Very nice all womens gym. Very comfortable setting and very nice staff. They have daycare for kids 6 months and older. They also have a full set up like larger gyms do with showers and a vanity and an infrared sauna which is really nice. I am very pleased and will be continuing to come here.

They have a great infrared sauna that my sister and I use before and after our workouts. The equipment is all new and easy to use, with the help of friendly staff. The place is extremely clean!Everyone is very welcoming and knowledgeable, it feels like a great group of people to be around. :)

If I could give more stars I would! Best gym in SWFL. I love that it is women only. All the equipment is state of the art and there is a large variety of classes.
Everyone, including the owners, genuinely care about your success. The trainers are amazing....Anna! AND to top it off, they have an infrared sauna. My visit wouldn’t be complete without it. Did I also mention they have childcare! You can’t go wrong here!

This is the first gym I’ve joined and actually LOVE going to! The staff are awesome and the classes are so much fun. The facilities are always spotless and the other gym members are so nice and always encouraging each other. It’s the best!

Shapes gym in Bonita springs is the place to be .Their classes are fantastic, something for everyone. Their staff is very motivated and supportive. If you live here this is the gym you want to be associated with. Or even if your only here in Florida as snow birds this gym is for you . Definitely come in and check it out.

Estoy sumamente contenta con este local.Es maravilloso.no solo porque tiene un ambiente acojedor.Desde el primer momento que llegué al lugar todos me hicieron sentir como si yo los conociera desde hace mucho.Son personas muy amigables y profecionales.No hacen diferencias en sus tratos por tú nacionalidad. Jamas yo habia recibido un trato tan especial. Todos ellos me hicieron sentir muy especial.En el momento me dieron un recorrrido por el local que vino a ser como un delicioso aperitivo para abrir mi apetito al banquete de ejercicios que me espera.Yo realmente estoy muy entuciasmada pues sé que ellos me ayudarán a cumplir mi meta a mejorar mi estilo de vida que es bastante sedentarico.Recibi una exelente valoracion del estado en el que mi cuerpo se encuentra,y muy buenos consejos para las metas que tengo que lograr.Yo espero que mantengan este nivel,muchas mujeres lo necesitamos.Me encanta mi entrenadora personal, y mi instructora de Zumba?es realmente divertidísima!!!Por favor vengan y no dejen perder esta oportunidad de encontrar el lugar ideal para tu bienestar...atte:Yannys

Amazing Gym with the most amazing staff! I highly recommend this gym! Whether you are at the start of your journey or a pro at fitness, the gym has everything you need. Along with the amazing trainers and great classes. I love how clean the gym is as well as the locker room but mostly I’m so grateful to the trainers for not only helping me but encouraging and inspiring me to achieve my goals. It’s only been 4 weeks but I truly notice a big change in myself. Even the other members I have met are so sweet, encouraging and fun to work out with. I’m so happy to be a member at Shapes and I’m excited for my fitness journey. If you’re looking for a gym... stop by and check this place out. You will fall in love immediately!!!
