Long time using planet fitness and I just like because it’s 24 Hours. But it’s not really 24hs open…
And I’m so disappoint, Every time I go in the morning it's closed 🤨, 6am its my time after 6:30am Dont works for me.
My schedule it’s really busy, because this I like 24h gym, still open 24 hours. The gym it’s close 6am, these no make sense!!!

Planet fitness is the best! It’s great and affordable plus we can come anytime! My dad and I go almost every day and always get a great workout! It’s such a good environment that’s so clean! This is not my home gym, but I definitely enjoyed it. The staff is nice and does their job, there is a nice selection of equipment. And they have the total body enhancement booth. I will say, while there is no place like your home gym... I would consider this one close to a 2nd home

Today I have to write a review to express my disappointment in the enforcement of people being on their phone, especially facetime while working out. It clearly states on signs around the gym to use your cell phone in the lobby if you need use your cell phone. Unfortunately people do not follow the rules and it is VERY annoying listening to people scream (it is a gym, so there is background noise) into their phone while on a call so their friend can hear them. Please, Please enforce this! It can be done in a polite way. People are so inconsiderate of others, and need to be reminded sometimes that they are not above the rules. It has been going on since I joined the gym in January. I have tried to ignore it, but when they are right next to you on a machine it is aggravating. I will reach out to a gym employee as well if it is not addressed. Thank you.

Love working out at PF however wish the staff would monitor some members that don't clean off equipment after sweating all over it to the point that her sweat is puddle up on all of it the treadmill & the stair steeper,, guess what she doesn't even wipe the equipment down so disgusting and yes have informed staff and they go clean it but she should have respect for others !!! Nasty you ain't at home ...

I am very patient, but the tanning services are a disaster. I have been a Planet Fitness Member for YEARS! The wait is a little over the top. Machines not working! Bulbs are out! There is ALWAYS confusion regarding who is first in line. Then, to top it all off, the young man who checked me in for a tanning session today was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering him. Very Disappointed!

This club is overall in good condition. However depending,who's running the front desk, trying to get service early in the morning is challenging. Because they're too busy spending time texting on their telephone. Yes, a publicly traded company now is comfortable with their employees not providing customer service. And they're getting frustrated when somebody ask s for a basic request. As a gold card member. I traveled to many clubs throughout the US. And I don't think having customer service focused on the customers is too much to ask. I grabbed the general manager's card and will handle the discussion with this individual privately so they can be aware that they may not have the best coverage or may need to make some improvements. I think they should show up at all hours and then they know it how their staff performs or maybe watch the cameras.

If I could give zero stars, I would, unfortunately I have to at least give 1 star. I signed for an account on planet fitness through my phone online through the app. It was very easy to do. It took no money or a dollar or something like that, and uh. I did it all. It was a 5 minute process. It was one of the easiest things I ever did, but when it was no longer beneficial to me to have this gym membership and uh, I wanted to cancel it. It was nowhere near as easy. I was told after multiple phone calls after trying to find the answers myself. That I had to physically come into that location and close my membership. Now I'm an average everyday person, and that is a financially abusive way to keep getting money from people. There is legislature right now in the works of being passed. Thankfully, that's going to say. Whatever means you register for a reoccurring service. They have to offer you the exact same options to cancel it. Because what happens is big companies like planet fitness? And I could name others get you stuck where you cannot stop them from debiting your account. So just be cautious before you sign up with them. If you give them your account number and your debit card, a just closing your debit card is not good enough. I had them debit my debit card. I closed my debit card. Then I had them try to debit. My account cost me $70 in fees because of it. I had to close my account to stop them because they would not stop. So all this to say, do not do business with this location period you've been warned

I had gotten lost without GPS and arrived flustered still trying to activate my phone. Ben was a great help ... calming me down and showing me places on my phone I'd never been before. My experience every time I’ve gone to this location has been mediocre (I’ve been going here almost 3 yrs now) today being the worst. I get it’s a holiday and the last thing teenagers want to do is work but, you’re getting paid to do a job. The helpfulness and not wanting to do more then you have to had more effort put into it then actually doing the job. I get machines break and go down but maybe having one or two people in charge of that section to stay on top of it so people aren’t wasting their time using machines would be helpful. And then listening to unhappy employees talk in a bathroom stall…I do not recommend this location at all.

Ok...I wasn't a happy camper last time I was in. I'm here 4-5 times a week. Several times I've waited patiently to get scheduled for Black Card amenities. However, last time I waited, I was overlooked (but employee noticed me,acknowledged) and 2 persons whom came to counter after I was waiting for Black Card amenities, were served while I was waiting. Not acceptable. Today I came in around 3 p.m. and the staff on-duty treated me with professionalism and were personable, as usual. Happy camper, again. With that said, get corporate to get equipment fixed!

I pay for the black card to use the tanning beds. I believe they have 5 beds one has bad bulbs one has bulbs out one won’t come on if door is shut . The bed that does half work there is always a wait .I have called and made a complaint. The staff keeps saying they have put a work order in . 😩. Had a talk totally different experience here at the Planet Fitness in Milton. One of the staff members (Thorne) went above and beyond cleaning the massage chairs and hydro massage machine right before I used them.
