Shari is a nationally certified Pilates teacher and dance professional with decades of experience in movement practice and education. All classes are by online sign up in advance, first come first serve. Drop-in or purchase a discounted class package!

This studio is truly a gem! The space itself is warm and inviting, but what makes it so special is Shari. She is incredibly gifted, not only in her deep knowledge of Pilates and movement, but also in the way she teaches with such clarity, encouragement, and care. Every class feels both challenging and supportive. I always leave class stronger, more centered, and uplifted.

Shari is an excellent model of health, her expertise is clear, and she is a very generous teacher. She considers each of her students' abilities and limitations, and truly wants to help every student. I love her cues, energy and classes!

I discovered Mindful Pilates a little over a month ago and I am hooked. This is my first reformer Pilates experience and it is amazing the benefits I am seeing in a short period of time. Shari is an amazingly patient instructor and a wonderful support who immediately puts you at ease, no matter your fitness level. The peaceful studio is the perfect backdrop and Shari is so accommodating.

I've found Mrs. Sharon to be very encouraging and helpful! There are class options for adults as well as young dance students, so ballet girls can work with others their age. It's easy to schedule or reschedule classes when needed. What I appreciate most is the personal and profession interaction she has with her students. Mrs. Allen is a dancer and knows what her students need. Love the results! Highly recommend!
