This class has been an absolute blessing for me. I had really never found an exercise plan that I not only enjoy, but look forward to doing until Power-Barre. I have been going for approximately 3 months now and I am amazed at the results. I have muscle tone (yay!) as well as increased strength and balance. Jillian is so helpful in helping everyone think about their form in order to achieve the best result with each movement. Power-Barre is fun and it simply works!

Great class for strength and flexibility. This class was perfect while i recently rehabbed from a severe ankle sprain. Best of all is the company you're surrounded by. From the owner to the members, this is such a wonderful uplifting group to be around.

I have back issues so wasn't sure if I could do Barre. Jillian was so sweet and took the time to talk to me about my issues and possibilities with the classes. Every time I am in class, she gives me modifications where I need them and is always open to questions. The workout is low impact to my back, but you definitely sweat, breathe heavy and feel the burn! What a great way to exercise or add as an addition to your existing exercise routine.

This class has been fantastic! I’ve been taking it for over a year and half and have no more hip pain!!! My body is much more toned, flexible and I feel stronger! Highly recommend to anyone at any age since you can do it at your own level and jillian is great at modifying any movement if you need it! She’s an awesome instructor who knows what she is doing!!!

Joining Power Barre has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made. You do not have to be a dancer to participate in the classes. Jillian pushes you and designs the classes to help improve your physique. I am stronger and more flexible after just a month of attending! I highly recommend taking classes. 😊

I love how I feel after a Power-Barre class! Low impact, high rep movements have elongated my muscles and have increased my flexibility. Very welcoming environment with people who encourage each other and truly want to see each other reach their body image goals. I’ve been with Power Barre for two years. Every class is different and Jillian is constantly adding new exercises and equipment to be sure our muscles are getting the push they need. The environment is welcoming and all of the ladies who attend are friendly and supportive of each other.
There is nothing else in the area that is comparable to this class. I highly recommend it to all body types and fitness levels.
