Planet Fitness has been an incredible gym experience from the moment I signed up. The gym itself is always spotless—the equipment is well-maintained, the locker rooms are clean, and I can tell they really take pride in keeping the facility organized.
What I love most is the variety of equipment and the judgment-free atmosphere. Whether I’m lifting weights, using the cardio machines, or stretching in the designated areas, I never feel crowded or out of place. There’s truly something here for every fitness level, which makes it easy to stay motivated and consistent.
The hours are convenient, and the membership is such a great value compared to other gyms. I also appreciate the little extras—like the ability to use any location, the Black Card perks, and the overall positive vibe every time I walk in.

El gym es bueno en si, pero "Cuando van a arreglar el bebedero para agua fría, hello¡! Nosotros pagamos mantenimiento bien caro que es. Se me hace estupido tener que gastar dinero en botellas en la máquina de la tienda, no se si el comentario se les haga parecer que uno es tacaño pero no joda tragarse esa agua caliente del bebedero. Es un te quema grasa el agua que sale por hay. 😕

I come mostly every morning around 4:30am and James is always in good spirts and greets me in. But this morning I was working out in the 30min room and this outrageous women comes in and just starts yelling at James and going on racial rant and extremely belligerent and threatening. And to my surprise the gym manager comes in and stands right next to her and she continue to yell and scream and the gym manager does nothing to stop the situation I was appalled. and yes it was the gym manager because I signed up threw my health insurance and she is always there at front desk and I see her workout as well. my question is why did she let that continue towards her staff? and after they walked off together shocking! To James, you sir have great patience.

Every time I call or need something the customer service here is great!!! I went in there like 3AM one day and James was so helpful. Not cranky or "missing in action" like some overnight workers. He was super cool. It's always calm here too. I like it.

The staff here is so rude and will approach you without reluctance or consideration. They talk to you in a confrontational manner. I rarely interact with the staff, but when I do it feels hostile. I paid my monthly payment and cancelled the next day, because how offended I was. I've been with planet fitness for years and switched to crunch that's 2 minutes away on 27th ave and 193 street (across from ALDI). Atleast, their front desk staff greet you and not confront you.

I have been member of Miami Gardens, Planetfitness since 2019 and I have seen the assistant manager Michelle from the day that she started at the front desk. She has been an exceptional addition to the gym and has helped turned the gym around, her contribution to the community as well as the Gym should not be overlooked. She has countless times put the needs of others in the gym above herself and it's always willing to take the time to listen to someone and figure out the best solution to their problem. Miami Gardens wouldn't be what it is today without her.

I can’t recommend this Planet Fitness location enough! The staff here are truly outstanding — incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always go out of their way to make sure every member feels at home. Nice location, never had an issue until I met Meiby. Try not to go when she’s working. You might have to ask her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag. She denied my access because my payment was 48 hours overdue. Told her i didn’t have my card I will pay it when I get home. Mind you my payment has been waaay later than b4 and I came in without a problem, I that’s why they charge a late fee. She still nice nastily denied me. Luckily my friend was with me and loaned me the $20 till I got home. Talk about embarrassing

Planet Fitness in miami gardens is the BEST.. alot of room, nice people, the equipment has been upgraded which is a HUGE PLUS. Me personally I don't like alot of people around but this gym is big and even when it's packed people mind their business with friends and fam and great vibe I use Rockbot app to play music so everyone can hear if they don't have their own, only down side is they don't play some music on the app I truly want but it's ok. Overall Mia.i gardens location is the best
