Nice gym that’s local to me, the owner is friendly and got me signed up the day I asked about it. Location is clean, there’s a good selection of equipment, and the price of the membership make it really worth it.

Awesome local family owned gym. Great rates and has everything you need for a good workout. It's on the small side but doesn't get too crowded and good hours means you can always find time to workout.

Great gym, locally owned and operated. The Boot Camp classes always challenge me, and the trainers encourage and push me to work hard. The other class participants are friendly. There’s plenty of equipment for any type of exercise you would want to do. Check it out!

I am new to this gym. But, this is what I found. It is conveniently located and welcoming. The equipment is plentiful, clean and well maintained. Various classes are offered along with private training. Health First Insurance is approved here and will pay for your attendance. I highly recommend visiting this privately owned gym and seeing what they have to offer you. You wont be disappointed if your looking for a good local gym with great hours and the equipment you need to exercise. All of this comes without the hassles of the larger gym dynamics. Give this gym a try and support a privately owned local business.
