Eva is the best Pilates instructor! So knowledgeable as she incorporates posture correcting exercises that last beyond the session. You always look and feel better when you leave!

I have been doing private sessions with Eva and my mind has been consistently blown by the level of detail and expertise she has teaching. The smallest adjustments make such a huge difference and I can feel how much my body has changed since starting with her. The space is open, beautiful and always clean. I have taken classes and done sessions with teachers all over the world and no one is as good as Eva. 11/10 recommend

I’ve been taking private classes at Pilates Tropics Boca for about 4 months now and I absolutely love it! I was looking for something different after years at the gym and Pilates has given me both strength and flexibility. Thanks to my instructor Kristina, I always leave the studio recharged and full of positive energy. Definitely recommend!

Я влюбилась в пилатес благодаря этой студии. В прошлом я пловчиха и так сложилось, что профессиональный спорт всегда откладывает не совсем приятный след на твоем теле. У меня был перекос таза и 2 года я училась жить с неприятными тянущими болями в пояснице. После 2 месяцев регулярных занятий в этой студии у меня ушла боль и перекос таза стал почти не видимым для меня. Девочки, Ева и Кристина я благодарю вас, вы делаете людей не просто физически здоровыми, вы делаете их счастливыми.

I started doing Pilates 3 months ago after giving birth. My back hurt a lot, after a month of training the pain went away, thanks to my trainer Kristina for the individual approach. I do it 2 times a week individually. It's perfect🩷
