Particularly nice HOA Club House. It is clean and modern. The pool is well maintained, the gym equipment is updated and meticulously maintained. It is definitively a worthy “presentation card” for the marvelous Sanctuary community.

The club house is so nice it has a playground, pool, gym and a room you can rent out for parties or gatherings, it also has events like the Easter bunny or Santa Claus etc.
