The gym is quite expensive, with a basic subscription of $45 per person, but unfortunately, it doesn't offer any additional benefits. Additionally, the space is rather small and has old, worn-out machines, some of which are even broken. It seems they acquire second and third-hand equipment. It's disappointing that they constantly come up with excuses, such as repairs or holidays, to keep the business closed without refunding the money to their customers. Moreover, they demand that you clean the machines with extremely dirty cloths. The worst part is they take advantage of being the only gym in Miami Springs. I want to emphasize that I visited the place for 5 months, as it was the closest one available, so the information I provide is completely accurate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

The day after making the comment, the owner of the "KEN" business waited for my wife and me to give us justifications for why the price was high and the conditions of the gym. I found it very rude of him to contact us in public inside the gym, right in front of the other customers. He argued that the rent for the space was very high and that's why he had to keep the subscription price high because, according to him, it was normal for it to be expensive in Miami Springs.

He argued that if we didn't like the gym, why didn't we go to a better one, and we clarified that this one is the closest to us. I believe that's not the correct way to address criticism. Being receptive to the weaknesses of businesses is one of the reasons why this country is so wonderful and prosperous, allowing them to improve themselves and be better. But apparently, that's not his intention.

Furthermore, the person in charge of the place that day started making comments with their "friends" about our opinion on the internet. They tried to make us feel uncomfortable with their opinions.

El gimnasio tiene un costo bastante elevado, con una suscripción básica de $45 por persona, pero desafortunadamente no ofrece ningún beneficio adicional. Además, el espacio es bastante reducido y cuenta con máquinas antiguas, desgastadas y algunas incluso rotas. Parece que adquieren equipos de segunda y tercera mano. Es decepcionante que constantemente busquen excusas, como reparaciones del lugar o días festivos, para no abrir el negocio y no reembolsan el dinero a sus clientes por estos días. Además, exigen que limpies las máquinas con paños extremadamente sucios. Lo peor de todo es que se aprovechan de ser el único gimnasio en Miami Springs. Quiero enfatizar que estuve visitando el lugar durante 5 meses, ya que era el más cercano disponible, por lo tanto, la información que proporciono es completamente verídica. En base a mi experiencia, no puedo recomendar este lugar.

Al día siguiente de realizar el comentario, el dueño del negocio ¨KEN¨ nos espero a mi esposa y a mí para darnos justificaciones por las cuales el precio era alto y el porqué de las condiciones del GYM. Me pareció muy rudo de su parte que nos contactara en público dentro del GYM justo frente a los demás clientes. El argumentaba que la renta del local era muy alta y que por tal razón debía mantener alto el precio de la suscripción porque según él al ser Miami Springs era normal que fuera caro.
Argumentaba que si el GYM no era de nuestro agrado, por que no íbamos a otro mejor, y le aclaramos que este es el que más cerca nos queda. Considero que esa no es la manera correcta de enfrentarse a las críticas, el ser receptivos con las debilidades de los negocios es una de las razones por las cuales este país es tan maravilloso y próspero permitiendo perfeccionarse a sí mismos y ser mejor, pero por lo visto no es su intención.
Además la persona encargada del lugar ese día comenzó a hacer comentarios con sus ¨amigos¨ sobre nuestra opinión en internet. Intentaron hacernos sentir incómodos con sus opiniones.

Costly Gym Experience with Outdated Equipment

I recently had the opportunity to try out the gym in my locality, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. While the owner was friendly, I found the gym to be quite expensive considering its shortcomings.

First and foremost, the gym's equipment is noticeably outdated. Many of the machines have functional defects due to years of use. It can be frustrating when you're trying to get a proper workout, but the equipment doesn't perform as expected.

The gym provides towels and cleaning spray for equipment sanitization after use, but unfortunately, the towels are CONSISTENTLY dirty. This undermines the purpose of having such amenities and raises concerns about cleanliness standards.

Another issue I encountered was the limited equipment availability. There were instances where I had to wait in line just to use a particular machine or equipment. This can be time-consuming and inconvenient, especially during peak hours.

Furthermore, the gym's space is quite small. As a result, there are instances where clients inadvertently collide with each other while performing exercises. This lack of space compromises the overall workout experience and safety.

In terms of membership, the basic subscription fee of $45 per month feels excessive given the gym's drawbacks. What's even more disappointing is that the gym does not compensate clients for lost days due to holidays or closures for repairs. Considering the gym is not open 24/7, it would be fair for the management to either replace the missed days or consider partial refunds to justify the high price.

Overall, while the owner's friendliness is appreciated, the gym falls short in several areas. Old equipment, unclean towels, equipment shortages, cramped space, and a lack of compensation for lost days all contribute to a subpar experience. Given the high cost, it's essential for the management to address these issues and improve the overall quality of the gym.

This gym is not much to look at but if you are looking to do hardcore workouts has all the machines necessary it's old school so has a lot of equipment that newer gyms don't have
