Working with Coach Ashton has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I had little experience in the gym and am a relatively socially awkward person, but he made me feel completely comfortable from day one. I started training with him to get ready for my wedding, and not only did I reach my goal, but I also gained so much confidence along the way. The gym became a comfortable and welcoming place. I was using weights and equipment I never would have dared to touch before. He definitely helped me get out of the “everyone’s looking at me” headspace and focus more on myself while I was there.
Ashton also taught me SO MUCH about nutrition and how a calorie deficit really works, helping me tailor everything to my lifestyle in a way that actually felt sustainable.
He’s incredibly personable and genuinely cares about his clients. My biggest “ick” is when something feels like a sales pitch, and I never once got that feeling with him. He celebrates every win with you and pushes you just enough to keep getting better. I’ve learned skills and habits that will stay with me far beyond my wedding, and I’m so thankful for everything he’s taught me. Highly recommend!

I’ve had personal trainers in the past, but none of them compare to Ashton. He truly knows his stuff and takes the time to explain everything so you understand not just what to do, but why you’re doing it. His knowledge even includes what muscles are working and the correct positions to get the most out of your workout. Each session feels tailored to my goals, and I can already see amazing progress.
