Horrible treatment and unprofessionalism that I’ve experienced at this location.The staff person is unreasonable and thought he could threaten me as if I don’t have rights. I called before going. I asked if there was a hydromassage bed. I was told there was and clarified the difference between a bed and a lounger. I was again told that there is a bed. I came for my workout and after went to use the hydromassage bed. I was so disappointed that I was lied to and they do NOT have a hydromassage bed but have a hydromassage lounger instead. If I was given the correct information, I would have just gone to a different location which had the correct equipment.

I've been a sporadic visitor to this gym over the past couple of years, and recently, I've encountered new staff members. Regardless of the time I enter, whether it's Art, Ralph, or Jeremiah, they consistently (and I genuinely mean always) welcome me with a warm greeting and a smile. The cleanliness of this gym is truly impressive, considering the high number of customers it serves. The bathrooms are consistently spotless with no unpleasant odors. These gentlemen, particularly Jeremiah, are remarkably polite and attentive. Jeremiah, recognizing my long hours in the gym as a black card member, often offers me a massage when I'm about to leave, graciously opening the door for me. Art is regularly seen with a big smile, checking in on everyone and diligently cleaning equipment. Ralph is ever-helpful, never refusing assistance when I need help with a machine. I have a genuine fondness for this gym, and I applaud Planet Fitness for maintaining such high standards. Keep up the excellent work!

Great Planet Fitness, the best one I’ve been to so far! And I’ve been to plenty, including the ones in Fort Myers since I’m always traveling but still incorporate my gym time into my schedule! I love this location, and all the employees are very helpful and pleasant. I’m there mostly early 5am 7am mornings and Elijah who works there is the best always a pleasure seeing him. Great employee. To add to the service, Lonzo the new manager is great as well and takes into consideration concerns and needs of his members! Also, is very hardworking and dedicated in making planet fitness a great place, not to mention he’s funny and great customer service. I enjoy coming to this planet fitness.

The gym is fine has a lot of machines. When I got there a lot of weights were all over the place not a big deal but couldn’t do my back excercises. People do hot the machines and not a lot of machines either. Other than that it’s clean and the people there are respectful. The sprays and paper towels are limited as well.
