As a current client of David, I am writing this review to state that David is absolutely the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. I wholeheartedly recommend David as a personal trainer. His exceptional ability to tailor workouts to individual needs, coupled with his positive and encouraging demeanor, consistently helped me achieve significant progress towards my fitness goals. David is not only highly knowledgeable in exercise techniques but also demonstrates a genuine commitment to their clients' well-being, making each session both effective and enjoyable. Since working with David, and under his guidance I have experienced weight loss, strength gains, and improved flexibility. I particularly appreciated David’s focus on nutritional guidance, which significantly contributed to my overall health on my fitness journey. I got off my medications as the result of starting a regular exercise regime through David’s guidance and nutritional advice. I have been working with David for over a year, and three months as of today.
I continue to look forward to furthering my fitness journey with David as my personal trainer. Overall, I rate David 5 stars. If you’re trying to decide on whether to hire a personal trainer, David is hands down the guy you are looking for.

I never felt judged or shamed working out with you, which I was really scared of. I started literally from ground zero and knew nothing. Whenever I felt dumb or weak, you were really encouraging, accepting, and celebrated the little pr’s that most people prob could have done, but it helped me focus on the progress, not focus on where I wasn’t. You also are really good at teaching/ explaining the movements and form and working through roadblocks with them! Your examples and explanations are really helpful, which helps me feel more confident in the movements throughout the week. Nothing but good thing to say!

Im 45 and I've been training with David for three years now. Past endeavors have left me with permanent injury and scar tissue. David has, and continues, to help me work through them of all. He developed a program that was right for me, and continues to tweak that program based on my feedback and goals. I've been training with David for over 2 years. He has been such a big part of my health journey! I had the pleasure of training with David for several months, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking to achieve their fitness goals. During our time together, David helped me with weight loss and guided me through using new equipment with a patient and kind approach. His encouragement made learning new techniques and exercises much easier.
David also provided an online workout program, which was a fantastic resource to keep me on track outside of our sessions. He was always available to answer any questions I had, showing his dedication and commitment to my progress. Although I’m no longer training with him, I can confidently say he’s one of the best trainers out there!

David is by far one of the most personal and motivating trainers I have ever had! He will work your butt off and get you in the best shape of your life! And some days you may want to punch him in the face! But he makes it fun and you always leave Feeling amazing He is A trainer that cares! If you skip out on the gym 3 to 4 days in a row, he’ll call you ask How are you doing See if you need anything, ask if you need a quick 20 minute motivational workout set that gets you back in the groove of working out!
But beyond the Gym, he is truly a friend keeps up with your life and how you’re doing, I’m sure he would’ve been at my wedding if it wasn’t in another state. I’ve known him for 3+ years and even though we Are multiple states apart He still asks how my fitness journey is going and if I need any help!
My point is David is more than just a “pay by the hour Trainer” He is someone that the moment you start training with him he is along for the ride of your fitness journey to encourage, help and strengthen you.
If you are still up in the air about finding a Personal Trainer choose David.

In April of 2021, I started my fitness journey with David. He has been beyond amazing with his training abilities with me. It's not just been about building strength physically, but mentally as well.

I’ve been working with trainers for over 30 years – in my experience David is the best trainer I’ve worked with hands down. David truly cares about his clients by staying in touch, shows up on time and is consistent. But more importantly he is able to use his physical therapy background to help with the aches and pains experienced as we age. This past year I’ve experienced low back pain and foot drop. David assessed my condition, created exercises to help my injuries and monitored my healing progress. David is a well-rounded trainer that focuses on my entire wellness from food intake, personal fitness, balance and even explains the human anatomy so I can have a better understanding of the muscles we are targeting. I would recommend David to anyone looking to improve their wellness – he is the perfect trainer.

I was debating for a while whether or not to hire a personal trainer to help me reach my fitness goals. After our first session, I felt confident and motivated! David is awesome with communication, motivates me every session, and is informative with the different workouts we try each time. He personalizes each workout to make sure you’re comfortable and answers any questions you may have. I don’t feel that “gym-timidation” working out. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, which I appreciate. Honestly I didn’t think I would see results so soon. But thanks to David and his expertise, I’m incredibly satisfied with my progress so far!
I absolutely recommend David! I’m seeing fantastic results and don’t plan on stopping any time soon. If you’re on the fence of whether or not to hire a personal trainer, David is your guy hands down.

I can't say enough about my experience with David. If there were more stars, infinity stars, I'd give them without hesitation. Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, invested in my progress, responsive - I'm not sure how David does it all but he does.
Made me feel like his #1 client and because of that, I wanted to be the #1 client. That motivated me to push myself and become better and I did!! As a snowbird, I had to go back home and that made me sad. David will be my first call when I'm back! A big THANK YOU.

There are so many great things to say about our trainer Dave. He is very attentive and positive. He generally will push you in the direction of better health.
