We signed our child up for gymnastics here in July and paid the full annual fee plus tuition, only for the gym to completely shut down just 2 days before August classes were set to begin. They claimed they would reopen in September, but that never happened. Since then, there has been zero communication—no updates, no refunds, nothing.
It’s extremely unprofessional to take people’s money and then disappear without accountability. We only got to use the gym for one month, yet we were charged for much more. At this point, it feels like families have been left in the dark with no respect for our time or money.
I cannot recommend this gym to anyone, and I hope they make things right with all of the families they left hanging.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This gym was more than a gymnastics studio, it was home away from home for our kids. Coach Logan and coach Stephen have created an environment that balances positive mental health all while allowing kids to explore their full gymnastics potential. They are both incredibly talented, and knowledgeable in the sport. Unfortunately we had to move to another gym due to moving and location, but I am so thankful for the roles that Stephen and Logan played in our families lives. We will miss them so much.

This establishment, if you can call it that is ran by disrespectful people who don't have no respect for the people who pay their hard earned money for their children to come there for some type of training. The owner is unprofessional and yells at his PAYING CUSTOMERS when I was trying to tell him how disrespectful his manager was. Take your child to a more professional well groomed, respectfully ran establishment because this one IS NOT IT!!!! Shame!!!!

I have 2 sons that coach up here so I come in every now n then but every time I do I see an open side of all the coaches they treat everyone with so much respect it makes me proud and they treat the kids absolutely phenomenal, Honestly couldn’t think of a better facility than Salute Gymnastics Academy the way they handle the facility and manage the kids is absolutely unmatched

I fight myself monthly to try and justify paying 90 dollars a month for my daughter to go to Salute. Some weeks I'm scared she is going to hurt herself. When I was in gymnastics the coach would walk around and correct and make sure you were doing everything correctly including stretching. Very rarely do they take the time to correct or teach my daughter how to do something. They just tell her what to do and it doesn't matter if she flops on the ground they just move on to the next person. She has been going for almost a year and hasn't learned much. I have heard a parent bring up somewhat of the same concern to the owner and he yelled in her face pretty much for the rest of the time telling her how bad her daughter was. In the hour we are here they half way stretch for 20 min, take atleast 3 water breaks which aren't needed. I definitely don't think it's worth the price.

Love Love Love this gym 3 years ago i had a 15 year old kid who was consistently in my opinion gonna break his freakin neck flippin around. We looked into alot of gyms but my son was unsure of doing gymnastics in a gym because he thought he was to old and it would be all girls, first class he was hooked, now 3 years later he has mastered more skills than he could have ever aspired to and fell in love with the structure, confidence and peace Salute and tumbling brought into his life. my only regret is that i didn't find them sooner

My 5 1/2 year old daughter has been taking classes at Salute since she was 2. We started going to Salute because their Mommy and Me class was the best fit of all the gyms in town for us at the time. We have stayed taking at Salute because their staff is wonderful and take so much time with my daughter. They do not push her past what is developmentally appropriate but they challenge her and train her correctly. I highly recommend Salute Gymnastics Academy to anyone looking for good solid training and a family like atmosphere.

As someone who has grown up in the sport, I can say with the utmost confidence that you will be hard pressed to find a coach with more passion and love for gymnastics than Stephen. Salute Gymnastics Academy may not be the 'flashiest' gym in Pensacola; however, if dedication to your athlete's well being and advancement in the sport is what you're seeking, then this is the gym for you. Stephen and his team truly make it their goal to bring their love of gymnastics, young athletes and this community to the forefront of their mission.

We are in our second month at Salute. I have two children attending and I’m evaluating them as a mom and former dancer and gymnast. Some of the staff seem really young, although nice. I’d like to see more adult supervision. I went to Dance Generation and Montgomery Gymnastics Academy in Montgomery, AL for 15 years...I don’t know if I see my girls staying here for the long haul. The owner...not even sure who that is!!! And that’s discouraging as a mom. Janice Ransom, and family, who run Dance Generation really set a high bar for me. We didn’t take multiple water breaks during a one hour session. Honestly, for what we’re paying I expect more than I’m seeing. The night they had what I can only classify as an “open house” was a total waste of my money because my children weren’t paid close attention to and they were literally picking their suits out of their butts while we sat in a humid, hot, sticky and crowded environment. They should have planned to do this on their dime and not on mine.

On a whole I’m giving a 3 star review based on having a lack of adults present, the “open house”, and cost. They don’t need 3 water breaks in an hour in a beginners class. I get frustrated by this every week. The owner also could come around and say hi and welcome you...I’m frustrated and am on the fence about driving further away to take my kids somewhere else.

I have been going to the Flip Factory for 2 years now and I have never been disappointed. I don't agree with the people that give this place a one star because I'm practice every day I know what goes on in that gym. My gymnastic team is always nice to everyone there we are very caring and try our best to get to know everyone. The coaches are Amazing and so sweet. I think you should come give the Flip Factory a try!!

My oldest went for tumbling, and she sprained her ankle. No one bothered to call me, and the rude manager didn't seem to be concerned. My youngest loved it for a while....moved her to another gym. Coach Kelly was very nice, and my daughter seemed to like her a lot.

Our child was treated horribly by the owner and his staff. I have over heard employees speaking inappropriately in front of children. The staff is disorganized and terribly unprofessional. I would advise anyone else not to bring your children to the flip factory.
