I am retired now and has been in management for many years. When I first started my membership in PF Midway 00291 - I was welcomed by manager Krish, his colleague Ryleigh and Aaliyah . Aaliyah exceptionally kind, helpful , professional and personal at the same time. Krish- perfect picture of good manager. It was amusing to see him moving heavy equipment to vacuum under it, to multitask and create pleasant work environment at the same time. My nickname for him is “Krish good vibes”. He has been promoted to different PF club- and I see perfect candidate for manager position-Ryleigh. here dedication, attentions for details and commitment to excellence makes her very special. to make you smile- I will share personal favor to me from Ryleigh. l like to call all employees in PF by names (old manager habits). Very clean atmosphere for your needs. The staff were amazing, They were very helpful and friendly to my needs. I highly recommend this location to get your workout. I have to only use certain equipment to strengthen my left leg from a previous accident two years ago. They have every option available to work on every part of your body that needs attention.

This planet fitness, in Ft. Pierce, is very clean, bright, large and had ALL the equipment you could ever want to use!! Most of the staff is very friendly. Some but as personable as others, but never rude. The hydro massage beds are to die for after a workout!! The ONLY things I wish were different: more ab machines, as there are only a couple and are usually being used when I'm there and I wish they would keep an eye on, and speak to, people who do not wipe down the machines after they use them. I see a lot of that and it's cringy, but people should know better and be more considerate.

This is my first time having a gym membership at an actual gym and not my own private gym. I was very nervous starting out but every single time I walk in it seems like Jimoni is there to greet me with a smile. I can always look over and catch him cheering me and others on. I come two three times a day sometimes. He has made my experience so much easier and his hospitality is amazing. His energy is always on point, he's quick and he actually takes the time to get to know the people that come in. I could go on and on about him and all the staff. I recently joined planet fitness and have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The club is aways clean and staff at the front is always friendly, greeting you on your way in/out. The negative remark goes for the music, for workout purposes is expected to be motivational and boosting the energy to match with the amenities purposes, it seems that they try to vary it and it defeats the purpose. Out of all of the PF locations in the PSL/Ft pierce area this one is my favorite. It's always clean, staff is very helpful, I feel comfortable here. I drive from PSL when I want to escape the traffic and have a environment where people are there to work out.. not hog equipment. Hands down the best PF in the area! Did I mention staff actually acknowledge you when you walk in and leave! Love it here

Good for a PF. Never had to wait for a rack (smith machine), or any other machine. Maybe I got lucky 4 days in a row. No decline bench though. I was able to do all other exercises while visiting people in Ft. Pierce. Facility was clean.

The equipment is good, price for what you get is appropriate but staff is always a step behind. Hardly ever do they know how to operate or activate black spa equipment. Gym always needs cleaning and asking staff anything is difficult, as they rarely stand up straight while they lean on counter and socialize.

Love how you guys took the initiative in updating your equipment, you know having machines that work with my Apple Watch, mirroring the gyms I see in Orlando. My home gym on Darwin has looked the same since I started going back in 2014. I went to other gyms, moved cities and states, and when I go back I can choose the same exact treadmill. The only thing that changes is the employees.

It’s my first week at Planet Fitness and I’m a little disappointed. I’m new to the gym experience and have no clue on what to use for what I want to work on. Probably the nastiest, dirtiest planet fitness I've ever been to. It smelled like a sewer, the bathrooms were disgusting with pubic hairs all over both of urinals that I used. I looked at the shower and decided hell no. Just felt absolutely gross. I'm just really glad it's not my home gym and I will never go back. I guess that's the difference between corporate and a franchise. I like my Melbourne franchise location and I will not recommend this planet fitness to anyone

It’s a brand new facility at the opposite end of the parking lot. It is beautiful. It’s large. It’s got a lot of equipment. It is busy but it is beautiful with people are nice that work there. I’m starting my gym journey, and I really like this gym. It’s calm and peaceful, everyone has their own bubble, and it’s very sanitary, where there is spray bottles by the trash so you can spray whenever. The employees usually look a little busy, the machines have easy-to-read instructions, with plenty for everyone. On top of that, the locker rooms are very clean and do not smell. This is now one of my favorite spots!

I got tired of going to LA Fitness feeling lost about what machine to to use, so I cancelled LA, and I am sticking with Planet Fitness, there machines count the Reps, and you scan the QR code on the machines and it keeps track of your workouts! My review update is as of a little over 4 years exercising at this facility.

The service has dropped off since a couple of front desk attendants have left. I'm not going to blast any workers specifically because I get folks want to get off on time, but be considerate of the members. I don't need to be rushed coming in and limited while I'm still there before you close. I also exited the building before as I attended on doing. Which allowed your workers to exit the building at 7:19.

Positive note. Thank you, Miranda, for allotted me a few minutes on the massage chair. My back really needed that.

I will continue using this facility unless I feel even more unwelcome.

As PF goes.. just okay. Showers not hot enough.. pressure is ho hum..but often worse at others. My biggest issue is the hours.. as A Blackcard holder.. and being sold for the 24/7 across the country..bull..whoey! My Access became a lie very.. Soon after i joined..Yet still pay the same amount. Unfortunately it is not a good reputation to break your word. PF. Especially in a State that is full of Vacationers. And Off grid mobile workers , & Many Who like a workout & shower at 3 am..even over the weekend & But are not welcome. Closing at 7pm!! Ridiculous. Most every PF in GA, NC, and above are 24/7.. what's the deal with Florida..?

When I came in to sign up for the membership, I brought both of my daughters (16 & 12). My older daughter signed up for the summer pass, but since my 12 year old was too young to join, I was hesitant about signing up. I asked the staff member if I signed up, would my 12 year old be allowed to sit at the tables in the front of the gym. I was given an emphatic YES, of course!, so I signed up.

I came in for my 3rd visit, and brought my 12 year old for the first time. The staff member (dismissively) approached me and informed me that my daughter *cannot* sit at the table because it's against corporate rules.

I have consistently watched some people work out barefoot and some people video while working out, however NO ONE approaches them. When I questioned why I was told "We only address things as we see them." I literally pointed out people on the treadmills videoing, and the staff did NOTHING. So, how is this appropriate? They were dismissive of my attempt at conversation about the situation, and did nothing to remedy the *corporate rules* that OTHERS were breaking.

Why do rules not apply to everyone, and why do they get to change the rules AFTER I signed up? Had I known my 12 year old couldn't be here, my 16 year old and I would have never signed up, and we would have never had her boyfriend join this gym, either. I feel like I was manipulated into joining and I've just been wasting my time here, if I can't bring my 12 year old with me. I am a single mother, so if she can't come, neither can I.

Your staff blatantly mislead me to get me to sign up for your club, they refused to enforce *any other* corporate rule, and you ignored every other issue I brought up in my review (and email to corporate), yet you have the audacity to offer me a hydromassage - that I already get for free, since I'm a black card member????
