The desk is usually nice. Today not so much. I ask for help with connecting my EarPods. I never had an issue before. I simply asked yesterday and today they have not be connected. The lady at the desk was so dismissive and said it’s probably your ear buds. Did not want to help at all along with a guy at the desk. I have a had another situation with the same person when I walked in. She’s arrogant. I said I never had a problem. I looked up online and it’s says go to the front desk to ask for help if your having a problem with connecting to WiFi. They have construction going on inside and the noise is loud. I just wanted to listen to my music. They need better customer service. I hope when others need help they don’t run into her or they give. Better customer service training.

I have been working out here with my son for several years, now they have the shoe nazi Dario what a rude and condescending person. Apparently he makes it a point to inspect your footwear and if does not meet his standards, planet fitness allows him to speak to you rudely and tell you that you’re not allowed to work out. I called corporate regarding his hostility and rudeness and apparently they (PF) endorse his behavior because I continue to see and hear about Dario and his bravado. He walks around that place like he is the Gestapo.

I came in for red light therapy today and this guy behind the counter named Dario, that wasn’t in PF uniform but a white polo shirt, told me that there’s two people ahead of me and the wait would be 20 minutes. The other two employees behind the desk didn’t find it odd, so I figured that he must be a manager or something. I also saw that someone was already on there, so I went to exercise for 18 minutes to kill time. I came back and sat down in spa room for the few remaining minutes, that’s when saw Dario come out of red light room. I suppose PF employees nowadays put themselves to receive treatment before they’re paying black card members. To be clear, he was the second person that was referring to earlier. He made a member wait to receive services and put himself as a priority. Even worse, he made a point to tell me that the machine was ready for me twice. So I went into the room and waited for the cool down period to end for about 3 minutes but after 8 minutes I realized something was wrong. I had to put all my clothes back on go the front desk, only to find out that he never set up the machine for me. All in all the other front desk employees in uniform were as nice as ever but this clown Dario ruined my relaxation experience. If I was working there, I would put the paying members above my own needs. Very interesting way of doing business.

When compared to Planet Fitness in Palm Beach Gardens this one falls short for two reasons. 1. Only 4 Smith machines vs. the 5 at PBG, 0 barbell racks vs. the 3 at PBG. You could easily reduce the excessive amount of cardio equipment and and more weightlifting equipment.

Just came back to this gym after 4 years, it used to be great. Unfortunately I think they haven't changed the cable machines since then. The cables by the front mirrors are extremely rough and not smooth at all. Also quite close to the wall so its difficult to do cable flys on them as well. On top of this, there's only a couple sets of them so theyre usually taken. I'll update my review if they replace these.

This location is by far the cleanest gym I've ever worked out in. The equipment is the best I've ever used and is always in fully functional and safe operating condition. The staff members such as Jordan, Bella, Mariana, and Kevin are so friendly, professional, helpful, and considerate that it always makes my day to see them and chat a bit before I work out.
It's not like me to take the time to write a great review because these days so few businesses are worthy of them, but this Planet Fitness location is run EXTREMELY well and I'm more than happy to tell other people about it..!!

I rated the Gym with a (1) star! Your question is why? I have been a black card member since opening. The reality is this Gym is a few moves away from being a (5) 🌟. However the total lack of your team to enforce the 30 minute work out zone is beyond belief. Without fail people will sit and gather around the machines for 30, 40 minutes and longer. I can't tell you how many people who follow the rules and get into unnecessary arguments with the squatters! I personally witnessed a 75 year old man whos name is Dave politely ask a man to allow him to move through the circuit, the individual blew up on him in front of me and others. This has happened to countless people at this Gym including me and my wife. I immediately report these horrible encounters to the front desk, an employee does walk back and tell these people to continue to move on and mostly they do or go out into the purple equipment area. It's my opinion that the lack of enforcement by staff creates a hazard for we the people who comply with the written rules displayed on the walls in the yellow 30 minute work out zone. If the lack of enforcement continues i will guarantee that something really bad is going to happen. So Owner with that being said either have a 30 minute work out zone or not. If your team is NOT willing to enforce it simply remove it. When the Gym first opened you had quality management, a manager who kept everyone honest, a manager that enforced the use of the black card room and the 30 minute work out zone as well as all of her other duties.
Hope this message gets posted and doesn't fall on deaf ears.

Being a member here is something I have never regretted. The machines and various equipment here ensure you can be optimal with your exercises by making your gains achievable. I wish I started going earlier in my younger years of high school. When I first signed in senior year, I truly witnessed Planet Fitness’s motto, "Judgement Free Zone.” Having no muscle gain and being overall lanky, I never got the impression I was being judged or looked down upon. I’ve been a member for almost 3 years, and every time I walk through those doors, I get a fulfilling workout. This is a little off-topic topic, but thanks to Planet Fitness, my social skills have drastically improved by gaining muscle as my prior timid self is now gone. Also, I used to wear just a regular workout shirt, but thanks to Planet Fitness, I can rock a tank top and feel humbly proud about my new massive muscles. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. They will be happy to answer any questions or address any issues. The app is beneficial and easy to navigate, with many exercises to learn and follow. The feature that seals the deal is the “crowd meter.” Looking in advance, you can see if it will be busy or empty. Getting a personal trainer, though, was what enabled me to learn how to work with different machines and equipment. So join Planet Fitness and make an astronomical advancement in your fitness life that you will not regret!

I work out here 3-5 times a week. Although the free weight area is too small it’s still the best around in my view. Even better is the staff. Always polite and professional. I left my new Apple Watch there and did not realize it till weeks later. 6 weeks after I lost it I remembered I may have left it a PF. Knowing it was a long shot at best I decided to ask anyway. To my surprise the manager had it in the safe! Honestly I was shocked. Says a lot about the manager and company in general.btw…. Managers name is Fedor!

I started at Planet Fitness about 10 months ago. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by a welcoming staff. It has been that way since, they are kind and helpful.
I have seen them handle difficult situations with professionalism and
discretion.
The equipment is clean and serviced, the bathroom and lockers are clean. The staff is always ready to answer questions or solve a problem.
I also like to say that the people who use this gym are some of the kindest. I enjoy my time working out,
A big reason is the staff.

In all honesty I came on here because I wanted to give PF a hard time . I am at this location for one month for buiuness then heading back to where I will usyally be. PF markets its business as a 24 hour operation. The 3 locations nearest me are open 24/7 . When i joined i assumed they all were . The marketing for these locations looks something like this " 24/⁵" Its even on the doors . This location says "24/⁵ " but its actually " 24/³ " i cant get there until 6;30 many days due to obligations. So i was going to give it a 1 Star review. But I cant . And its only because of an employee. There is someone there named " Tanyan " who has absolutely awesome people skills, is really helpful , gave advice on where to go , really knows his stuff., and does it all with a cool personality. So ive revised my rating because of this experience . Part of my gig us teaching media and Public Relations. There is only so much you can teach..the rest , and the important part is up to.the indivudual. PF is lucky to have him. It got them.4 more ratings .

I would never recommend this planet fitness. Maybe others are different. The manager was horrible. I cancelled back in March off 2022 due to the manager coming over and embarrassing my daughter in front of everyone because she looked young. He came over with such a nasty attitude. I cancelled my membership the next day and have the email confirmation. I just found out they never stopped the charges to this day. My fault for not keeping better account of my charges. My wife decided to go back and cancelled only after a few weeks because she had someone come up and said a group of teenagers were filming her as she was on a piece of equipment. She went to management they reviewed the cameras and confirmed it but said they’re just teenagers and they usually don’t cause problems. I would suggest staying away from this location.

Worked out here for a year and all was well until while doing cardio on the treadmill I picked up my phone call rather than sending to my ear phones(which everyone does without hassle). Literally 30 seconds into a phone call with my elderly father I was asked not to talk on the phone and to please proceed to the lobby. I can understand if I were yapping on the phone and taking up a machine but accepting a phone call on the treadmill and being attacked within 30 seconds!? I’ve been to a lot of gyms and none claim as much great treatment as planet fitness yet this happens…I immediately canceled my membership and will be going elsewhere.

My 16 year old daughter signed up for the membership during a no annual fee promotion in September. In November they charged her an annual fee. When I questioned it I was told, "Thats the way it is"... I think this is a really bad business practice. They should ashamed that they lied to her to get the membership. We have been working out here for months. We love going there and how clean it is typically. We also love everyone that works there except for the blonde girl. She is rude and clearly hates her job. She is always just chilling on her phone, she is rude and short when you ask for help, she half cleans the bathroom and never cleans anything else. We hate going when she is there because we know nothing will be cleaned or filled, so we typically like to go late so she is leaving and someone else will be coming in because they all know how bad she is and they clean everything as soon as she leaves

BAD TO WORSE... Summer's at Planet Fitness SUCK!

Plenty of reasons to love PF, from it's affordable price, to the friendliness of (most) staff, but summer's at the gym (Indiantown in particular) have become downright miserable!!!

It's bad enough they allow UNATTENDED 14-19 y/o workout privileges for free all summer long, which basically equates to some sort of bargain basement camp for most these youngsters, but in addition the thoughtful folks at PF Indiantown are allowing (easily) a 50+ youth baseball team to workout in there for free on a daily basis!

During the multiple occasions I had the misfortune of poorly timing my visit(s) and running into this group, there NEVER seems to be any sort of supervision, they typically hang in large groups around the machines talking but rarely getting any real use out of the equipment, and the icing on the cake I've yet to see one of them clean up after themselves! So, basically on top of overcrowding the gym with this large group descending all at once, they're making the gym experience for all paying members who happen to be there at the same time MISERABLE!

It would be one thing if Planet Fitness was doing this whole youth thing over the summer with some sort of constraints... limited / set hours for access, mandatory supervision, max group size... but total access with no real rules or oversight, is kick in the junk to the members who actually belong there!

Again, Planet Fitness can be a great place to workout, but best to steer clear during the summer if you have ANY other options available to you!

My husband and I were members since this location opened. The previous management was wonderful. They were friendly, thoughtful, always maintained the equipment, and tidy but within a few months damaged cushions, broken treadmills, and handwritten notes and caution tape on equipment. The cherry onto was the new Manger who while on the phone waved me off from using the massage chairs which per previous policy was available to family members of black card holders. Keep in mind my husband has always had a black card and we both are members. Sad ending.

I have been in the gym for 35 plus years as a trainer and a client. No judgement means allowing training that may not fit the norm. However barefoot training is normal and better for your feet body and health. It's all over the internet and the original way we were intended to ground with our planet! Having said that I comply when made aware that there's a policy. I visited 13 planet fitness locations and this was the only one who made this claim. One other location noted my bare feet and when I explained I usually train barefoot but I can't be at the beach cuz my dad is a Vietnam vet w several health issues and I have to be close by to him so I joined the gym to do so does that mean I must sacrifice my health to train at planet fitness. He listened and supported me which is why I continue to go to other planet fitness just not this location with the nasty maid that has a judgemental chip on her shoulder. A woman who was cleaning said. Where are your shoes ? Like I was a preschooler and when I said I train without them she she immediately judged me and ran to get 2 men who then hunted me down and told me I MUST WEAR SHOES ITS THEIR POLICY. So I said I would. Had she made the same statement instead of judging me and being rude I would have complied but I didn't know planet fitness judged barefoot trainers or I would have never joined . She then followed me to the bathroom and said are we going to have a problem? I said I have no problem but you seem to have a spiritual problem with me. All you had to do was tell me the policy like a mature adult and everything could have been kind. She then waited til I got in the shower and knocked the curtain down on me. Very hostile judgemental gym.

I’m not much of a work out guy but easy sign up, clean large space. Helpful staff. For 10 a month this is a great value. Now I just need to be consistent and go 3 x a week.
