i recommend the black card membership as it gives You privileges to use the hydromassage. It's a must after a strong workout.

Wait. There's only two hydromassage stations. Okay, the best time to use that feature is after 10 AM, prior to 10 AM those things have been known to cause emotional distress, and other nastiness. Just avoid those things until i leave, fair?

There is sone room for improvement. i've been going to that gym regularly for a few weeks now, and the wheelchair accessible stall in the men's room has been out of order. This might explain the apparent lack of men in wheelchairs working out. Joking aside, it does need addressed. One stall is insufficient. Lines do form.

This gym always has broken equipment, and it's very dirty. My husband got a membership, and it was set up to be automatically deducted from his account. Every month they charge him a 30 dollar late fee on top of his membership fee. We called corporate and they said to go into the gym and speak with a manager they can override it. The Manager says they can't. We are now seeking legal advice from an Attorney. There is a new gym opening up in Tradition. Don't get involved with this place.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I have to give it 4 stars because it’s right next to a school. If you don’t finish your workout before 3pm you will be met with crowds of broccoli hair boys using one machine for an extended period of time and staring at their phones. Also this location doesn’t have a hip thrust machine and I can’t tell you how many time I’ve seen 1 woman do 15 sets of hip thrusts for 45 minutes with 3 minute rests in between sets of phone usage. When I leave this gym in two weeks I will miss the staff they’re very good.

This has been my home PF for about 3 years now. It’s literally walking distance from my house. In the past the only major problem was the teenagers BS ing on the weight lifting equipment taking pictures and just lallygagging. I usually could just jump on the cardio equipment until I could get a spot but recently they got rid of over half of the cardio equipment so now I spend most of my time waiting on equipment or working on equipment I did not plan to workout on to be productive and not waste my gym trip. At this point I think I’m just gone cancel my membership and try the new gym in tradition.

Friendly staff but the manager will not let anyone in past 9:30 for no reason whatsoever. The lack of understanding if someone arrives late and wants to attempt a 30 minute workout is disrespect to the paying customers. You will be told to turn around and leave if you attempt to enter the doors. Never seen such an anti customer policy before.

My reply to the owner’s reply: Contacted the email and was told there's nothing that can or will be done by them and must contact the owner, who was the person who provided that email. So another wasted chunk of time and deception by the owner.

I would not use this Planet Fitness as a home gym location. They will not assist you with any cancellations or refunds no matter what your situation may be. I'm a business owner, money will never be more important to me than my customers satisfaction PERIOD!!! I only went once for a trial. The staff and management were super friendly. The facility was awful, dark, lack of airflow makes it stuffy and stinky. No room to do anything. Things are so close together you almost hit the person next to you trying any exercises. So crowded and lack of equipment, I didn't do half of what I'd planned. There were only 2 people besides me in the stretch area and it felt crowded. Needless to say I'm choosing home workouts for now because this place stressed me out.

Because of the experience I had tonight I will NEVER come to this location at night EVER again, try to use the Hydro bed and there was nobody in front to assist me so ai had to wait, then some dude WHO WASNT PLEASANT AT ALL “assisted” and literally made me scan my barcode a second time after I already did. Then he comes to the back and again “assists” me AND THE BED STILL SAID I HAD TO GO TO THE FRONT, then I went to the front AGAIN and nobody was there to help. I got so upset I LEFT. I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE COMING IN THE DAY TIME, from now on I will go in the day time because the day time workers are ALOT more helpful!!

I’ve only been to a few PF locations in the country but this is by far the worst. Inside was dark and felt dingy. The drinking fountains were out of order. You have to bring a lock if you want to secure your belongings. The music is loud and driving. The hydro massage bed feels cold when the water gets to the feet (not to mention the area is extremely cold). The massage chairs seem to be very old and are uncomfortable (I quit my massage after one minute). But the worst was the customer service. Because the music was so loud I couldn’t hear the worker, and she had to repeat herself often. She always talked in the same quiet voice. I could get past that, but when I had a question and tried to get her attention, she told me she’d be with me in a minute and proceeded to write a trivia question on a white board. When she was done writing, she slowly read through it to make sure it was right. Only when she was done did she come over to see what I needed.

My parents live here in the winter and thought about getting a membership. I’m going to tell them it’s a hard pass.

It was very dimly lit and hazy inside. I had trouble seeing the weight numbers on the machines because of how dark it was. The water fountain was out of order (judging by how many people had gallon water jugs, it probably has been out for a while), the women’s locker room smelled like burning hair, and machines were tightly packed around each other. When this gym first opened it was great. Over the years it has gone downhill and quickly over the last couple of years. When traveling we go to other Planet Fitness gyms and for the most part they all are significantly better than this one. Recently they've added additional equipment, there is no room for this equipment. This location needs to be expanded. Adding equipment to already tight quarters doesn't make sense. Waiting patiently for EOS to open in 2025.

Aliana and Abby were two really sweet girls. I went there and Aliana gave me a VERY indebth run down of the gym, she was very kind and covered everything so well, I was left with no questions come the end of the tour when she asked if i had any. Never been to a planet fitness before but the customer service alone from these two girls pushed me to get a membership! The gym is also very tidy and clean, cleaning supplies are offered. And the black card commodities are pretty neat, red light therapy, massage chairs and more! Super cool gym, you can even get a day pass for free if you bring your id, to check the place out, and try it out.

As others have noted, the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Better than at other PF I've been. The locker rooms are clean too. That said, the mirrors in front of the free weight station and the benches are always dirty and cloudy. This creates an overall gloomy atmosphere in the gym on top of the classic dark PF ambiance. Lastly, the gym is super crowdy, which is to be expected at that price range and considering PSL is lacking in terms of offers gyms. That means having to adapt your workout and makes it almost impossible to follow a strict workout plan. Nothing the owner can do about that last part, but please, clean the mirrors more often. That's an easy fix to create a better and more stimulating ambiance in your gym.

Always at least 2 pieces of equipment is out of order. The “members” stand around on their phones hogging equipment. Last two times the tanning bed was broken. Haloing with other complaints. My biggest complaint is I have been out of town on business for the last 7 months. I’ve tried canceling my membership many times. I’ve wrote emails after emails explaining my situation to cancel. So I’ve been charged every month I can’t even get a reply. No communication, I’ve been getting robbed for months from a gym that literally has no reason charging this fee for such a small gym. I was initially interested in signing up at Planet Fitness, as I’ve heard good things about their facilities and friendly staff. Indeed, the staff were welcoming and helpful during my visit. However, the gym was extremely busy, and it was hard to find available equipment. It seems like a great place, but the high volume of people made it challenging to get a good workout in. Ultimately, I decided to join another gym that was less crowded. If you don’t mind the crowds, this could be a good option for you.

It’s a joke of a gym. Teenagers come in during the summer. Lurk. Taking up space from people who actually are there to get work in and get out. On top of that it’s hot as hell. There’s never paper towel in the dispensers to wipe things down. And that’s at 5am. So there’s no prep for opening at all. And it’s dark inside as if half of the lights don’t work. Spend more money and go elsewhere unless you want to wait 30 minutes for one machine. The dumbbells only go to 75lbs. Great for people who don’t actually care to workout and get healthy.
