They literally have every leg machine out of order. Almost every one. And I came here to do legs. This is a bigger gym. Why are there so many lack of machines?? How can that many break at once??? Takes longer to complete workouts when you have to wait for people on ONE machine

I had the best interaction with Joshua at this Planet Fitness location!!! I see him being great management material. I've been to 15-20 different Planet Fitnesses from Michigan to Florida and even Hawaii and this was hands down 10 out of 10. He was very genuine and helpful, explaining (new to me) gym options like the RelaxSpace machine. I also really enjoy the shower set up at this location where there is a glass door on the shower and a curtained dressing area right outside each door.

Staff are great, gym is a good size. Typical planet fitness problem of being overcrowded on weekday evenings and some of the members can be a little unruly (namely teenagers goofing off and hogging equipment). Would love to see some of the cardio space cut back to expand the free weight section, but the gym as a whole is leagues better than it was a few years back. Adding more smith machines, the dual cable stack, and hack squat was a great improvement.

Mens locker room is usually pretty clean. My main gripe again is just guys under 21, posing in front of the mirrors and taking pictures. I know you can't staff someone in the bathroom 24/7 to be on guard, but a locker room really should just be a place to do your business and leave, not an after school hangout spot.

This location used to be better, and they’re trying to get new equipment, but it has gotten worse. I’m sick of being pinched by the broken benches, only a few people wipe down the equipment, weights are laying everywhere and it never looks or smells clean. It feels like it’s becoming more of a community health center than a gym due to all of the young groups of kids who come in to hang out. About a third of people are either wearing pajamas, crocs, work boots, jeans, carrying around a polar pop or screaming into their phone. The staff is always very friendly, but that can only go so far.

The staff is surprisingly very polite and friendly. There is a strong effort made to keep the main floor and locker rooms clean. All new treadmills and cardio machines were installed in Nov 23. Recently they made an effort to install more upper body machines and just rearranged the placement of machines to provide more workout space for free weights. Floor space is limited due to the site originally being a grocery store. Good place.

I Was there as guest but I was treated like a long time member. The gym was very friendly, well equipped and very clean. I have since become a Black Card Member and enjoy the facility almost every day. They maintain the machines and are ading some new machines. The relaxation lounge is also phenomenal. 👍

Just signed up and notice there way too much kids in here playing around with the relaxation area where people come to relax and hearing laughter the whole time doesn’t make it a distress after a workout. Headphones help but obviously shouldn’t feel I have to put my headphones on. Kids are the reason equipment doesn’t last long, the gym is not a play ground and if kids are gonna be in here at any age they need to be supervised.

It hasn’t even been a month since I started going to this particular planet fitness. I’m very disappointed with half the staff that stands around the front desk. The bathrooms are disgusting and the trash cans are overflowing. There seems to never be paper towels on certain stations that are supposed to have them. I literally just watched them enforce a rule on one lady for talking on her phone while working out when the same lady that complained went around talking loud to a bunch of people. That’s called hypocrisy. People come to a gym to workout not to be humiliated and made to feel they can’t workout. Another reason for me to end my membership.

Decent gym some of the equipment isn't properly maintained but I'm leaving a review due to me getting wrong information, I asked if I could freeze my account and they said have to due it in person,but that wasn't the case I could do it via their official website. They also charged the annual fee after two months, and you can only cancel via certified form through mail, or in person. In short I was told I couldn't freeze my account meanwhile I could.

I absolutely enjoy coming into this planet fitness, everything is always clean and the staff have always went above and beyond with customer service! But what locks in the 5 star rating with me is KAM!!! What a sweet , bubbly and kind girl! She always has a big welcoming smile every time someone steps through the door and if shes working and an issue may arise (like a tanning bed shutting off prematurely) with no hesitation or questions asked she makes it right!!! I've had the pleasure of being a black car holder for a couple of years now, and I must say, I've visited numerous clubs throughout Central Florida during that time. However, this location stands out as one of the best, if not the best, I've ever been to. The facilities are exceptionally clean, with well-maintained equipment, and the bathrooms are immaculate. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and always willing to help. I would highly recommend this club to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

We went to check out the Spring Hill location yesterday. My daughter does competitive dance and weight lifting so we wanted to see if a membership was a good fit for us. The place was clean. The environment seemed inviting. We were surprised how much is there. So much variety and different work out options. A sweet young lady gave us a tour ( Sidney) We signed up! Great first experience for us and great location. We love the flexibility of hours. We put the membership in my daughter's name so she can bring my husband, son, or myself as a guest but ,giving her the freedom to go with friends if she wants. Definitely worth checking out!

purchased a $25 membership less than two weeks ago. today i get a $36 charge from this gym, i call them after work for them to tell me its a monthly and late fee (makes no sense when i just subscribed on the 14th) and they try telling me they attempted to charge me on the 17th?? which also doesn’t make sense because i would’ve been notified by my bank that the charge was declined. seems like planet fitness is a bunch of scammers and unfortunately it’s not just this location either.

The place is dirty the staff doesn't come out from behinde the deck to walk the floor to see that the paper towels are out on the sanitation racks are to clen them nore do they say a word to anyone that doen not wipe down the equipment after they use it and beleave me there are some people that need to do so the front door glass is never cleaned and they let people just sit on what ever there useing till they feel like moving witch holds up othere from being able to use it o and the ones that are on there phones so loud you can here them up at the desk but they wont say a thing its bad to pay what we pay for the staff not to inforce the rules they have posted for all to read me and others are looking to see were is the next closest gym and when its found you will be loose in a few good people you need to make a big staff change

Good friendly staff. However, it's a Fairly packed gym with people staying on certain machines for long periods of time. Plenty of people don't wipe down the equipment. Me and my friend went here last Thursday for the first and last timea. We got the Flu from it. Not a good trade off. Diffenetly not the cleanest gym and the people that go here are also not the cleanest. Lack of care for others. Overall not a bad place to work out and it's cheap. Just bring hand sanitizer and wipe down stuff before and after use. Enjoy the lines to use old machines and stand in crowds by the bench press area.

A lot of Equipment still has not been repaired, since corporate to over this gym. It looks run down finding it hard to justify remaining a customer. The specialty room like the 30 min workout and 12 minute abs are not monitored and people just sit on the machines. Management/staff needs to monitor this because for the handful that will speak up aren’t seeing any change! It’s actually worse from a year ago. So, if you want a quick workout, don’t go to this gym.
Where is my $25. x’s 3 a month and annual $40+ membership money going?
I have to add to someone else’s review on the A/C units response to customer! The units have needed replacement for quite some time. There was not comfortable setting, they were broke!!! When this was going on it was like a Seth pool and you couldn’t comfortably workout because of it.

I want to give a huge shout out to the to Amazing Employee @ the front desk to this morn just shy of 7 am!..today Sept 17th 2023..My phone broke totally no access to Uber or contacts stranded..lost plus visiting from S.I.N.Y with the black card & I ain't talking about American Express 😂 I was .clueless to my where about's she went out of her way to call me every car service in the area....then no answer so she went to the extent & beyond her comfort zone to get me to my Mother's home safe & sound via Uber just in time for me to cook & prepare bfast!..! Thank you so much for those that do not believe in Destiny this person I speak of her name was Destiny!!!!!Give her a raise!!!!.P.F needs more caring and wonderful people like Destiny!!!
