I trained with David and sometimes Brittany for over a month and it was an amazing experience! The gym is set up in a house, which gives it a really welcoming vibe while still having all the great equipment you need. The environment was always friendly and motivating—you truly feel pumped to work out and see your progress.
David is an excellent trainer with very flexible hours, and he made each session both challenging and enjoyable. I can’t recommend him enough—10/10!

Professional Personal Training with David is AMAZING! I started training here April 2023. I’ve been training consistently for over a year and I’ve NEVER had results like THIS going to the gym myself. I love the accountability, the challenge, the strength training workouts and the direction I receive! I love knowing if my form is correct and being trained on each exercise! I have had personal trainers in 4 different states during my life. David by far is the most knowledgeable, results driven, inspiring, professional, client oriented trainer I have trained with.
The first thing I do every day is wake up and drive to David's training facility and start my day with David and his work outs. For me starting my day with David's work outs are just the best thing ever. He is always challenging me, whether it is increasing reps/weight/cardo or introducing a new exercise. David takes the time to answer any question I have regarding exercise, sports, metabolism, health, food... anything in his deep knowledge base and his knowledge is extensive.... He ensures any exercise his clients performs is done properly, he then goes a step further and explains why you need to do it that specific way (most trainers do not do that).
I have been training with David now for 3 years... with his training and coaching I have increased the weights I lift as well as the reps I can perform. My planks have increased in time and I notice a big difference in my body shape and my clothes fit better (I have decreased 4 sizes). I have so much more energy without caffeine or energy drinks to get me through the day. My balance has improved, my flexibility and range of motion has increased. My body testing shows I have gained muscle mass, decreased fat, increased bone density, and my BMI is in the normal range.

I started here in April of 2023 not expecting much or to stick with it. My goal was to get toned in preparation for my wedding. Fast forward to now in fall of 2024 post-wedding, I am still getting my workouts in with David. You not only get a great workout plan, but he also helps with so much more!! He has helped me with building a diet, working around with what my likes and dislikes are. I have learned so much for diet, exercise, mental and physical strength, and more! I am doing things I never thought I could be strong enough to do. There is so much equipment to create the best work out for you, no matter the goal. I feel that my fitness level has improved so much since I started working out in January. Every day is different ranging from upper & lower body workouts, core, strength HIIT and cardio. My results are documented daily so that I can see what weights to use and how many reps to aim for. Having someone on hand to show me proper technique is very important to me. I love that I get regular weigh ins and up to date advice on diet and exercise too.
