Love the spa and gym. The best classes and instructor, Carola Laubert. Mrs. Laubert has the best energy!! Her choreographies are super fun in all rhythms. Love her Zumba classes and ballet! She made me love to dance Zumba!
I’ve never done ballet in my life, started with her in my late 40’s and her graceful, patience and skills made me love ballet and I am always look forward the next class.

This has to be one of the nicest Private Spas and Health Clubs in the entire Miami area. The Towers of Quayside as a whole has truly stood the test of time and the Health Spa is a direct product of that. Staff is very friendly and the facilities are up kept quite nicely. Few pointers: Guys tend to be very open with their bodies (IE walking around naked) in the locker room so be ready for that. Also the Sauna and Steam Room are gender specific so if you want to chill with your lady friend you are going to have to go to the Towers' respective pool facilities.
