What i like about the experience at Planet Fitness in St. Cloud, Florida. Is every time I go for my workout. I always get greeted and told have a great workout. That my friends go a long way. I am in the Client Services and business industry. All i can say keep doing what you are doing. I love going to work out in a great environment, i go in early do my workout and leave. The only thing is the gym needs to get a little bigger in size. Alot of us really love going and working out, but a lot of people next to each other. No complaints here just saying it would be cool to not have to look over your shoulder making sure you don't mean to bump someone. While you are doing your curls or other workouts. Overall, you guys kick butt and thank you for your hard work.

I was really blown away by the policies at Planet Fitness. While I was using the leg extension machine, I was quietly talking on my phone—barely above a whisper—when a staff member came over and told me I needed to get off the phone. I explained that I wasn’t disturbing anyone and was speaking very quietly, but he still insisted it was policy.

I was honestly shocked that something so harmless was an issue. As a result, I decided to cancel both my membership and my wife’s. I never expected to be asked to hang up my phone while working out, especially when I wasn’t bothering anyone.

Really outdated and too small. No Black Spa Area like in the really nice new ones. Not enough equipment to accommodate the number of members they have. No access to the equipment in the 30 minute express work out area because ppl are there doing full sets and most of it is on their phone. When brought to the attention of the staff they made, me feel as though it was my problem and that I was bothering them. I have been a member at the St. Cloud for over 10 years. It has really gone downhill. I wish they would build a new one on the east side of town.

My 27 year old daughter and I have been members here for 5 years. She does the treadmill with my wife while I do the circuit. This the third time this summer that we have gotten ready and went to workout but all the treadmills are (Yes every one) were taken and the majority were by teens who visit free because of the promotion. Planet Fitness is a place I visit frequently to work out and stay physically active. Although this specific location is quite small, people there tend to stay focused, which allows me to complete my daily routine without issues. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The only downside is the bathroom—it’s extremely small, and sometimes you have to wait in line to use it. Other than that, it’s a great place to train.

If you are looking for an old school sweaty boxing gym vibe... this is the place for you! Definitely feels like a guy's gym or hangout. This location is outdated and has poor air circulation. There are not a lot of weight machines so waiting to finish your workout is likely. The premises although dated appeared to be clean and the staff was friendly.

If your membership includes tanning, which I utilize.....both the tanning booth/beds they are extremely old bulbs. I've told them and they still haven't replaced them! I'm Irish and not even a slight burn after 2 weeks. Just an FYI!

I workout here every few days with a friend. This location is probably the worst in all kissimmee- not just because they gave very little equipment but the staff are completely incompetent and rude. They act like they're "too cool for school". None of them are happy and act like they are going the extra mile if you have a simple question. Horrible customer service and bad attitudes. I get most them are bratty kids but hire better staff who actually care.

He was very professional and accommodating, ensuring that the gym’s no-phone policy in the 30 minute circuit was upheld (which I really appreciate). They also adjusted the TVs to include subtitles, making the environment more accessible and enjoyable for everyone ( especially for me who has a hearing issue). This is the gym I currently go to. I’m not picky about the gym or the atmosphere, because honestly, I’m there to get stronger and focus on my goals. As long as the machines work well and are effective, that’s enough for me. However, I think they could do some maintenance on the gym, because it’s obvious from a distance that it’s a very old facility, with dull gray lighting and very, very old bathrooms, with only two toilets—at least in the men’s bathroom. It also tends to get very crowded, considering how little space there is. Plus, there’s only one machine per muscle group; they could consider adding another, like a pec deck or a leg extension. Also, they could add more racks and remove the rack that’s all the way to the right corner at the back, because no one really uses it due to how awkward it is—or maybe I just don’t understand why.

This team makes this gym. Every single staff member in this gym makes me want to come back again and again. I feel so happy coming here. I come as often as five times a week, and as little as three times a week, but every single time that I come here, I leave feeling better. I cannot emphasize enough the huge impact that the staff has on my experience.

The staff here greet me by my name, and while I am awful at names, they're so special that I've made an effort to learn their names. While I am still missing some names, some I can remember off the top of my head are Kimberly, Ashoy, Brandon, Madison, Maddie, Max, Kade, Kimberly, and Zoey. I must highlight that Kimberly and Zoey are two of the most personable, welcoming, and caring individuals I've had the pleasure of meeting.

At this gym, I feel I can be myself. I must admit that as a gay guy, the idea of a gym has felt intimidating in my head before, but in this gym, I feel welcome as I am. Since joining Planet Fitness, I have lost 100 lbs. I was 280 lbs before with a ton of health problems and I'm 180 lbs now without any of those problems. I started at the Florida Mall location, and it was great there too! But this gym is my home and I would not change it for anything. Give them all a raise!!! They deserve it!!!

LOVE this planet fitness!! All the staff here are wonderful to deal with and Adam is super conversational, helpful, and just amazing help if you need anything. Everyone here minds their business and are very non-judgmental and i never feel uncomfortable with the people who workout here! I feel like some of the negative reviews about this location are a bit harsh, but there’s definitely a lot that could be better.

The good:

The staff was super friendly, which made the visit more pleasant.

Most of the equipment seemed to be in good shape, which is always a plus.

The not-so-good:

The gym is really small. That wouldn’t bother me too much, but they were adding more equipment while I was there, and I can see how it could feel really cramped at times.

The locker rooms were way too small. If more than a couple of people are in there, it’s a struggle to move around particularly since you must pass through the locker space to get to the restroom.

Cleanliness was a big issue—the locker rooms and restroom were pretty gross.

I couldn’t find the Black Card Spa anywhere. Is it even here?

Overall, it’s an okay spot, but the size and cleanliness issues really hold it back. It could be so much better with a little effort.

I chose to go back to the gym after 6 years out. So I chose same one as I used to go because it was always cleaned, and very knowledgeable staff with trainer and always someone close to help out and keep the 30 minutes zone as 30 min, not as when the people like to be out of the cellphone and take forever to get done. Now is way different than before, understaff, not paying attention to people or 30 minute zone, no trainer, no knowledge of equipment, if you have a question about how to use equipment the answer is scan tje code and it tells you how. So sorry for persons that never used the equipment before, or eldery people who doesn't understand how it works. No employees around as it used to be, you find them at the cell phones at the front desk. Now it's not so clean. Staff is friendly but they need more help to provide the great service they had before. That's the closer to my house and that's why I keep going there as I know how to use equipment but people who have no knowledge please look for another place , I am already looking for another place.

The gym itself is pretty good. Not the biggest gym so it can be a little crowded at certain times. Also, there is no weight benches there except for the smith machine, which was disappointing. I signed up online and didn't know. Also, they do have a decent amount of equipment but not as much as I'm used to and missing ones I used at other gyms. Its my fault for not checking the place out before going. If they aren't known for having that equipment they are great, id give them a 5. But, not having that equipment, I give them a 3. I met halfway in the middle with a 4.

Listen. This space is definitely not designed for a PF location. The “locker rooms” are glorified broom closets with 10 lockers. In all my travels across the US I’ve never encountered a location this cramped. The drop ceiling is 6 inches above the stair climber and on the treadmill I could jump up and touch the peeling ceiling. Standards are as low as the ceiling here.

The mens restroom is extremely disgusting, toilets barely flush, the walls have brown stains and most of the young employees don't even look up at you as you walk in. Today (3/12/24), an employee (tall, young, heavy black man) was pulling trash and cleaning the bathrooms while cussing out the place and slamming doors & cans. This place needs to clean up, get better employees and upgrade the locker/restrooms.

Saint cloud planet fitness is clean and the equipment is very nice perit. I would have given it a 5 star, but they let a man with a dog and that was neither blind nor needed a dog and it was a German Shepherd. It made me feel real uncomfortable. They're insurance rates must be pretty good.
