Great experience dropping in! The community was very welcoming and Kellie was friendly and super easy to communicate with to set up a class. Nice facility and the workout was enjoyable. Highly recommend!

CrossFit Safety Harbor and Kellie have completely turned my life around! Five years ago, I was severely overweight and feeling really down. Kellie was there from the start, keeping me on track and supporting me, even when I struggled to keep up with the workouts. The other folks in the gym were amazing too—always cheering me on, giving me a boost when I needed it most, and pushing me to finish strong.
Now? I'm in the best shape of my life! I even got certified as a personal trainer through NASM. Thinking back, I can't imagine where I'd be if I hadn't taken that free foundations class. CrossFit Safety Harbor isn't just a gym; it's a game-changer. Kellie and the crew there didn't just help me get fit; they helped me discover a whole new path in life. Wonderful experience. Everyone was very welcoming and nice! We came in from a Chicago and needed to get a workout in. The owner, Kellie, was very nice and even let us stay after to get a lift in. I was stressed out I would be on vacation and not be able to get my normal workout routine In....and Kellie made my perfect workout happen. Thanks so much! We will be back !

I love to drop in on various boxes when I travel. They were very friendly and open to drop ins. Great Wod and a nice climate to work out early morning.

The gym owner was very accommodating and provided good timing for classes. My only issue was the lack of focus on form for Olympic lifting movements. I attended classes for a few weeks before moving out of the area. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

I have been training for over a month at CrossFit Safety Harbor. I researched and interviewed four different training systems/trainers in the Clearwater area before selecting CrossFit. I made the correct decision. The workouts push me and have already started to pay-off. The most impressive aspect is that the Kellie, the trainer, is constantly giving feedback on form and paying attention to my progress.
The friendly and supportive people that I workout have had a positive impact. Encouragement is a big part of the workout and makes it a lot more fun.

I had heard of CrossFit before joining but was uncertain of exactly what to expect. Well after 5 months, I can say I have been VERY happy with my experience. The workouts are challenging and I find I push myself a lot further at CrossFit than working out on my own. Kellie has been a great trainer, patient at times and knowing when to push me. I feel CrossFit holds me accountable and I enjoy the interaction with others. I highly recommend this CrossFit gym.

Do yourself a favor and try Crossfit Safety Harbor. Go 3 times a week for a month and you’ll be “high fiving” me at the end.
I pretty much went from hardly any exercise and eating poorly to doing Crossfit and eating clean. I lost 45 pounds in 8 months. The crazy thing is that for the first time in my life I actually look forward to working out.
I’ve seen tremendous personal gains and feel great about my success. Here are 5 reasons why I like Crossfit Safety Harbor: 1) the trainers Darren, Kellie, and Charlie are excellent and know there stuff. They will get you started with the right form, pace, and weight that you can accomplish then work you up to start building your technique, stamina, and strength. 2) Every workout session (known as a WOD for Work Out of the Day) has been designed by the coaches- so the guesswork of what to do at a regular gym has already been taken care of. 3) We work out as a group. Everyone has a great sense of accomplishment after the workout which provides a common experience which builds a good group of friends. 4) The work outs are physically intense and mentally challenging which paradoxically keeps you coming back for more. When we get fatigued during a workout coach Darren always tells us that this where the magic happens. This is true and part of the secret with Crossfit- which is overcoming the challenge and empowering yourself. 5) The strength and stamina gains are amazing and develop quickly. Not only that, but Crossfit emphasizes functional movements and core strength. This translates to helping you in everyday activities and movements.

The best decision that we made in 2013 was to join Crossfit Safety Harbor!!! We have been members for over a year now and continue to not only enjoy our workouts but see and feel the great positive impact to our health and wellness. Some of our successes include running our first Half Marathon, Florida Savage Race, etc...
We also really appreciate all the members we have met and become friends with through Crossfit; everyone is very supportive of each other and we have a blast together!!

As a reformed gym rat I can honestly say it was one my best decisions to join this Box! The owners Kellie & Darren are great people who strive to bring out the best in you and are passionate in what they do! I've met some great people in the roughly year I've been a member which makes working out fun again!
As for the one negative review ... I can guarantee they've never been a member and probably is the type of person who goes to Publix and complains to management that no one is willing to push his cart for him ... there's always one!

Great box! If you are unsure about if CrossFit is for you or you just want a safe and non-judgemental place to learn to CrossFit, this box is for you! The coaches and owners are incredibly warm and welcoming. I couldn't think of a better place to get your feet wet!

If you are looking for a workout that is fun yet challenging, CrossFit Safety Harbor is the place for you! Since joining this "Box", I haven't wanted to workout at any other local gym. The owners, Darren and Kellie are awesome people who are dedicated to helping you become the best possible "YOU", they will guide you every step of the way. This is an opportunity for me to say how much I love this place! not only I found a life changing workout but I also met great-good friends! Kellie & Darren know how to bring out the best version of you, since I joined this box, I've become stronger not just physically but mentally as well. I also thank them for making me discover I am a runner! After 4 months of run training with them, I was able to run 2 half marathons with great results! My husband and I always say: "Joining Crossfit Safety Harbor has been one of the best things we've ever done!" Awesome people, awesome place!

When is the last time your trainer or gym texted you at 6am and said you better be coming in and not missing a workout this morning? At CrossFit Safety Harbor the owners are committed to your success and never let you forget it. Results come with hard work and sweat and you will get plenty at CrossFit Safety Harbor. Great people. Great box.
Christopher, I don't think you're aware of what crossfit is about. Majority of CrossFit boxes are bare bones. Crossfit is not about AC, and pretty buildings, etc. if you want a fancy experience, squat with your pinkies out.
Kellie and Darren are awesome people and coaches. They are fun, and push you to success. I recommend this box to everyone I know.

Make you jog in the street, in the dark, in an industrial park. Owners yell at cars driving by to slow down and that pedestrians have right of away even when 20+ people are covering the street. This place is a joke. They have a non-air-conditioned warehouse with pathetic workout equipment such as bulldozer tires and make you do most of your training in the outdoor 90° plus heat.
