My husband is 75 and has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. He is taking 2 30minute classes
a week, and always comes out with lots of energy and a positive attitude. The people are very kind, professional, and skilled, working with diverse group. The energy in the place is always good.

I am a retired nurse and nurse executive, who within months of retiring was diagnosed with PD. I was scared although I had plenty of medical knowledge I didn’t understand Parkinson’s as well as I should have. I met a wonderful psychiatrist who suggested to me that I try RAW YES GIRLFRIEND Rock Steady, kickboxing and fitness in Coral Springs to add to my already active regimen of tennis four days a week swimming an hour a day, four days a week and weight training along with some coordination exercises that I found on the Internet the best thing though that I found was raw, Rock Steady, kickboxing and fitness I called the facility spoke to a wonderful lady named Allie who sent me up within 24 hours for an evaluation and then I was 24 hours later in my first class. The first 90 minutes of taking the kickboxing course was grueling and, I was wondering if I really had what it took to be in it then I saw the folks around me and how loving and kind and compassionate they were my fear melted away and I was able to really participate on a high-level. The intensity is what’s important it’s what gives you the drive to do what you need to do to fight PD. It also allows you to reduce your fear and your anxiety and to see yourself in a different light. Mark, Ally and the entire team are angels and should be recognized as wonderful gifts to all of us with PD I intend to continue my classes until I’m 90 or maybe longer as long as we can get rid of and fight against PD so once again, I highly recommend these folks I suggest you give them a try you won’t be sorry Thank you for your time. DANNY.

Co-owner Allie along with her team of coaches and assistants were very patient and caring in addressing the special needs of my 87 year old dad with Parkinson's. Dad loves boxing and found the classes very enjoyable, despite that he was unable to fully keep up with the classes .

The coaches are very dedicated to their job. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s back in 2015 and I started going to Rock Steady Boxing recently and found that it has helped me a lot. My symptoms have improved greatly. I know when I go to these classes, they are gear to each individual and will help individuals with their motor skills. I recommend to anybody that is suffering with their symptoms.

I LOVE the Rock Steady boxing at Coral Springs. I was here briefly from NH. I felt so welcomed. They challenged me but also we're a great support. If I lived here, I would join this gym. The staff are amazing.
