Primal Strength and Conditioning LLC is a private Personal Training Studio specializing in functional fitness for all ages and abilities, movement and mobility, power lifting and Olympic Weightlifting.

I have been training with Stacey for only a couple months at this point, but I have seen so much improvement in my health, fitness, and overall well-being. The evaluation at the beginning of our journey was comprehensive, and allowed her to establish a plan of action customized to my specific needs. Her sessions are laser-focused on what I need to improve, with continual improvement and reevaluation as we progress through the training. I'm so happy I decided to go with Stacey!

Stacey is an outstanding personal trainer! I am a 53 year old female. I started training with Stacy on 7/30/24. The changes I have made with my strength, posture and flexibility are unbelievable. I have a fused spin due to scoliosis surgery, spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease in my lower back. We started off very slow building strength, the difference in one year is really amazing. I can honestly say I have never been in any pain from working out with Stacey as I have had on my own or in group classes. Due to the muscle gain my back rarely gives me any issues anymore. Not to mention we have a great time too!

Stacey has been amazing helping me get as far as I have in my Journey to a healthier me. When I came to her I was lifting only her child lifting bar that weighs only 15#. Now I'm lifting way more then that! My heart loves it! My life needed it! My soul craves it! She has been a major part of me discovering what I'm truly made of. Sometimes you need someone to believe in you more then you believe in yourself. She is always encouraging me, teaching me and pushing me to the next level. I love how her gym is set up beautifully to give you that personal feeling. It can be very intimidating to show up to these gyms with so many people watching you but it's just you and her during your private gym time. She also has one of the cleanest gyms around!

If you are looking for a personal trainer to help you reach your fitness goals, you should talk with Stacey. I have trained with her for 7 years. I quickly realized after starting to train with her that I was wasting my time and money on the big box program. She started with an assessment of my goals and an evaluation of my physical condition. Before she agreed to train me she suggested changes to my diet and giving up adult beverages. Stacey designs training programs for each individual. It is not one size fits all. She prepares a written program for each client every day and makes sure that the athletes execute the exercises properly. I may never be able to do a hand stand push up, but I am doing things today that I did not think possible at 73 years of age. Stacey makes fitness fun, but more importantly clients get measurable results.

I am 79 years old and have been with Stacey over 7 years. I love kettlebells. Stacey works with me on strength and balance. I had an accident with my bike and broke my collarbone Stacey has worked with me getting my muscles stretched back out. I am able to now workout with my kettlebells and other strengthening exercises. She is patient and pushes me to be my best.

❀️ Trainer Stacey at Primal Strength and Conditioning. My husband and I have been training with Stacey at Primal for the last several months. She has really worked with us on balance, flexibility, stretching and overall fitness. She has our sessions planned out in advance. No two sessions are identical so I never get bored and each is individually tailored for us. She is fully engaged during our sessions making sure that we use the correct form and provides immediate feedback and encouragement.
