The women's showers are disgusting every single time which is 5 days a week in my case. The tiles are full of black mold this is not fair to us black card holders. Hair and tissues all over the floor. The dressing room counter tops always full of grime. Can you please use real mold and mildew cleaner with and actual scrub brush or broom and please take note that not all locations are like this filthy. The obt location is nice and clean every time and never any mold and mildew they keep it clean.

LOCK YOUR VALUABLES!!! We do a lot of traveling & this is one of the worst planets we've experienced. Staff is never at the desk, just hanging out in the back, the locker rooms and showers are filthy, disgusting AND I found a members wallet in the parking lot that had been ransacked.. Aka there are THIEVES going through people's lockers and stealing from them!! Corporate should look into this location and take it over or close the doors. We definitely won't be back here.

This is a decent gym, but the staff is not knowledgeable. Most are totally out of shape and can't be taken seriously as personal trainers, nor would i take guidance from them. They blast ghetto music all day. By the time you leave, you have a headache. The music should be inspiring and diverse for all to enjoy. Good luck!

The assistant manager Jose is just as horrible as some people of his employees. No customer service. So glad I cancelled but real soon I’ll be building my in house gym and won’t have to deal with unempathetic sales based rather than being customer focused people like him. He already believed his associate and didn’t even listen to me when I was on the phone. I’m told him, “Did you hear our conversation??!” He said no. He’s reading her notes. He left a bad taste in my mouth AND AS LONG AS GOD AGREES IM NEVER RETURN TO PLANET !!!! Don’t go to Kissimmee. Management is mean and that where the employees get it from. No phone etiquette

It’s been quite a few years since I’ve been a member, but I signed back up as a black level, which means I can use the gyms in various cities that I drive to, and in this case, I worked out for the very first time in a long time…. OMG I was hurting the next day but if I keep doing it, I’m sure it’ll get better trying to build some muscle.

Terrible experience at this Planet Fitness. Staff and manager Jose treated me with no respect. Even after following their instructions with my girlfriend scanning in, they still refused to let me work out. When I asked for help, the manager’s only solution was to cancel my membership—while staff laughed about the situation. Completely unprofessional. I had a very disappointing experience at this Planet Fitness location. The staff, including the manager Jose, treated me very poorly.

A while back, I came in without my girlfriend and was told I couldn’t enter unless she scanned in for me. I respected the rule, left calmly, and came back the next time with her. She scanned both of our barcodes in front of staff, then left—but I was still told I couldn’t work out.

This morning, I decided to exercise anyway and address the issue afterwards. When I tried to talk to the manager about it, the only “solution” he offered was to cancel my membership. What made it worse is that staff were laughing about the situation as they explained it to him.

This was humiliating and very upsetting. I’ve been a paying member and expected at least some professionalism and courtesy. Instead, I was treated with disrespect and left the gym.

I would like someone from corporate or higher management to please contact me regarding this situation. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

I’ve been coming to this gym regularly and never had an issue—whether I’m with my wife or alone. Unfortunately, today was completely different. A staff member, Cat, refused to let me in to work out, even after I showed her my pass with my name on it. Instead of offering a solution, she just turned me away, which completely ruined my day.

What made it worse was that she said no manager or anyone else was available to speak with me. For a paying member, that kind of treatment is unacceptable. Customer service goes a long way, and I truly believe she could benefit from some additional training in that area. Situations like this should be handled much differently.

A place where you can exercise without so much hustle and bustle. Certainly at some hours of the day, especially at night, you have the feeling of being at your maximum capacity. However, there is always, but always a machine available for training.

Obscenely busy and their excuse is a nearby gym getting a remodel. They also wouldn’t let notify them I wanted to cancel my membership until I paid my annual dues but now won’t let me cancel my membership because I have a monthly payment due next week. I thought predatory practices of gyms keeping people from cancelling their memberships was over but that’s clearly not the case with planet fitness. There’s plenty of other gyms in Kissimmee, try literally anywhere else.

PF is a wonderful starter gym, I love how friendly the atmosphere is with the front desk. They are always super friendly when I come in. I love that they are introducing new equipment at the gym and their current remodel. Any gym is super packed between the hours of 4-8 PM in the area. Your quality of workout depends on what time of day you go. Avoid 4-7 pm rush hour. Some machines need to be repaired and oil reapplied to the equipment. PF is slow to fix things. Overall the value is good for what you get, so it’s hard to complain much. I would say 2/5 employees are consistently passionate or caring about fitness and quality of experience. I will say this location is one of the better planet fitness properties.

Went to this planet fitness for the first time today and I was not impressed. The facility was clean,I can’t complain about that but the gym personnel was more concerned about socializing within themselves than doing their job .Three of the paper towels dispensers I went to were empty, I didn’t see them leave the front reception area not even once. All they did was laugh LOUDLY and ignore the people that were coming in and leaving.

The gym was mostly clean and has a good variety of machines and free weights along with TRX suspension exercises. My only main complaint from someone without noise canceling headphones… the music selection was nuts! Went from 2 techno/edm songs to “American Woman” to a Korean pop song and a heavy metal song…. No consistency and way to dramatic of song changes. Hard to get in any rhythm or mental focus… again, if I had some headphones that blocked outside noise I’d be fine. Just didn’t flow with my distracted mind and workout plans.

The placement and spacing of the machines is aesthetically pleasing and a great use of space. They have great air quality control and I appreciate that there were several machines here that are not available at my home gym. The entire facility was clean and well stocked with supplies. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to all patrons. I definitely look forward to coming back.

Great place but the water tastes god awful, i’m not sure if they’re just adding too much fluoride to it or just filtering with too much chlorine, but the water even from the filter fountain taste so bad it causes nausea

I’ve had one of the worst experiences at this gym, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Every time I go, I end up waiting forever for equipment because it’s either in use or not properly maintained. The staff, unfortunately, doesn't make things any better—aside from a few, they’re always in their own world and don’t even acknowledge you when you walk in. What really frustrated me was the gym culture. People were constantly showing favoritism, with friends cutting in line for machines. I waited 25 minutes for a machine, only for one guy’s friend to jump in and take it from me. It's incredibly disappointing and honestly makes me question why I’ve been commuting 20-30 minutes each way to experience this. Definitely not the fitness environment I expected, and I truly don’t appreciate the way things are handled here.

I’m a Black Card member, and I’ve been to a number of different Planet Fitness locations in the eastern part of the U.S. This location in Kissimmee is a good size, with modern workout equipment, and upscale wood and laminate lockers. The stand-up tanning booth I used looked like it was brand new. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
