I'm in here 5-6 days a week. Large variety of people working out from young teens, to people in the 70s 80s and 90s. Never an issue that i have seen between anyone. Anyone I've talked with from staff to other members have always been friendly and accommodating. There's no worry about asking someone for help, advice or a spot if your pushing something heavy. It's my 3rd gym in the area and the one i will be sticking with this place.

I absolutely love this gym! Having been a lifter for many years, I was very excited to see their wide array of equipment and the cleanliness was absolutely superb. Everything was functional and they had a few machines that I never seen before which really helped me do some of those specific lifts, such as internal and external shoulder rotations.
The staff was professional and friendly. Whenever I'm in town, this is my gym of choice. 🙂

It was a Great place not a lot of people all at once so for those looking for some space when working out this is the place. they have plenty of equipment to exercise every part of your body and it's only $20 a month to go therehighly recommend

The Jacobs ladder and stairmaster are great tools for a flatlanders preparing for elevated events!!
I appreciate the atmosphere being inclusive of varied levels of fitness.

Awesome gym, great atmosphere. All the equipment you need to get stay in shape. The staff and patrons are friendly. I have a great workout every time I go. It's an old-school gym but doesn't lack anything you need to be successful in reaching whatever goal you're going for.

Nice open gym, big space that's kept clean, and plenty of machines and free weights. I tend to go pretty early but it's never busy when I do and they also give 24 hour access to members.
