I have been training with Sam for over a year and a half and I can honestly say he has worked wonders for me. I lost 25 lbs in that time going from 165 to 140 and have gained so much muscle mass. I went to him 4x a week consistently and the results paid off. He is a firm coach and will push you but at the same times knows how to make workouts fun and enjoyable. Overall, I am super happy I started training with him and I haven't been in better shape in my life!

Sam has been training both my son and daughter for fitness. They both play high level junior tennis and both have struggled with conditioning and footwork at times. Sam has helped them to get stronger which has made them become much better tennis players overall.

It was amazing I lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks literally went from. Xxx to XXL and could we're some brands xl only problem was is that my bones and muscle detierated to much year before I joined him . He's good though thanks

My son plays high school basketball, and I brought him to Project: Stay Athletic to work with Sam after hearing that they’ve trained a few pro basketball players. Let me just say—the results have been incredible! This season, we’ve noticed he’s quicker, faster, and even jumping higher, which has made a huge difference in his performance. He’s getting more playing time and, to our excitement, starting to get noticed by some smaller schools.

Sam is a very good trainer. He is able to help you get right and making sure you are doing things correctly. I was able to work with weights for the first time in my life and I was surprised from walking in the saying I don’t have no muscles to being able to lift 25 pd weights comfortably.

Love these guys! My wife bought me a training package with Rob. He is the man, super patient with me seeing as I have some older college football injuries. So I just signed up to train with Sam. I really loved the fact that he knows what he’s talking about & from the jump he came up with a game plan and actionable steps that we’re going to take to help me get to my goal. I also absolutely love that they have a private gym. That’s big to me as I did not want to be working out in a public gym or my apartment gym in front of a bunch of people. Ultimately what led me to signing up today is he wasn’t pushy at all a lot of the trainers I’ve spoken to came across like used car salesmen lol. I’m looking forward to seeing where all we can get in these next 90 days!

Prior to working with Sam and Project Stay Athletic, I had tried a number of fitness classes and regimes on my own and was never happy with the results. I found my weight fluctuating and I reached plateaus that I couldn't seem to surpass. I was in pain when performing some exercises, which limited my progress and put me at risk of injury.
Once I started with Sam, I began to see and feel results within the first few weeks. We had thorough discussions about my goals, and with his personalized programming I began to gain strength in areas that I had previously felt were unattainable for me. He taught me about what was causing my pain, and worked with me to improve my form and mobility. Because of this personalized approach, I felt motivated to push my limits, physically and mentally, and with his encouragement and knowledge I am confident that I will continue to get stronger. In about 6 months of working together I am down over 60 pounds, my quality of life has improved, and I continue to feel the difference in my strength with every workout.
