecutive days and changed up the routine on the fly. You just don't get that in corporate run studios with their predetermined works outs. If you are looking for a good studio this, it. Just beware once you been it is hard to go anywhere else!

Pilates on Third is such a special place, it is not only an amazing studio that pushes you physically but it is also a wonderful community of strong women.
Neely and her team consistently create challenging and exciting reformer classes, no one class is ever the same. The skill and knowledge of the instructors are unmatched in this arena- this is a real Pilates studio and truly the only one like it at the beaches.
The studio offers an introductory style class to begin your Pilates journey, once you have graduated from the basics, the power flow, jump board, and blast ( weighted) classes are some of the most challenging workouts I believe are available at the beaches!
I highly recommend Pilates on Third to anyone curious about Pilates and ready to get more committed to fitness!

I’ve been going to Pilates on Third for over 4 years now and can honestly say taking that first class was one of the best decisions I’ve made! While the apparatus may seem daunting at first, Neely and team do an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and confident on the machine paying special attention to proper form and helping you understand the moves.

Now 4 years later, I feel so much stronger and toned and Pilates on Third classes are a highlight of my week. I still sweat and learn just as much in a beginner class as I do when taking the more intense Blast or Jump board classes.

Pilates on 3rd is the ONLY studio I have found to meet my fitness needs in the Jacksonville area. I’ve been attending classes for over 5 years and still find it fresh and challenging with the perfect mix of instructors that bring individuality to their training.

Being a certified pilates instructor, I’m very particular about where I train. I appreciate the mix of classes the studio provides and still find myself enjoying the Get It Right classes on days that I want to focus on form and reconnect to my body for better alignment and structural integration. That said, I also love a good Blast Class which will take your physique to the next level and you can really see your muscles tone up while building strength and endurance. A must mention is the Power Flow classes that are my personal favorite!

The instructors are top notch and the studio stays true to its small classes where the focus is on form and has never sold out to Class Pass (no offense)! Because of this, there’s a true sense of community and support. I love my Pilates on 3rd family 🤍

Pilates on 3rd is not your ordinary Pilates studio. It’s tough to put into words but imagine strengthening both the large and small muscles throughout your entire body in a single workout. I no longer have to go to PT for chronic back issues and also have the added benefits of better posture and a stronger core! If there were more than 5 stars this special studio deserves 10/10! Pilates On 3rd is hands down the best place in Jax/north Florida for pilates. If you are new to pilates or advanced there is a class for you. The studio is clean, so cute and has a great location - they offer smaller, semi private class sizes so you get actual hands on training and coaching, rather than larger group classes.

The instructors are all incredible- they are all professional, knowledgeable in pilates exercises, very welcoming and so fun! You will be challenged here but also feel so accomplished and stronger! (Think core!) Neely is an amazing owner/instructor and is highly experienced in pilates, weightlifting. I have learned so much about form and alignment from her!

You will not be disappointed going here- i have been going for years- I am hooked, I have a stronger core, better posture and body overall feels better! ♥️♥️

This gym is one of a kind! They have pilates classes as well as weight training sessions (which I love). The classes are capped at 4-6 people, so it often feels like personal training without the crazy price tag. I personally love the 50-minute lunchtime workouts which fit nicely into my busy schedule. Also, Neely, the owner, is super knowledgeable and knows how to make it a good workout for everyone no matter your fitness level. 100% recommend checking them out if you are looking to get stronger!

I love the Reformer classes because it combines a physically challenging core and strengthening workout with individual attention to proper technique and body alignment. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and incorporate a wide variety of moves keeping the class interesting and fun. I also take the Weight class on a regular basis to add another level of strength training to my overall fitness. The class is tailored to meet my specific needs and level of physical ability. Both the teaching staff and the clientele are the best of North Florida - and the studio itself has a great vibe. I've never experienced a class that was the same as the last. They are always challenging AND fun. The instructors know what they're talking about, and I think I've learned more about human anatomy from them than I ever did in four years of college. She and her instructors are masters of their craft, and thanks to the small class size they are able to provide individualized attention. I drive past 2 other Pilates studios to take classes at Pilates on 3rd. The quality and caring of their instructors is amazing!!! Neely has a lovely studio where the classes are small and you receive personalized attention to help ensure that your form is correct. I initially sought Pilates to help provide relief from debilitating sciatica. I never thought that I would be grateful for an awful flareup a year ago, but it prompted me to get out of my comfort zone and routine and try Pilates. I am so glad that I found Neely and Pilates on 3rd. I cannot ever imagine my life without it. Pilates on 3rd is a LIFE CHANGING experience! I would have never thought 3 years ago that I would have found a fitness regimen that I would actually enjoy and stick to. I never was super athletic or loved working out because I suffer from moderately severe scoliosis. My back problems always limited the types of workouts I could do and I was always left in pain, so I avoided any type of exercise at all costs. Exactly 3 years ago, my now husband and I decided to change our lifestyle and get more fit. He chose the crossfit route but I know I couldn't do that. I had heard that Pilates was great for people with scoliosis and began researching local studios. I immediately knew Pilates on 3rd was the one. Their website was very informational and I liked that the studio catered to working women (and men) and I could instantly tell that it didn't come off as some snooty studio just for rich stay at home moms. I was so excited that I just showed up to an advanced class one day and the owner (Neely) was so welcoming, despite completely throwing her off guard. I immediately realized I needed to be in a beginners class but after only a few classes I picked it right up and knew this was the place for me. Within just a few weeks, I could tell my back pain had decreased and started to have more energy. I looked forward to class and I couldn't believe it. Fast forward 2 years and I was in the best shape of my life and successfully got into wedding dress shape and was so proud to show off my hard work on my honeymoon. Fast forward to the present and I am now 6 months pregnant and still doing Pilates. I took a break during my 1st trimester, due to lack of energy, but had constant back pain so I got back into the studio and my back pain is gone again. Neely and her team are excellent instructors and no matter your physical shape or health condition, there seems to be a modification for everything. Pilates will continue to challenge you, no matter your level of experience and it's always fresh. I cannot begin to thank Pilates on 3rd for what they have done for me and they are like family. You will always feel welcomed at this studio. Try it and you won't be sorry! Pilates bods are the best bods!

First of all the studios immaculate. It's a perfect location if you live anywhere near the beach to pop in at all hours of the day very welcoming and safe. The studios full of positive and friendly people. It's also my best friends favorite place to go when she comes into town from California. The class hit all the muscles in my body and I felt amazing. The classes are accommodating for all clients! They are consistently challenging full-body workouts while continuously focusing on form and the benefits of lengthening and strengthening your body! I'm not super self-motivated when it comes to exercise. But Pilates on Third is awesome, the instructors are very knowledgable and professional, all a bit different, and all bring something different to the classes. If you want to 'get your body back' this is the place to go. The classes are semi-private and focused. Pilates is hard and once you get used to it, it feels great. It does not tear on your body with impact like other forms of exercise, does quite the opposite and builds a lot of muscle body wide, makes you more flexible, and burns a lot of fat. The teachers here will do that and they're interesting and nice!

When I moved to Jax Beach after living in LA for 35 years, a big concern was that I would not be able to find a studio to meet my needs. I live a healthy lifestyle, but have neck & back issues that a lot of pilates studios or gyms just don't get...I have traveled all over the country & been to dozens of pilates studios, & challenge anyone to find a gem like Pilates on 3rd. My husband and I are grandparents, so we've been around a bit and feel it a n honor to be taught with people half our age.We love this studio and it's staff.. They are pro's who work us hard and watch with care. Classes are never crowded, so we get all the attention our sometimes creaky bodies desire. So far,my rating is A plus.
