This boutique fitness studio is incredible. My favorite aspect is that it is 100% only mine for the time I have with Nik. After a check-in of my supplements and how I'm feeling I get straight into my workout (Bonus is I get to choose what to listen to!) and then Nik does recovery right then and there. Never thought I'd like the Theracups for cupping therapy but boy was I wrong. I finish my session with a 20 minute sauna with red light therapy. One spot for all those treatments and in a private setting is truly remarkable.
